The food drinks and customer service here were amazing. Came here on a friends recommendation. It was kind of early so we had brunch and drinks. My son at the French toast which he loves and we shared the Chilaquiles and a flight of mixed drinks with mezcal, the chilaquiles we're delicious and the drinks were good,Really love the avocado one. I most definitely will be back on my next trip to Cabo.
Great find off the main marina area -- much better than getting tugged at to eat or buy stuff in that strip. It's still close to the marina where the tenders drop off. We enjoyed a late afternoon snack of flat iron steak tacos and guacamole with chips. Both were very tasty. The service was good and we loved the outside eating area too. It was decorated with cacti and overall very nice. It was a quiet break from the cruise experience and the much louder touristy bars.
Because of the strong reviews for this Cabo restaurant, my brother and I made it a destination during our visit from the cruise ship, Ovation of the Seas. We found the service to be top-notch, the views from the upstairs patio to be worthwhile, and the food and drink to be good. As typical, it was a hot and sunny day in Cabo so my brother and I were tired and soaked in sweat from walking around. When we entered, we were greeted warmly by the manager/proprietor. When I asked if we could sit upstairs, he gave me a big smile with an accompanying 'Of Course'. After climbing some narrow stairs, we were greeted with a nice patio with umbrella shaded tables, overlooking the main street of Cabo. While we were looking over the menu, the same manager delivered to us 4 ice soaked towels to cool off. It felt really good putting it on the backs of our necks, and started our visit really well. We ended up getting three things. bottle of mineral water (138 pesos) - Cheese board (299 pesos per person) - Ritz crackers, green grapes, strawberries, different cheeses. Was a good way to munch when really not hungry. Margarita Trilogy (919 pesos) - three different full size (415 ml, mostly ice) of hibiscus, avocado, and black margarita. It was presented with a smoke show, and our server suggested we film it (which is what I did). All three were tasty...couldn't really taste any alcohol, which for my brother was what he wanted. It was a relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of time to talk to our server. We stayed a bit longer than intended. Paying was easy. Tipping is easier with cash, but the server did an additional charge on the credit card for the amount that we wanted to give. I could definitely imagine how lively this location would be as the night progressed. That was the original plan (to visit a lot later in the day). DIdn't turn out that way, but still a good visit.
If there's one place you eat at in Cabo, let it please be this. Preferably dinner (though we went for lunch) because it's right outside the marina which gets so beautiful and lively at night. When we reached, there was an obvious heat wave going on and we all looked stroke prone. They graciously offered us the private seating room and blast the Ac on. They gave us a bday flan and accommodated all our vegan vegetarian and nut allergy restrictions. They know how to do avocados - avocado tempura taco will blow your mind, even as an avid avocado hater. So will the avo margarita. The hibiscus marg and the shrimp are next! We loved the vegetarian curry and rice, gently thai inspired but oh so flavorful. They have so many mocktail and beverage options. Their service is unbelievable. Go here. Now
Our last night in Cabo couldn't have ended on a better note. We had dinner at Outpost and it was truly exceptional. The ribeye was perfectly cooked, the creamed spinach was rich and comforting, and every drink we ordered was spot‑on. We sat on the rooftop around 6 PM while the sky was still light, and by the end of dinner the lights around us were glowing beautifully. The whole place was filled with laughter, conversation, and that relaxed Cabo energy. A must‑do when visiting.

We started with the margarita trilogy, which comes with a smoke show. All were good but my favorite was the hibiscus mezcal. We had a bowl of ceviche for an appetizer which was fresh and bright. The salsa they bright with some chips was really good with the ceviche. We moved on to the pastor shrimp tacos and the short rib tacos. Both were tasty but the short rib was really really good. Definitely the winner. They were kind to bring a complimentary flan to celebrate my birthday. Nice touch!
It's a last night here in Cabo. We decided to try Outpost. We ordered the burrata salad to start it was amazing on fresh sourdough bread. Then got the pork chop it was cooked to perfection. The bartender made amazing drinks we loved the lavender martini. Don't even hesitate run to eat here. The place is also so pretty and the bar area is beautiful.
Stopped in Cabo during our cruise and found the closest place with good reviews and it didn't disappoint! The front patio was very shady and a relief to from the humid Mexico sun. There were fans blowing on us and inside had A/C. Service from Alberto was fantastic! He gave us great recommendations and was extremely attentive. My favorite dishes: 5/5 Margarita Trio. The avocado margarita had coconut cream and it was so refreshing! Hubs loved the hibiscus with mezcal. The blackberry was also good. The presentation was phenomenal. 5/5 Esquites was prob one of my favorites 5/5 short rib tacos 5/5 catch of the day 3.5/5 shrimp tacos 3/5 guacamole 3/5 aqua chile Will return for apps, drinks, AC and service!
We found this place through trip advisor on our vacation stay. I was able to park my car near by and we were able to safely walk over to enjoy our dinner here. The ceviche was delicious and we had orders some tacos on the side - the grilled shrimp and a steak ones were really flavorful and was what I remembered. I did order the fllight of margaritas and they were huge. I thought they were going to be small but the glasses were huge and they were refreshing!! They have upstairs dining and like an organic garden upstairs. Very quiet and nice up there. The chef, owner and waiters were very hospitable and checked in on us frequently. I would def recommend this place!!!
Our favorite spot to go to when visiting Cabo! Whether it's for breakfast, smoothies, lunch, drinks, or dinner... you can't go wrong at the Outpost! Flora Farms level of cuisine and freshness without the long drive. All the cocktails here are refreshing and made with care. Their food captures the best flavors of Mexico and their staff is always friendly. Special thanks to Beto for always welcoming us. We look forward to visiting the Outpost every time we are in Cabo. The dude, sister and I came to the Outpost on 11/28/25. We stumbled upon this place and loved the ambiance so much greenery! The staff and owner was so fantastic. The hospitality was top tier. I was helped with my drink option which I opted for the passion fruit margarita and my goodness...food in Mexico is no other. The best cocktail in my life. It tasted real and didn't leave me sluggy. The vegetarian chilaquiles were out of this world! So fresh and flavorful. One of the best dishes I have ever had. The dude had some delicious drink with bacon. We were tended to really well. Chatted with the owner about this beautiful place and we really enjoyed ourselves. They take pride in the vegetarian options! Highly recommend. It was filling up when we came in too. Loved the decor. Food was delicious and fresh. Nothing tasted processed. We are coming back in April 13 to 21st so we will definitely be hitting this place up again!!! Can't wait!

We have walked by this place for the past few years when visiting Cabo. We finally decided to stop in last week and so happy we did! There is seating upstairs on a deck overlooking the street below. We chose to sit inside in the bar area. Great ambience, music! Service was amazing! We started with the corn appetizer, yum!! I chose the sea bass with veggies and a carrot purée. My husband chose the burger. It was all so good. This place will definitely be on our rotation when we come into Cabo! read more

What's not to love about this beautiful little spot. We went twice during our trip. Once for just a drink and dinner the next. Their handcrafted cocktails are delicious, and food is superb!! The restaurant itself is stunning and great for a photo op! read more

Cute spot in the heart of all things. The bathroom is very cool, check it out. The food is yummy but I would admit there are other spots with tastier options. We also didn't try dinner. Their smoothies are yummy but quite small. All fresh ingredients. The avocado toast was okay. Again, fresh but lacking something. We would try again. Maybe dinner. We also heard the drinks are great. Service was okay. Not too attentive and they weren't really busy but we were on the 2nd floor. Another couple was too and we also noticed their lack of attention. read more
What a score this place is!! I'm so happy we found it on our walk back from town. We are sitting upstairs right near the rooftop garden. It's farm to table literally. We ordered the margarita trilogy. We are also getting the guacamole and ceviche. I'm asking for salt because the guacamole is kind of bland and so is the ceviche. I love the vibes here and the margaritas are off the charts beautiful and delicious and super creative!! read more

Friendly staff. We came in at a slow time and were able to sit wherever we wanted. It started to get pretty busy near the end of our meal. They were playing music from the eighty's and nineties(my favorites). The food came out fairly quickly and was well presented. good flavor and hot. Prices were a little high, but we were in the touristy area of Cabo near the marina. I would eat here again. Lots of flies inside at the time of our visit, but not bad enough to bother us. read more

Came in before noon and got seated inside. I totally love the seating arrangements and felt that it was unique. We sat facing the bar on the second level. On the menu was breakfast items and we went with the shrimp omelette and huevos rancheros. Of the two I preferred the first. For the cocktail I got the hibiscus and again the presentation amazed me. It came in a smoky box and was visually appealing. The staff was very friendly and asked what the special occasion was. I told her we were celebrating a birthday and as a nice surprise they gave us a dessert and two shots on the house. Our friends are coming down for a wedding and id definitely will recommend this wonderful establishment. Hopefully next time I will try their lunch menu. read more
We walked past the Outpost and had to eat there because it looked so pretty! The interior is gorgeous and wraps around a real tree strung with multicolored pom poms. Try to eat upstairs as it reminds me of eating in a green house! The drinks are great, and I really recommend the chicken sandwich and the pasta. My husband had the catch of the day and liked it as well. They have a good kids menu too! read more

Stumbled on this place with the family while on a Carnival Cruise. They have a rooftop garden with herbs they use for food. The food is fresh and delicious, reminds me of a nice LA restaurant. I ordered the margarita flight which did not disappoint. This place is on my list for place to eat when I come to Cabo again! read more

Food was ok . I had the hot chicken burger and my husband ordered the pasta . Nothing special about either . Cocktails were very good and creative . I had a charcoal margarita it was yummy . Service was great u til it came time to pay . The hostess handed me the machine already at the tip screen and I had zero idea that the total was or what I was tipping on . I made her correct it and tipped the wait staff accordingly. The restaurant itself is beautiful the upstairs chandelier patio is great for people watching and all the lights and plants make for a very nice meal . read more

Love, love, loved this restaurant. We came here for brunch on a Friday and it did not disappoint. We were visiting for a wedding and our hosts from our Airbnb recommended it. The unlimited mimosas were great and my hubby and I enjoyed the different flavors they came up with. We decided to sit outside upstairs to enjoy the view from the balcony. I was very impressed that they grow some of their own vegetables in house upstairs. The flowers were also beautiful in their garden. The service was excellent and no complaints. The food was yummy and everything we had was delicious. Overall if I'm ever in Cabo I'll definitely come to this restaurant again to enjoy!! read more

By far the best restaurant we ever been to in Cabo. The drinks were delicious, I got the flight of margaritas and he brought it out and it was like a show. We just got chips and salsa and Guacamole to snack on and wow, so tasty. Even the chips were delicious, our waiter Benny made the whole experience even more great with his great personality and attentiveness. He checked on us multiple and talked with us making us feel super welcomed. Definitely looking forward to my next Cabo trip and this is the first place we will come to. Highly recommend and thank you Benny!!!!! read more

First time in Cabo and happened to find this spot right on the corner of a busy intersection. Came here for lunch and was instantly seated. We asked for seating in the rooftop and as we walked upstairs we noticed the beautiful interior design. Had to take a picture ! Lol Unfortunately no food picture. Got distracted Ordered the Baja Chillaquiles. And honestly was surprised. I'm not a fan of corn but this was so good! Also had the burger and it was really tasty. Staff was completely warm and welcoming. They were pleasant the whole time. Will def return next time I'm in Cabo read more

Found this brilliant local restaurant on accident. A fellow globetrotter recommended Flora Farms... For some reason we thought Flora Farms was here...must have been the heat & humidity. Only when we walked here, we realized the actual farm is in San Jose, a fair distance from here. No worries. The Outpost is part of the Flora Farms family, or is a partner...err...something like that. Well...one amazing mistake later...we couldn't be happier. The food was amazing & the service was on par. Fancy #adulting ~ MARGARITA TRILOGY - 5/5 Do yourself a favor in order this! You will not be sorry... The presentation alone is worth it...lol. Don't forget to take your phone out and record it when they bring it to you. The Margarita's themselves were excellent! Very unique sets of Margaritas. ~ Black Margarita - 5/5 I don't know what's in a "Black Margarita". But it was delicious! I'm thinking there is some sort of activated charcoal...especially since there is another drink on the menu that shares this ingredient. ~ Avocado Margarita - 6/5 yup...you read that accurately! The main hit! I never had a Margarita like this before...Creamy, Slightly spicy, yet refreshing. Get this all day long and twice on Sun..just GET IT! ~ Hibiscus Margarita - 4/5 A solid Hibiscus Margarita...just about perfect. It just get overshadowed by the uniqueness of its cousins. A brilliant mistake: ~ O. P. BURGER - 5/5 This was one of the better burgers I had in quite a while! Exactly what a Burger should be like...cooked to perfection; Medium Rare just as requested! The Potato Wedge fries that came with it were also perfect. ~ ORGANIC BEET SALAD - 5/5 Just a solid beat salad. You can taste the freshness of the veggies. ~ CITRUS CEVICHE - 4.5/5 This was interesting... I never had a Ceviche like this before. It actually had some citrus fruits in it. Very refreshing and juicy! Perfect for the warm Cabo Summer! Dinner menu is different...I can't wait to return and scope it out! read more
