Didn't go to good fellas cus they were closed and didn't have time for another week or so. I asked him to do the same haircut. Mid fade. He gave me a high fade instead. Told him to keep the length on the crown cus of my cowlicks, and he completely ignored that and cut it all. Told him that I'm growing my mustache and goatee, and he shaves my upper lip, and trims a good amount off of chin. Not only that but he shaved my under lip area without asking me. The first two photos I gave him for reference. Of me from my last cut. The third photo of Jason momoa is my beard goal. The fourth and fifth photo is what he did to my hair/beard. WILL NOT GO BACK I genuinely think he was trying to make me uglier.

A few months back I booked a standard hair appointment for 11am, I had a wedding to go to that…read moreweekend & I've had a few good cuts here many, many years ago (the guy left to open his own shop - he was amazingly talented) - who replaced him was a guy who had 0 experience & he messed up my cut so for 5 years I didn't go back. Fastforward to the appointment; I arrived 15 minutes early, went inside, saw there was someone still being cut by the person I booked with - he said a few words & when 11am came around - he told me he fit his friend in & I'd have to get cut by the same guy I stopped going to goodfellas because of - & I had to wait another 15/20 minutes. Kinda unacceptable. Super Cuts quality is what I received at $35. Now if it was a simple cut, sure, I wouldn't mind - but I had been growing my hair out for at least a year & this dude butchered it & put in zero effort, again - 4+ years later. It was like a 15 minute haircut & it wasn't even what I asked for. I asked for a drop fade & the dude gave me a crew cut & didn't blend the top. I've since shaved it all off because it grew in so unevenly textured. I get it, they're the only game in town, but cancelling a time specific appointment with a specific barber to put his friend in the chair? Guy you're like 50 years old, business comes before friendship at your age & you lost a customer, again! Anyway, the quality & customer experience has fallen so far at this place, I'm sure if you know these guys you'll have a good experience, like having someone's appointment booted for you - but that wasn't my experience. Poor business model, unprofessional service & had to listen to these dipshits cutting hair rave about politics. Won't be back!

I called to see if these master barbers would be able to do such a specialty design and was told on the phone "oh yeah, we can definitely do that. Just bring in a picture when you come." Fast forward several days until their next available appointment and we show up a few minutes early. No one greets us, we just sit down in a chair. When the time of our appointment arrives, we're still sitting there. A couple minutes later our barber comes in and heads to the back room. A few more minutes go by and he finally comes out and gets my son in a chair, the whole time talking with the other barber and not really paying attention to us. I then show him a picture of what we want and he says matter of factly that they aren't able to do it. I explain that the person on the phone said it wouldn't be a problem as long as we had a picture and another barber chimes in saying "I just heard you say mohawk." (they would have needed a pictures for that?) As we are leaving, clearly disappointed and upset, they try to explain how it was too artistic of a thing for us to think they could do it. They said "we're not waisting your time, why don't you sit down and get a haircut." I informed them that he didn't want a haircut, he wanted THIS haircut. They then tried saying they would be able to do it with a long block of time and it would be a $100 hair cut. Miraculously, this haircut that was too difficult was now possible with more time and money. And so my son and I left. He is now extremely upset and we are trying to find another barbershop that might be able to help.
