I booked the Corazon Beach Club, for 4, way ahead of time and attended on February 2, 2025 (for a day pass) while on vacation. During our time there, we ordered numerous cocktails (13 to be exact) between 3 of us, along with 4 lunches. We were there approximately 4-5 hours. During that time, we should have been extremely intoxicated, and we noted that none of us even had a slight buzz. It was clear they were scamming us and ripped us off by not serving alcohol in their cocktails. We brought this to Angel's attention immediately upon leaving. Since then, I emailed the Corazon hotel at least 10 times and spoke to Leonardo Cortes on the telephone. In numerous emails and on the telephone, Leonardo promised that the Corazon Hotel would give us a full refund "for sure". To date, we still haven't received the refund. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! DO NOT ATTEND THIS HOTEL! WE WERE SCAMMED $298.00 USD. Here is Leonardo's email promising a refund which never happened! Buenas tardes April I have known the refound will be set for this week as maximum, unfortunately this process does not depend on my department but make for sure we have the follow up with the team in charge of this. The beach cabanas were an extra charge, so two of us just hung out on the deck. The view is spectacular, it's easy to relax with those beautiful blue ocean and lush green mountain as the backdrop. Only thing that was a bot disturbing was how loud they had the music blasting. We had a hard time chatting with one another while sitting next to each other. No comment on the food since we didn't order any. However, the piña colada with Bailey's and banana tasted wonderful. The perfect fruity drink to relax and do some people watching. Knew it would be a gamble coming here with how polarized the reviews are, but I guess we got lucky. Wait times? Food came out in like 10-15 minutes, tops. Chairs were about half full. Staff? Fine, pretty consistent. We got what we ordered. Took a while to get the drinks out at first and the check at the end, but nbd. Food? Solid. Nachos are suuuper cheesy and there were a ton. Sandwiches and fries that came with them were good. We could smell the truffle fries from a ways away and they were a bit too fragrant. All in all, pretty typical to all-inclusive-type places and the prices were pretty standard. Location? We were in lounges about four rows back, so none of the vendors talked to us, which was nice. The fact that the chairs and umbrellas came with the food was the biggest draw. Nice place to spend the day at the beach. Valet was 50 pesos after ordering food, and the charge for that shows up on your food bill, so it's all very convenient. Would return! read more

Made reservations for beach beds for me and the family of six while visiting Cabo (on 9/4). We were there by 11 am and most of the beds were not full. We figured for next time, if you came early enough you don't need reservations just pay the $40 for a beach bed. We stayed in an Airbnb so my review is only the service at the beach. You have to go through the hotel to get to the beach in which if you're not staying you must provide ID and location of where you're staying. We didn't have a problem since we had reservations. We were escorted to the beach and a greeter walked us to our reserved beach beds and umbrellas. They gave us towels and said they would be back to take our order. The also have a DJ which played some R&B and upbeat music. Within a few minutes a waiter came to take or order. We ordered drinks and apps since we were doing an early dinner. We were in the third row of the beds but could still see the beach and glad we weren't in the front to be hounded by the vendors. The view was just gorgeous. Water was warm and clear. The waves were a little rough and management made it clear to not go out far. A great place to relax, chill with a drink or swim at the beach. read more

Great place for a day, but you have to make sure that you make reservations in advance. They are also a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. We have gone down there a few times and found some empty seats, but that's not how things work. You have to reserve in advance for the next day, not anything for the same day. They do not seem to take walk up reservations at all, which is a bummer. Other than that, it's a clean and safe place to spend the day. It's connected to the rest of the Corazon, which makes it easy for guests to get a day at the beach. They have chairs and beds that are available, and you can choose what you would like when you reserve. It's safe for kids, and is right on the beach so you can access the water without being hassled by the beach vendors. Its a great, as long as you can get a reservation! read more

How do you schedule a table or seats for a beach spot with a system that doesn't work. There is discrimination towards people with Money and people who Look the less standard. We called here from our villa one morning wanting to reserve chairs and got a very high price quote to hold a spot. But we ended up walking by later that same day without plans and were able to get a daybed for just the price of food and drinks which was a couple hundred USD for our afternoon there. The guy said after around noon they will stop charging the reservation fees if they have space. Some beds look open but are reserved for timeshare holders. The staff rearranged umbrellas as the sun moved, drink service was fast. The food was fine but nothing special. They bring it in white service boxes so it stays clean and fresh on the way to your chair. The area is roped off, so the vendors can't come through constantly which is worth the price. read more

Misael, a security person came up to the line and insisted everyone move 6ft apart. Families were trying to explain they were together. He did not care. He would not let me stand with my husband. I was hot and wanted to lean on my husband. Misael was very aggressive and stood 2ft in front of me complaining in Spanish. He would not leave until I moved. We came to Corazon to try and relax on a free day in town. Unforch, being on the beach of Corazon was anything but relaxing. So many vendors came by with goods for sale. It was so overwhelming. Big hell no wearing a swimsuits with a million people trying to stare you down to sell things... Our waiter was really nice when we asked to tab out early. Cachet Under Construction I feel I have a well rounded and long enough relationship with this resort to tell a story. My wife and I bough a timeshare here about 15 years ago. It was a resort then, during our visits, and now, always under construction. Generally we've been able to look beyond this and enjoy our stay. This visit took the cake for a new level of in your face construction noise and lack of concern for guests during this process. This is a consistent theme here, but not the source problem. Nor, do I feel this source issue will never be addressed. Our latest trip was as usual uneventful and relaxing until we arrived. At once we were confronted with the time share folks and a mis-set on expectations around our room. Arriving should be as seamless as arriving at a Hilton or other establishment that actually cares about it's guests and the money they spend. Cachet/Cabo Villas does not. When we got to our room we found many things missing, broken, not functional, not clean, smelling of mold, and butted up right to the new construction area where workers were easily able to see in (see photos) and perhaps with access from the street to gain access to our room. Unsafe! After arguing again with the hotel management, they moved us to another room on the ground floor of another building that did check off the "no mold" and "not right next to construction" requirements we had, but it was still low on hitting our expectations for our stay and did not technically align with our contract as it was not a "pool view". Yet, another fail. We also had friends arriving a few days later for the first time for a stay here in Cabo. They were not told about the construction either. Another miss and missed sales opportunity. Is anyone paying attention or communicating there? Here's the kicker, and where things really break down. Talks with both the hotel manager and the time share manager resulted in the same poor customer message which was this: "You are entitled to your opinion about the resort". After they would go on to convince themselves about how other guests were doing just fine here and that it wasn't all that bad. Well, here's a message for you Cachet, this is not acceptable in any way shape or form. I don't care what your other guests are saying thru you. I am telling you very directly what my poor experience looks like and if you're not going to listen, that's just fine because I'll tell my story here. I for one, would never invest any additional money into an organization that treats its guests this way. And I'm telling people about it. Everyone who asks. Your message rings loud and clear. Sell timeshares at any cost, constantly re-build and rebrand to move away from any old image, and provide shifty customer support to existing guests. I have put the ball in your court to save the situation too many times to count now, and have never received an end-to-end helpful resolution. I'll be back and will continue to put up reviews like this until my time runs out and then I will gladly walk away. 15 more years... I came here with a group of 4. We had an absolute blast! The cabanas are a really great deal $60 per person spent on food and drink. Ask for Eddy and Salvador they will take care of everything for you including valet. The music was great and you do get a touch beach club vibe. Just to note...They have this Pina Colada that I swear by you have to get it...I got more than 1 they were so good! You will notice that fresh coconut is in a lot of their drinks and it is delicious. Salvador and Eddy went above and beyond to accommodate us. It took me a little longer than everyone to get to Corazon but they were still able to hold the cabana for me. Salvador and Eddy gave us excellent service the entire time we were there, and gave good food recommendations. I very much look forward to visiting again soon! Thank you guys! read more

We came here for a relaxing beach day & to enjoy the sunshine & the view. We made reservations in advance. That was a real hassle. It literally took me 2 weeks of emails & social media messages before I was able to confirm. We stopped by the night before our reservation to make sure we were on the list ( some other reviews stated their reservations were lost) We were advised to come really early to get a good spot, so we did. The place was almost empty when we arrived.There were several loungers available. We were told all the best spots were being held for a large party. We were put on the side with an obstructed view. Also, we could hear the music blaring from the next club (because we were practically in that one) & the music from Corazon. The music from the competing clubs gave me a headache, so that was a fail. I believe if we had gotten the seats in the middle it would not have been a problem. The "large party" never materialized. There were just a few random parties of 2-4 through the day. We ordered the pina coladas - the taste was great but not a hint of alcohol. We also ordered 2 mezcalitas that were so sour it would make your stomach hurt. So after our failed attempts of finding a decent mixed drink we stuck to beer. Since we had a minimum to meet we ordered food. We ordered the ceviche - it was disgusting- inedible - the lime tasted like it was old & on its way out. When we sent it back - we were just told it was fresh & given a shoulder shrug. We ordered a rainbow roll - it was ok . I would say a 3 out of 10 & you really don't want low quality sushi! We also ordered the steak sandwich with fries. The sandwich was gross. We ate the bread on one side & sent the rest back. The fries were cold frozen fries. Just to be clear , the sushi roll was the only thing we ate besides the bread off of 1/2 a sandwich & we were still charged for everything & our complaints were dismissed. All in all the food was disgusting & the drinks were bad. The loungers were stained. We did not get a nice view of the beach because of the other beach clubs umbrellas in front & all of the vendors. The beach club gave zero luxury vibes for USD prices. I will never come back & do not recommend this beach club. It was a waste of an afternoon & money. Go next door to Milky Beach or Sandbar. Better yet, if you would like a beach day, take a water taxi over to Lovers Beach and pack a cooler and snorkeling gear. The best part about the beach club was the lady that came around to do massages. She was very sweet. Our server was very nice as well, however, didn't take care of the food issues. read more

The most unsafe place. My daughter's hair turned electric green in the pool to start off their trip. The amount of chlorine in the pools is absolutely unsafe and should be checked on. They have absolutely no security. No checkpoints and the elevators don't even make you use a key fob. My daughter felt unsafe as the manager Ricardo felt the only thing necessary was kicking out her boyfriend who was ensuring she was safe instead of actually making sure not only my daughter but the property was secure. We randomly selected this beach club the first day when we arrived and ended up going there every day because the service was excellent, the food and cocktails were good and the prices were average. Good thing: no need to pay for the umbrella and long chair as long as you spend money on drinks and food. We had the chance of trying multiple food items such as Ceviche, BLT, BLT with grilled chicken, Fish tacos grilled, fish tacos tempura and spicy tuna rolls. Everything was great. We had bottle service where we ordered two bottles all of us ordered food on top of other drinks of a group of eight and our bill came out to 350 after being there for over four hours!!!!!!! That's cheaper then we paid at mango deck and the office and everything is so much better here !!!!!!! The servers really wanted to make sure we were comfortable they kept bringing us over extra towels and umbrellas they even have a girl walking around who will spray you down with sunscreen. My wife wanted to go to Sur but they were supposedly full but I'm glad they were because Cachet was a Great Experience!! Our server was Javier and he went above and beyond to serve us!! My brother in law was drinking straight shots and they were poured in a champagne glass no skimping at all! The food was great we had everything from nachos to sushi which their Sushi was Surprisingly delicious, the Bruce lee was my favorite! We drank and ate and had every seller come up to us lol for about 5 hours and when we got the bill I was shock how reasonable it was! This property is beautiful and in a great location but their sales efforts ruin the experience. They badger you daily to attend a meeting to learn about "ownership" in the club. After a few days we gave in and attend a meeting and even signed up for a membership. We should have known it was a scam but we were very excited about returning and bringing friends to experience this resort. The problem came when we got home and tried to access our member log in to select dates to return. The website was under construction for a year and phone calls to book directly were unanswered. Messages to return our calls were never returned. The bottom line- we were paying monthly for a service that was nonexistent. My wife finally got through and asked to cancel our contact for lack of their ability to follow through. They agreed and canceled our contract. A few months later they charged several months worth of payments without notice and then turned our contract over to collections for lack of payment. It's beautiful but IT'S A SCAM! AVOID. So far I am not impressed. Reservation was under my friends name she called the front desk to let them know I was checking in early. I got here and they told me they had no notes that I would be checking in. I showed her the text from the resort then she was like oh I see it. Front desk lady was not very warm at all. The room is still not ready and I've Been here for almost 3 hours now. I understand early check in is a gamble but this hotel is empty. Lots of construction. I've seen people check in after me and they were escorted to their room. Flies everywhere inside. Addition charges for amenities in the hotel (meaning rooftop pool) that I was not aware of. So far I'm not impressed and from this experience would not say again. Will see how the rooms are when I check in. read more

Me and my friends were having the best time but I'm pretty sure I got an allergic reaction in my eye to something on the cabana bed pillow..... it's the only explanation I can think of. Randomly stumbled into this place after leaving Mango Deck. We were told the sections were free but we had to spend at least $25 which was fine since we were ready to drink. Service was great, the workers were fun, and even sat down with us and arranged jet skis/parasailing/boat rides. Honestly can not recommend this place enough!
