This is my second time here and unfortunately my most recent experience was poor. The hotel itself is beautiful and a great location. The service here sucked! Our toilet got clogged and we had to make 4 calls and wait 3 hours for a plunger!!! Another disappointment was the service at the pool (lobby floor pool). There was only one staff member/ waiter for the entire pool. The bar that sits in the water had nobody there due to them being short staffed !! Another disappointment was the gym! I would expect this type of gym at a motel 6! For the price- this hotel needs to do better!!

We appreciated the promotion from Chase Reserve. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly. We probably would come back. I did takeoff one star because again it drives me crazy to be asked questions over and over again to be pitched for a membership or timeshare.

Let's just say the rooftop 360 infinity pool is beyond spectacular! I can say going all inclusive was perfect for hubby and I. We had choices of where to hang out for fun and RxR. The beach is cabana style or lounge chairs. I have to say the staff are super attentive and helpful. I will definitely recommend staying here. I am impressed by their customer service, comfortable rooms bed and private jacuzzi on our balcony with great views from my 6th floor. I cannot wait to return! Please note Miguel-batman was great,so was Efrain. These guys gave us the hotel 411. We are thrilled to have stayed here and had a great night sleep. Please see my pictures for your review.

This hotel is in the hub of Cabo near The Office and it has a rooftop bar called Baja Brewery. I was not impressed by the pool area and it's a pretty average hotel overall. I think it's more like a place to party and drink which is totally fine if that's your thing. It's nice enough and reasonably priced.

We loved our experience at Corazon so much that we became members of their program. The amenities are great the pools are perfect and some of the best restaurants are just walking distance away! The beach is a short distance maybe 5 minute walk from resort! Nothing bad to say other than I wish they offered mimosas as a part of their unlimited food and beverage offering!

Nice relaxing time! The service, food, and drinks are great. I was here two years ago and when I returned this week my fabulous waitress Toto remembered and greeted me like if it was yesterday. She does an excellent job and makes you feel welcomed. I appreciate the hospitality and my time here.

We had an amazing experience and Corazon Cabo! The pictures speak for themselves! I could go on and on but the hotel was wonderful and so was the staff. We have a big family and they all loved it-

Cabo Villas/ Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa owned by Noble House Hotels & Resorts has been our home away from home for over 10 years now. My son has grown up there. We've been making our annual trip to Cabo except the time we missed during the pandemic. We've raved about this hotel to all of our friends and online until now. I made our reservation for November 2023 last year in November. In March my husband was hospitalized with acute liver failure out of the blue. A horrible side effect to a medication. We are now going through the process of getting put on the organ transplant list. I emailed on May 21st to find out if there was anyway I could cancel and get a refund, or credit in the amount we paid to use once he has his transplant and could fly. I was told no that our options were to find someone else to go during our reservation, "deposit" our week to some 2nd hand travel service where I'd still have to pay more money to use, or reschedule for sometime in 2023. Seriously?!? My heart is broken because obviously our loyalty to this place is not reciprocated as not even needing to stay close by for an ORGAN TRANSPLANT is enough to warrant an exception to their no refund/credit policy. I always felt like the staff was like family but the lack of empathy/sympathy is not something i would expect from a place touting to be my "home away from home". Shame on you #noblehouse #CorazonCabo

Wow. Just wow. 5 stars all around!!!!…read more I don't have a single complaint about the Waldorf which really blew my mind. Yes it is quite pricey but for once, the price is justified by the impeccable customer service, room quality, and maintenance of this resort. It is the perfect blend of modern and elegance and screams luxury without trying too hard. It's close to the marina as well so easy access to other restaurants, shopping, and tours. We stayed at a 3 bedroom villa and the week flew by. The rooms were spacious, well kept, clean, and stocked with everything you need. We had our own private plunge pool to soak in whenever we wanted to. You are greeted upon arrival with a welcome drink and they gifted the kids an adorable sugar turtle cookie when we departed! They offer sample drinks and popsicles at the pools. Their attention to detail is flawless and everything is well thought out. The resort has an adults only pool, a family infinite pool overlooking the ocean, and another swallow kids pool. Plenty of lounge chairs and was never too busy. The food was fantastic from the poolside kitchen to the on site property restaurants to the private chefs. Honestly some of the best food I've had in my life. The spa is world class and I highly recommend it. We had some of the best nail service, massages, and facials ever. Everyone is well trained and very skilled and experienced in their area of expertise. They have complimentary golf carts that take you anywhere on the property and we never had to wait for one. Everyone is so friendly, inviting, and professional. I truly appreciated everyone's hospitality and warmth. The best part was our private butler who cooked our meals, arranged all activities and transportation off the property, did laundry, and even found our missing shoes that flew across the resort! lol. Our butler Ricardo was amazing and such a delight to have. This is a once in a lifetime experience that everyone must indulge in. It's worth it.

It also comes with a fire place, which comes in handy at night. The room is also equipped with binoculars for whale watching, very thoughtful. The service was top tier, better than Ritz Carlton and other Wardolf location I've stayed at. You get a personal concierge that can help you with whatever you need 24/7. Shout out to my concierge Raquel, she made the stay so much smoother. The location is prime. Walking distance from a lot of restaurants, bars, and clubs. If you don't want to walk uber's about $5-10 bucks.

The resort lobby has a very high cupola ceiling with an oculus at the top: lots of light and a nice airy feeling all around. Marble and wood and glass, plus comfortable high back chairs make you want to linger and chat while sipping a welcome to the resort margarita. There were six of us on vacation, we did the all-inclusive so didn't have anything but ourselves to lug around, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience at Playa Grande; from a great buffet and omelette station at breakfast, to the swim up bar, dinners at Brigantine, and the beach Fiesta on the second night. Colima restaurant is where we had breakfast : omelette station, great assortment of yogurts, fruit cups, smoked salmon, pancakes, eggs that are scrambled or poached (besides the omelette station) bacon and sausages... Mimosa at the table, orange and green juice at the buffet area; there is a full bar at Colima should you want something more. I am sorry I didn't make a note of our server's name here, he was polite and friendly and deserved a mention. I have more photos but can't seem to upload them now, maybe too many all together, so I'll add them later. We had a great time at this resort, enjoyed the days together with our friends, got tanned and had excellent service from everyone. In the lobby area there's a bar that makes good cocktails, fries and calamari, burgers. One night after dinner they made us Mexican coffees where we were sitting, it's so fun to watch the liquors flame up as they're poured into the glasses in metal holders :)) and very good to drink. The beach isn't a swimmable one at all, the currents and tides are very strong with two water systems colliding here at the end of Baja California sur. At night sleeping with the windows open I could hear my beloved ocean and feel a lovely breeze. Thank you to everyone at the resort that we interacted with: you were all fantastic! ¡Gracias, y espero volver a verte!

He decided he wouldn't take no for an answer after I told him I didn't want to be hit on or talk to him. He became increasingly aggressive. I tried to keep de-escalating. He told me that we WOULD get to know each other. He pushed his phone to me with his Instagram. It was full of pictures of naked women. I went to the host desk. I smiled, so I wouldn't upset him further. I kept smiling and told them I needed him to go away. He came up behind me. They called hotel security, who quickly came over. The man (Ryan) left with his bottle of wine. Security escorted me to my room. I saw him waving from the balcony of a room above mine, very near. I asked to be moved. I was frightened. They changed my room, but I did not sleep the entire night. The next morning, I spoke to the manager, Francisco Escuer. He told me: "I watched the tape, you were talking to the man and smiling. You smiled at the host stand. Why were you smiling if you were asking for help to get away from that guy?" I said, "Because he was coming after me, and that's what women do, so we don't aggravate men we know are dangerous." He said, "Well, his girlfriend didn't report anything." Again, I said: "Women don't report abusers because they are not believed, just like you are not believing me." Escuer also screamed at me and accused me of recording our conversation. He made physical gestures toward me during this. I told him I needed the tape, his information and the hotel's information. He refused to give me anything and yelled at me. I had to check out, pay for that stay, and another hotel. Escuer/the hotel are not safe for women.

We heard nothing but raving reviews from our guests about the rooms and cleanliness of the entire resort. I already had family and friends asking when we can come back for our anniversaries lol. Now for our wedding: The planning through Casa Dorada's wedding coordinator, Katherine Anaya, was seamless and so easy. I can't express enough how amazing she was to handle everything for my husband and I since we are from California. The location of the resort is perfectly on the beach with nearby bars and restaurants. Yes you can hear the music from the bars but it stops at 9:30/10pm. Didn't hear any complaints from any of ours guests (ages 25-83). The wedding ceremony and reception was at the 12 Tribes Terrace and they really transformed the atmosphere to be exactly how I envisioned the wedding! If you're hesitant about doing a destination wedding in Cabo, I researched about 20 resorts and landed on Casa Dorada because of the value, location and how beautiful the resort looks. We are so happy with how our wedding came out and how amazing the staff is at this resort. We want to highlight our amazing wedding planner (through the resort) Katherine Anaya who handled everything for us and made sure the whole wedding experience was stress free and seamless for us. Her first impression through email with me truly made me feel her hospitality and kindness. Meeting her in person for our pre-wedding trip January 2026 just solidified that we have an amazing person helping create our wedding vision and bring it to life! She even went as far as having a custom wedding slideshow playing in our hotel room that had our pictures from our wedding website. The attention to detail Katherine gives is beyond what I could've ever imagined from anyone! Another person I want to mention was Rene at the 12 Tribes Restaurant. We met him during our pre-wedding trip and he handled everything with ease for our signature His/Her drinks and our food tasting samples. Right away his great hospitality and kind spirit could immediately be seen and felt. For our wedding in April 2026, Rene remembered us and gave nothing short of excellent service during our entire wedding week when we saw him or ate at the 12 Tribes restaurant. Rene was actually a server during our wedding and was making sure everything was going smoothly and made sure we felt at home. Two more people who are worth mentioning: Heriberto at the swim-up bar and Michele at the B Bar. Two awesome people who love what they do. They remembered us each time we came back to them. They remembered our drink orders and truly made us feel like family there. If you're thinking about a wedding at Casa Dorada, my advice to you is do it and you won't regret it. It truly felt like our home away from home. Muchas gracias Casa Dorada!!! We will definitely be back! This isn't goodbye, but see you soon!!

The location is convenient, with a supermarket directly across the street. The property was nice and clean--perfect for a relaxing getaway that truly felt like a home away from home. The room had all the main kitchen necessities and more. We started in a garden-view room, and midweek we were able to upgrade to an ocean-view room, which was absolutely spectacular. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves was incredibly calming. The resort also offers beach access, and guests can borrow beach chairs and other items to relax by the water. There are several pools on-site, including a swim-up bar, and they often have live music in the evenings, which added to the atmosphere. The only downside was the on-site restaurant--the food was mediocre, so we preferred cooking in the room or going out to eat. There is a BBQ area available for guests, which was a nice option. I would definitely come back, though I'm not a fan of being approached by timeshare representatives.

Love the friendly staff, especially activities director Jesus, who even remembered my daughter's name from a year ago! Bartenders and servers are all great, too. This year we were in a large one bedroom "garden view" villa in Building 1 (1104A) - which actually had a view of the pool and ocean. It was on the 1st floor, right next to the small pool, and just steps down to the ping pong table, which was certainly convenient, but not very private, and during theme nights, like the Mexican dancing, it was really loud to hear them pounding their feet on the wooden stage, but it was fine overall. Still love the activities - Aqua bingo, movie trivia, ping pong tournament. This year we rented a car, which we made use of almost every day for grocery runs, hikes and day trips. Planned to go to La Paz to swim with the whale sharks, but the dock was closed due to high winds, so we drove up to Todos Santos - our daughter went on a hike/run on the beautiful Cerro Punta Lobos trail, and we walked the peaceful beach near the boutique Hotel San Cristobal, then shopping, matcha lattes and taco stand in Todos Santos (couldn't get a last-minute reservation at Jazamango). Then on New Year's Eve, we did the Forcado 5K by the San Jose del Cabo Marina, and my older daughter came in 1st place of all the women! Hoping they do this again next year. Food and drinks are fresh and tasty - liked the eggs benedict, and nachos are always great. Favorite drinks are still the margaritas (traditional, mango and guava) and mojitos (with whatever berries are fresh). Did the timeshare presentation for some resort credit, and it was fine -- not too informative, not always accurate, but not too high pressure. Already booked our room for next year, and looking forward to it!

The food was consistently good, and the Lazy River is definitely the standout feature and biggest selling point of the property. The rooms and grounds were well maintained, making for an enjoyable stay overall. That said, there were a few areas where the experience fell short. Pool service was inconsistent, and there often seemed to be a shortage of pool towels. Entertainment options were limited, and with only three restaurants on-site, dining choices felt somewhat restricted. Of the three, Latitud 23.5 was by far the best and the one we found ourselves returning to most often. Guests should also be prepared for a fairly aggressive timeshare presentation pitch. Additionally, the advertised complimentary 45-minute massage per room for direct online bookings appeared to be more of a marketing gimmick, as multiple staff members seemed unaware of the promotion during our stay. While we had a pleasant experience overall, we're likely to try a different resort next year. The Lazy River was the highlight, but the overall experience wasn't quite enough to bring us back.

The attendants are not good at informing guests of their conveniences. All inclusive beverages: This one was frustrating. I could not get a good drink for my life anywhere in the hotel. Booze was absolutely watered or thinned down somehow . A martini was mostly vermouth --yuk! I finally only ordered wine...thinking you can't fuck up a glass of wine.
