Unfortunately, this hotel seems more focused on making money than on guest comfort. Almost every little service comes with an additional charge, and it feels like you are expected to pay extra at every step. Even finding a place to sit and relax is stressful because so many lounge chairs and areas are "reserved" or require additional payment. There was also a serious towel shortage. We sometimes had to wait hours for clean towels in our room, and we had the same problem at the beach. At a resort charging these prices, guests should not have to struggle for something as basic as a towel. One experience really summed up the hospitality for me. There was a small lemonade station in the lobby, and after coming in extremely hot, I asked for a small cup. I was told it was "only for guests checking in." I was already a paying hotel guest, yet they wouldn't even offer a small cup of lemonade. The property and beach may be beautiful, but hospitality matters just as much. Visit Cabo regularly and decided to stay at a different resort than we usually do. Based on the price range we had high expectations of this resort. We are on our last day of the trip and must say we are very disappointed with this resort and will not be staying here again. For starters we were greeted by Norma who identified as our concierge and that she would book reservations for us throughout the week. She was eager to help us book UNTIL we declined to attend her "presentation". After that we were told we could go to the activities desk for assistance. Guess she doesn't get commission unless we attend the presentation. My next concern is the front bellhop /taxi/transportation area, there is a big scam going on that has negative impact on customer ratings for any rideshare service. I go downstairs with my golf clubs to catch my Uber. The gentlemen Say here is your taxi take my golf clubs and put them in the back of another vehicle not the one I had reserved. This happened several times before we noticed what they were doing. Then they flat out asked for a tip for putting my clubs into a vehicle that I did not request . Service at the beach club area is awful, the staff is very arrogant and unhelpful. It is an indescribable event and feeling to get up from your table to order drinks from the bar because you have not seen a server . While ordering g drinks your server to finally appear and offer you the bill for one rounds of drinks when you are clearly sitting at a table. This guy didn't even offer to help me back to the table w the 5 drinks I had ordered. But he sure did point to the tip area twice on the bill/check. We get up early everyday- have breakfast and explore, visit the beach, play golf or sit around the pool. On day 1 of our visit, we noticed the rooms are cleaned late in the afternoon almost evening. We requested our room be cleaned around 130 each day so it would be fresh when we returned. Staff has failed to comply with this request, yesterday our room had not been cleaned by 5pm. We communicated with the front desk again so fingers brother will get it correct today. For this resort to be so beautiful and I. This is my second time here and unfortunately my most recent experience was poor. The hotel itself is beautiful and a great location. The service here sucked! Our toilet got clogged and we had to make 4 calls and wait 3 hours for a plunger!!! Another disappointment was the service at the pool (lobby floor pool). There was only one staff member/ waiter for the entire pool. The bar that sits in the water had nobody there due to them being short staffed !! Another disappointment was the gym! I would expect this type of gym at a motel 6! For the price- this hotel needs to do better!! read more

Horrible experience checking in and we have given it a few times, hoping the experience would be different. No one knows whats going on at check in, they are more than happy to OVER charge you, it's a BATTLE and it takes at least an hour to check in, horrible service and unfortunately... you can hear every other guest complaining about the lack of care. We have tried to give it a chance but find that it's just un unfriendly environment and will not return. Cabo is an extinction of California and it shows. If you want real Mexican culture, travel elsewhere because it's truly amazing and the experience will be SO much more than this place. Beware !! Like most of the resorts in Cabo, .....Corazon offers tours to get you to buy into their vacation membership. Sadly, we DID end up buying a Corazon membership, and now that we are using it, we have serious buyers remorse. As they say "the devil is in the details". Watch out for: 1) Resell unused days: Corazon touts that any unused days each year can be "resold". While this is true, AirBnb sites negate any profit, so for all the hassle you net almost $0. 2) Travel anywhere in the world via their "Global Network": This is smoke and mirrors. Its NOT their network at all. Corazon simply signs you up for a vacation club, and pays your first years dues. You could get this vacation club on your own, even without Corazon. 3) Price Increases - 5% increase per year. They will NOT tell you about this during the "tour" and sit down negotiations. 4) Black outs. They will tell you there are no black out dates, which is true, but they limit the number of rooms available to members, so unless you book VERY FAR in advance, there is a considerable chance you get blacked out on the travel dates that you want. read more

Let's just say the rooftop 360 infinity pool is beyond spectacular! I can say going all inclusive was perfect for hubby and I. We had choices of where to hang out for fun and RxR. The beach is cabana style or lounge chairs. I have to say the staff are super attentive and helpful. I will definitely recommend staying here. I am impressed by their customer service,comfortable rooms bed and private jacuzzi on our balcony with great views from my 6th floor. I cannot wait to return! Please note Miguel-batman was great,so was Efrain. These guys gave us the hotel 411. We are thrilled to have stayed here and had a great night sleep. Based on reservations experience, assume the hotel stay will be similar. Booked room for wedding in Nov and paid $1100 deposit. Wedding party finally got a room block so we canceled on March 23 and re-booked (another deposit). After 2 weeks, no credit -- emailed and called and after a week of back and forth was told -- credit will be issued within 20 bus days (Really?).......its been 40 bus days and no refunds. The brides Mom (from Wedding party) reached out as well 2 weeks ago to reservations and her hotel wedding planner and still no refund. Don't waste your time here. read more

This hotel is in the hub of Cabo near The Office and it has a rooftop bar called Baja Brewery. I was not impressed by the pool area and it's a pretty average hotel overall. Our stay at The Corazon in Cabo was unacceptable from start to finish, and quite honestly one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've had. The issues began immediately upon arrival. The "ocean view" room is misleading at best it's a pool view with a distant sliver of ocean. That alone felt deceptive, but the real problem was the condition of the room. It smelled strongly of mold and felt dirty the moment we walked in. The odor was so severe that we had to sleep with the balcony door open every single night just to breathe. Since leaving, we are now dealing with rashes on our face and hands, which is extremely concerning and something we attribute to the condition of the room. We reported the issue right away and asked to be moved. We were told the hotel was "fully booked," and the response from staff was completely dismissive no urgency, no concern, and no effort to resolve what is clearly a health issue. If you're placed in the "renovated" building, expect constant noise. The stairwells echo both inside and outside, making it nearly impossible to relax or get proper sleep. Service throughout the hotel was consistently poor. Housekeeping was unreliable we had to request cleaning multiple times, and even then the floors remained visibly dirty. Front desk staff and management were unfriendly, unhelpful, and unapologetic the entire stay. Checkout was the final straw. Alejandro was shockingly rude and unprofessional while we were paying over $1,500 in additional charges. There was zero acknowledgment of our experience, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right despite us being part of a large group staying at the property. The only redeeming parts of this hotel were very specific individuals. Hector and Martin at the rooftop pool were excellent, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. The staff working the wedding we attended were also fantastic and clearly capable of delivering great service. Unfortunately, these were rare exceptions in what was otherwise a consistently poor and frustrating experience with the rest of the hotel staff. The rooftop pool itself is nice, but even that requires reservations immediately upon arrival or you're left dealing with overcrowded lower pools and subpar service. This property operates far below the standard it presents. Between the misleading room descriptions, concerning cleanliness issues, lack of accountability, and overwhelmingly poor service, this is at best a 2-star experience. We strongly advise others to look elsewhere when visiting Cabo. read more

This resort makes promises that it has intention of honoring. I made reservations a year ago. I was flexible on dates so that we could get the room we always get. I called five times through out the year reminding them of my original requested reservation. Each time I was told yes they had recorded my request. When we arrived we were assigned a room completely different from what was promised each time I called. After reading other reviews it looks like this is a reoccurring problem. Food was mediocre and we had to wait every morning to get a seat for breakfast, even though there were open tables. Possibly due to staffing since the service was terribly slow across the board. There were more staff members willing to sell a time share than actually provide service. The resort has had better days, it was worn down and just not maintained well. ex. missing tiles in pool, wires hanging where lights or TV's were once hung. No fault of the resort but the beach was trash, 4 vendors to every tourist, and the surf was so rough you couldn't get in past your waist. In conclusion it's not worth it, there are much better places in Mexico or the Bahamas. Cabo has lost it's charm and the Corazon is a contributing factor. read more

Cabo Villas/ Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa owned by Noble House Hotels & Resorts has been our home away from home for over 10 years now. My son has grown up there. We've been making our annual trip to Cabo except the time we missed during the pandemic. We've raved about this hotel to all of our friends and online until now. I made our reservation for November 2023 last year in November. In March my husband was hospitalized with acute liver failure out of the blue. A horrible side effect to a medication. We are now going through the process of getting put on the organ transplant list. I emailed on May 21st to find out if there was anyway I could cancel and get a refund, or credit in the amount we paid to use once he has his transplant and could fly. I was told no that our options were to find someone else to go during our reservation, "deposit" our week to some 2nd hand travel service where I'd still have to pay more money to use, or reschedule for sometime in 2023. Seriously?!? My heart is broken because obviously our loyalty to this place is not reciprocated as not even needing to stay close by for an ORGAN TRANSPLANT is enough to warrant an exception to their no refund/credit policy. I always felt like the staff was like family but the lack of empathy/sympathy is not something i would expect from a place touting to be my "home away from home". This was a first trip to Cabo. Went with a group of friends as a party of six. The location and property are amazing. The staff are exceptionally friendly and customer service oriented. What makes this a maybe are two things. First is the "all inclusive" that is not ALL inclusive. You will get special menus with reduced offerings throughout the resort. And you had to remind servers to provide you the special menus. This might be common practice. However, my only one other all inclusive experience is a Sandals resort in Jamaica and was truly all inclusive. All restaurants, all bars, all food. Even the bar in your room. Didn't have to tip or worry about anything. Yes, that was a bit more expensive but not by much. So you really have to think about it and do the math. It was $160 USD per person per day. The nice thing is that you can do it for just a few days, which is what we did. My opinion is that there are so many local places to go to, I wouldn't want to be a slave to the resort. The other thing we did not like is the constant barking and selling. On the beach. On the streets. At the marina. Everyone is trying to peddle souvenirs, boat trips, spa visits, etc. Even the hotel pushes pretty hard to get you to sit for a time share presentation. They call it a vacation club but it's still a time share. While everyone was fairly respectful, it's not the kinds of things I want to put up with during my vacation. Also to keep in mind, this is a family friendly place. Lots of kids and teens. I'm not anti family by any means. However, I do prefer the adults only all inclusive experience. read more

Be cautious of VIP tours that may turn into high-pressure sales pitches, as we experienced three years ago. We were awarded a certificate for a three-night stay, but it has been impossible to redeem due to unavailable room categories. The only way to access the room is to attend another meeting, which is unreasonable. It's disappointing that they lure you in with a promise, only to hold you hostage and make it impossible to cash in the certificate. To avoid this, either book your next visit immediately or be prepared to waste time trying to redeem your certificate. We've been dealing with Julieta Legaspi, and despite the hotel's low capacity during the off-season, they claim to have no available rooms. It's likely that the three-night stay is a scam to get you to attend another meeting. read more

Stayed from 12/15-12/19/2025 We paid for an Ocean front view with hot tub, got a side view. Spoke to Jazzie bout room and advised NO other rooms available but we can pay extra for an upgrade? Denied VIP tour and whatever else they were offering. Waste of my time, $20 deposit and told Perla- Front desk our issues with checking out, pretty much gave us the look to F off.. Hotel atmosphere/MGMT has def changed from before, numbers game! The vibe, friendliness is gone here. Rooftop 360 is so overpriced and totally dead from before. They need to re-vamp it, View is amazing. Hot tub made noises all night and Water was never hot. Tech came by, said he fixed it but never worked. Staff at the beach, very good. The views were definitely the main selling point for us and it was a great location that was close to a lot of nearby stores (walking distance). We also loved the customer service here! Our Jacuzzi was cloudy and reeked of pee and had zero chlorine! It only heated to 96 degrees when it said 104! In the shower we found a disgusting pair of underwear that had an accident in it. The showers do not drain! double sided mirrors in bathroom (so people can watch you shower??). Additionally, My kids found the adult section on the tv! The facility definitely needs upgrades. It seems the storm that blew through here a few weeks ago had exposed a bunch of things they neglected to keep up. Another huge problem is we have been here less then 24hrs and have been offered the breakfast tours like 6 times . Who knows how they are being trained but they are wildin. They had maintenance come look and denied mold but we saw and took pictures. They also have multiple pools on site but the water is hot. This was our first time back since upgrading to the new Corazon tower. We got 2 units with a lockout door, with each unit having a king bed and jacuzzi on the balcony. The views were fantastic from our unit (as well as the Rooftop 360). We did take the member's update, which is a tactic to try and upsell you. We refused to change our contract as we already own 4 weeks per year. The good feature is you don't have to pay maintenance fees if you don't use it. The bad thing is you just lose usage that year. We like having a kitchen so be aware that there are not many units in the new tower with kitchens. You have to book a suite or penthouse to get a kitchen. All the other units only have a mini-kitchen which isn't even that with a small refrigerator and K-cup coffee maker which you have to pay for the coffee pods! No microwave or hot plate or dishes. So, these new units are more like a hotel than a furnished condo. We actually like the older building in front as they all have a full kitchen. Be aware the resort charges a daily $3 fee for services, $3 for WIFI, and $1 for the Children's Fund. How cheap is that? A first class resort has to charge for WIFI, services and children's fund? They charge so much for the rooms that they should just include these and not hassle you at checkout with these added fees. We discovered there is now a full sized grocery store in the Puerto Paraiso Mall which is just 2 blocks away. Now you don't have to shop in the overpriced store at Corazon Cabo, go to Costco or Walmart. Great! The reservation system for the lounge chairs needs to be updated by management. They said you can reserve that day and 1 day in advance. However, we saw many lounge chairs not being used but had a towel draped over it to save. What a waste of valuable resource!! It seems you have to tip the person at the reservation desk if you want a lounge chair. I recommend just going to a nearby resort and if you buy a drink can use their lounge chair. You can also walk towards the marina and the entire long stretch of beach is public property for anyone to use. read more

When we told the representative , that it wasn't going to work out for us... he got upset and accused us of "taking advantage" of the benefits offered to attend. He called us scammers and told us that "this is what you all do" every time we come to Cabo then proceeded to storm off. However this was my first time ever attending this presentation! I did not appreciate the tantrum after declining. We weighed out options and decided not to. This is only confirmation to us to not ever invest with a membership there.
