I made an appt. for a Saturday mid-day pickup... she confirmed with me the day before, texted me when she was 15 minutes out, and showed up exactly on time. Love that I didn't need to follow up with her beforehand to confirm things. All in all, things went great and I'll def. use her again if need be. Wendy was super nice, she drove super carefully, and she dropped my car right where I needed it.
