If they write two sentences in your repair order stating that they used manufacture OEM parts YOU need to verify. Very shady practices and they can't be trusted. Even given an opportunity to fix the issue they won't, but will admit to it. Be careful or best run far from here.

He had a mix of defensiveness , liability avoidance , and not a real diagnosis. He test drove my truck hard to avoid reproducing the problem, he asked me 3 times if I'm a mechanic and if I can work on transmissions, he was trying to size up liability risk. He handled it poorly. My transmission has a hard1+2 shift handles under normal /light throttle . He should've driven the way I described and knowledged the symptom right away. Instead he tried to dismiss it under heavy throttle (bad test method) then backed out once he knew I've been working on it. My truck drives fine on highway speeds, has no slipping, no burnt fluid or metal, issue is isolated to shift timing/pressure. That strongly supports valve body/hydraulic issue, not a full transmission failure. Bottom line he handled it poorly. I wasn't asking for a rebuild, just a diagnosis . Felt like they didn't want to deal with anything that required real trouble shooting.

When I picked my truck up, I noticed a leak before I drove off. They put it on the lift and fixed the leak. Driving home that night hard shift on the same gears and the same code. Took it back. After a few days they said it's fixed. Two days later same issue. Took it back again and after a few days they returned the truck. This time it was fixed. I finally parked in my driveway way after having it for a couple weeks and noticed it was leaking. Took it back and they didn't have time to look at it. They sent me down to their sister shop and they said it was a gasket leak. It was a small leak and I every time it's in their shop it's 3-4 days. I missed enough work, decided to wait until I needed to service and fix it myself. I found a random 12mm bolt in one hole and my pan was damaged on the lip. No wonder it was leaking. Whatever tech worked on my truck definitely had the " that's the next guys problem" attitude.

I brought my 2003 BMW 330i here in June 2024 for what was supposed to be basic repairs -- specifically, cooling system and head gasket work. Since then, my car has been sitting at their shop for over four months, and I've had little to no communication or updates unless I reached out first. Every time I called, I got different excuses: delays, missing parts, storms, mechanic out sick, etc. Weeks went by between messages. They repeatedly gave completion dates that were never met. The shop also sent updates to someone else involved in my payment process instead of contacting me directly, the actual car owner. When I finally went to the shop myself, I found my car in terrible condition:     *    Engine completely removed and left open to the elements     *    Window left down, causing rain and water damage to my interior     *    Hood missing, engine bay dirty, food cups sitting under the hood area     *    Interior full of dust and debris     *    No sign of real progress after months This was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. My vehicle was in much better condition when I dropped it off. It feels like the car was neglected and damaged while in their care. They never provided a legitimate diagnostic report, no repair timeline, no clear written warranty, and their "invoice" looked unofficial and didn't even match the shop name. Communication has been inconsistent and evasive. After months of waiting, damage to my car, and total lack of accountability, I had no choice but to contact the BBB as well as an attorney I rarely write reviews, but I don't want anyone else going through this. Be careful leaving your car here -- especially for major work. They've shown poor communication, zero professionalism, and no respect for customers or their vehicles.

The situation with my Ford F150 began when it was first towed to Lee's on October 27, 2025. As of today, it still isn't running. I had gotten it back twice before. Ty had assured me both times that it would be good to go. Welp, this is the third time it stalled on me out in public. First time was in the Starbucks drive thru (yeah, fun). Second time was northbound on 19th Ave, but I was able to coast into a parking lot at a Brazilian Ju Jitsu place. This time? In the left turn lane near my house. Yeah, left turn lane with a green arrow and people behind me honking to go. (It took me a sec to activate the hazards, but the light in front of me was already green to turn). I had confidence each time he gave it back to me. I kept having it towed to Lee's. First time I got it back was after $2700+ in repairs. Second time he said it was just loose/old wiring that had to be fixed (didn't charge me for that). Third time he said my gas gauge was broken so even though it was reading quarter tank, it was actually empty. I'm not sure that was the case as I actually just put enough gas in the tank to move the gauge up the day before it stalled. Gauge had gone up to 3/4 tank. *sigh* I wanted to like them after they did so good with my first car. I don't think I'll be back here anymore. I have the truck with a different mechanic now (he is a mobile mechanic). Fingers crossed this new mechanic works out better. Each time the F150 was dropped off with Ty, he averaged 2-3 weeks with it. This very last time was 1 month + 1 day. Good thing it is my secondary vehicle.

However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.
