Porkopolis omelette with potatoes (and ketchup)
    MaryLinda W.

My cousin selected Coppin's for our brunch and we had good food and a great time. The atmosphere is elegant without being ostentatious, and the bones of the Coppin's department store which occupied the building are visible. Since I was visiting the area where goetta was born, I wanted something with goetta, so I ordered the Pigopolis omelette! It was served with crispy potatoes and was delicious and filling.

We are getting married at the Madison which is right across the street so we thought we'd stop at Coppins for dinner. It was spectacular. The scenery, service and meal was a 10/10. We can't wait to come back. Our waiter was very good also. I've never had a juicer pork chop, and those tots were amazing, the sauce gave the perfect touch.

We stopped in to Coppin's for a happy hour after a late afternoon work meeting in the area. The two spritz's we had were great, and wow the menu is so great we couldn't decide what to get. The charcuterie had SO many different elements, and they all tasted so good together. The bread was amazing, and the potatoes were so good! We had quite the spread and also had to get dessert to finish it off (not pictured). I'd love to come back and 100% recommend Coppin's to anyone!

Pardon my photos, we started eating before I remembered to take them! We had a great brunch at Coppin's this past weekend. The espresso martini was the best I've ever had. The goetta and biscuits and gravy were excellent, and their tots are always a winner. We had excellent service as always. The atmosphere is unique and perfect - it's one of the best decorated restaurants in northern Kentucky and I always love to dine here. The colors and fixtures are well-considered and I'm always delighted to dine here.

Absolutely worth our hour drive for brunch! We arrived a little early for our brunch reservations but were promptly seated in cozy leather chairs in a sunny atrium with a nice view of their outdoor courtyard. Brunch places tend to be packed so we were surprised that the restaurant was only about 25% full at 1:30pm on a Sunday. I hope they usually are more full because it would be a shame if they closed. We ordered cocktails and a cinnamon roll to split for starters. The warm roll topped with pecan halves was plenty to split but so good I could have eaten the whole thing myself! Our cocktails were well-balanced, not too sweet. For our meals, I had a breakfast combo and my husband got a goetta omelette. We both enjoyed our meals...I would say my biscuit was the star of the show, not at all greasy like some tend to be. It took our server a few extra minutes to get to us initially, which was no be deal because we were in no hurry, but she apologized and from there on out kept things flowing. She was friendly and helpful with giving menu suggestions when we asked. She even let me choose a free birthday dessert! We asked for it to go, which she did but not before bringing it out with a lit candle and singing happy birthday to me. Nice touch! I ate the sweet potato tres leches cake the next day and I have to say it was one of the best desserts I have had in a long time! We have already made plans to bring family back to Coppins soon and my husband and I hope to come spend the night at the hotel as well.

Great brunch spot. We stopped in and were taken into an open feeling glass enclosed seating area with very comfortable seats. The cocktail menu was varied and original tasty choices. We had a cinnamon roll "appetizer" that was incredible, highly recommend ordering and sharing one. I had the goetta omelet which was cooked perfectly. I really want to stop back in and try dinner here soon. A very relaxed atmosphere that was trendy looking with great service.

Came here for the first time to celebrate my fiancé's birthday. We really enjoyed the food - the zucchini fritters were absolutely the best part. He loved his scallops, but my steak and frites were fine. The service we received was lovely. Our waitress was very nice and brought us prosecco at the end of the meal for his birthday. We sat in the greenhouse area of the restaurant, which is very beautiful, but it was pretty loud and made it difficult to hear sometimes. Overall a very nice experience and would like to go back.

Cocktails and service is on point! I do a lot of business lunches here and I'm never disappointed. Stopping in for a cocktail is always on point ! You can't go wrong with this spot and the beautiful ambiance.

Excellent dinner! Thank you Emily and team. Everyone was so nice, efficient. Food is fantastic. My server Emily was fun and so spot on with food recs: duck, Brussel sprouts, and pumpkin crème brûlée. Setting is cozy. Love this restaurant and the hotel. Very special!

Finally tried Coppins for brunch and they did not disappoint! First off, the restaurant sits inside of hotel Covington which is absolutely beautiful! There are not enough words to describe how gorgeous the space is. We made reservations and were seated right away. There were 6 of us and we tried a plethora of things. Not pictured, but others love love loved the tots, pancakes, grits, and orange cake that is listed as an appetizer but definitely could be a dessert. I had the espresso martini and the breakfast sandwich and thought both were superb! I didn't catch the servers name but he was also great and had very high energy! The atmosphere is great for families, date night or even a solo date. We most certainly will be back!

The space is open, bright and well decorated making it very inviting for brunch. You order at the counter from the menus placed along the wall then food is delivered to your table. The various brunch items all sounded very inviting so I was having trouble deciding what to order. So I got a recommendation to try the Shakshuka. Not sure how to pronounce it but when it arrived it was just the right portion and quite tasty for brunch. It's a bowl with a red pepper sauce and feta cheese and kale along with eggs sunny side up. The dish is served with pita so you can do a little bit of dipping in the tasty sauce. To accompany our food we selected the mimosa service and bloody mary pitcher. A pitcher is just perfect for sharing. And the mimosa service was delightful. The server arrived with a bottle of Prosecco and small carafes of orange, grapefruit and blood orange juices to mix yourself. The food was fresh and tasty with prompt delivery of our food to our table. Not quite a full service restaurant since you have to order at the counter but still a nice experience located downtown.

To go, we ordered the crunchy chicken nuggets, fries and lemon ricotta pancakes. The fries were outstanding, perfectly crisp and addictive. If you prefer a quieter setting, then eating in the bar is your best bet because the dining rooms do get loud. We started with the east/west coast oysters and they were so fresh. The passion fruit mignonette was the perfect compliment. I kept scooping out tiny spoonfuls and drinking it after we finished the oysters. The Fluke Crudo was fantastic. The combo of flavors and textures was a delight for the palate. The scallops over the miso leek risotto was one of the best scallop dishes we have ever eaten. The scallops were huge and cooked perfectly and there were plenty of pieces of leek in a lovely, smooth risotto. We're not a fan of hijiki, so the chef prepared the risotto without it - Thanks Chef Jose! And you would think chicken schnitzel would be basic, but not this dish. The chicken was so moist, perfectly seasoned, and pan fried in butter. We asked for the sauce on the side because we knew we wouldn't finish the big piece and wanted to heat it up later and still be crispy (which we did). We were amazed that eating the chicken, almond, asparagus, and some sauce in one bite, was SO good. The best two meals we have had in Cincinnati so far in 2026 have been here, and Mita's. Walking in a bit awkward. One door is locked and the other is open. One has to guess correctly. The entrance is a little cramped. Goto the left for the bar or the right for the dining room. I've always enjoyed the open kitchen; the focus, hustle, and discipline is admirable and fun to watch. Decor is modern. Feels upscale. One can make this a casual date or dress it up for a bigger night out. All of our wait staff have been polite and are good at timing visits. The food offered here and all of Salazar's restaurants is excellent. Most recently, we enjoyed the lobster rolls, fried oysters sandwich, fries, steak, and scallops. Two desserts were taken to go. Each dish, no matter how advanced or simple, presented with elegance, perfect spice and texture, and spot on internal temps. Certainly it's the excellent cooking that justifies the $300 check that chased this outstanding experience. Everything I've mentioned is positive. Where do the two stars come from? Well in our last visit, we took dessert to go. We utilized valet that Salazars/Mitas contracts. It took forty minutes for our car to get to us. Forty. Minutes. We got ice cream as a part of a dessert to go. While one could argue we are taking a risk, and I agree, we actually had a cooler in the back of the car that was ice cold from earlier in the day. Thusly we felt we were taking a calculated risk. We get our car, see the ice cream is melted, and I go back. I explain the situation to the hostesses. The GM shows up and I provide a gentle explanation. Following this I say I'd like to the replace the included ice cream but end up ordering a couple other flavors. I get cashed out - no apology for the under performing valet, no offer to cover the melted scoop, just take my money and move forward. I understand that nothing is owed to me. I understand that restaurants aren't successful by giving out hand outs. My frustration comes with the lack of recognition of arguably restaurant error, the fact that loyalty means nothing, and that spending nearly $300 (or how much four visits cost in less than a year), including a kitchen tip, wasnt enough.

My friend and I split the house salad and WOW. A complete showstopper. So fresh, the vinaigrette was bright and delightful, and those fresh bacon bits? Chef's kiss. It's rare that a house salad stands out like that, but this one absolutely did. Now let's talk about the prime rib. I typically do not like steak or prime rib... but our waitress recommended it as the best thing on the menu, and honestly the Yelp photos had already convinced me.
