But the people claiming to have heard anti-LGBTQ language are people who just happened to stop in for the first time? That's really weird. I mean, how is it that a straight guy like me, who is in the shop every few weeks, has never heard discriminatory language there, but someone who is there once is convinced that this place is a cesspool of hateful language and behavior?
