I wish I could give this company negative stars. I have never had such a horrible car experience in my life. My car battery had died so my insurance company sends for them to jumpstart my car. They initially sent me a 55 min ETA. They are late so I call and they say the tow truck was at another job and he will arrive in 35 minutes and he called me to let me know, but I didn't answer. He never called me. I was sitting in the hot sun with my phone in my hand by my car waiting the whole time. I get frustrated over this additional wait time and Jeff hangs up on me. I call again after waiting more and Jeff answers saying it's an additional 30 minutes. This time he said the tow truck broke down and it's an additional wait. I call again and Jeff answers saying the tow driver came and didn't see me and called my phone and I didn't answer so he left and isn't coming back. I never got a call from them and I was still sitting in front of my car waiting the entire time. I am crying at this point and they just left me stranded. I had to take an Uber home and leave my car to get fixed later. I have never had such a horrible experience with my car. I don't know how they are still in business. It has been over 3 1/2 hours. Luckily my car with a very dead battery is in my carport. The same thing happened to me this past weekend. After 3 hours in the parking lot of a drugstore, no coat or heater. That Company, Lakewood Towing came in 20 minutes and I got home safely. He even followed me to insure I got to my area safely. I was terrified, extremely cold as it was below freezing, yet I called and called, 20 min, 40 min, oh running late. Ya, they are late. How do they stay in business. I am going to call my Insurance Provider now and tell them to send another Company. Core Values deserves a o rating, but the people that answer the phone seem to be nice. She said she was sorry last time I waited 3 hours and it would not happen this time. No, it hasn't. They broke their own record. 3 hours and 40 minutes this time and still waiting. read more

Had horrible experience with them. Was in town for a funeral and had flat tire. Was told they would arrive in 25 minutes. After hour of waiting I called them and was told they hadn't processed the call since they were missing some billing information from rental car agency. Lady on phone was very rude and arrogant. Not sure who dropped the ball - them or the rental agency- but they certainly didn't seem to care. If I hadn't called I would still be waiting since they had no intention of calling me back with any status update. Would definitely not recommend them. read more

How low can I go? Apparently zero stars is not an option. I have roadside assistance through my insurance company, Connect by Ameriprise. I called to request help to change a flat tire at an exit gas station next to I405 in Renton, a major metropolitan area. They connected me by text with Core Values at 10:48 with an ETA of 120 to 135 minutes, so they should be there by 1:03 at the latest. No response by 1:08 (2 hours 20 minutes) so I called them. While I was on hold they texted to ask if my service arrived. I texted back no. At 1:25 they texted the new ETA was another 45 minutes. So I waited. No help by 2:12 so I requested an ETA. No response so I called the insurance company. They contacted Core Values who said it would be another 45 minutes. So I waited again. By 3:41 still no response so I called the insurance company again. They said the new ETA was another 45 minutes so I told them to cancel my request. It is now 4:42, 6 hours into my ordeal with no help with my flat tire. I ended up changing the tire myself with help from a by-stander. I avoided doing it myself because i have an injured back. Customer service was terrible. At one point my call was dropped 5 times while waiting on the line. I got no updates unless I contacted them. Avoid this company at all costs. Do Not Use This Company!!!!! This is the first time I've ever written a review on Yelp. I felt compelled to do so after waiting almost 3 hours for roadside assistance with my teenage daughter and geriatric dog in the cold last night. We were given a 70 minute ETA. After waiting an hour and a half, I called dispatch and was told the driver was across town doing another tow and it would be 35 more minutes. The dispatcher said our wait time-frame was up to four and a half hours. I told the dispatcher how ridiculous that was to expect someone to wait that long and how irate I was. I had my call reassigned to a different company but did not cancel Core Values just in case. The other company arrived within 25 minutes. The driver was very friendly and stayed with us as he determined that my car needed more than just a battery jump and had to be towed. The driver assisted me in moving my car to a safer location. Almost an hour after the driver arrived, a driver from Core Values called to tell me he was in the area. I told him he could cancel because he took too long and the other driver had been on site for at least an hour. I don't understand how this company continues to operate with this kind of service and so many negative reviews. I'm assuming they are the cheapest bid but they are a poor reflection on the insurance companies and the third party company who uses them. I will complain to the company who dispatched them and also to my insurance company. If your ever in need of roadside assistance or a tow, ask to be reassigned to a different company if they tell you Core Values has been dispatched. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If Subaru or any roadside service assigns you to Core Values, have them cancel and schedule you with another company. After TWO HOURS, they still weren't at my car. They told me three times they were 10-15 minutes away, once they told me they were five minutes... after an hour and 15 minutes from the "5 minute" time quote. I cancelled them. If I could give 0 stars, I would. First time, our insurance called for a tow after a car accident. Said it would take over 4 hours. Cancelled that  and had a police officer call it in and a different company came within 30 minutes. Then core values finally calls after 7 HOURS  and said they'd be there soon to pick up the car even though the job had been cancelled hours earlier. Within a few days, we decided to take it to a different body shop so again insurance called and set this up. They never ended up coming and after several phone calls on our part because they never once called us for an update, they just said they wouldn't be able to do it that day and they set up an appointment for 8 am the next day. Once of the phone calls made, we sat on hold forever and when the customer service worker finally answered she answered with "Is this the owner of the Hyundai Sante Fe?" Not a hello or even giving any sort of greeting. Also, that isn't even the type of car we have. Several phone calls later (again us always being the ones calling them) they said the driver was getting off the freeway to come pick it up finally. This was around 3 pm by this point even though we had set up an appointment for 8 that morning. Apparently they had to get a different driver because it was a farther distance than they thought, even though they had the addresses of pick up and delivery from the very beginning. More than 2 hours later, they still said the driver was on his way but he still never showed up. At 5:20 pm, we finally got a call saying that they wouldn't be able to do the job but could set it up for the next morning. Kids were screaming in the background so this person probably works from home which makes sense, but it made it difficult to hear her and at this point we had already cancelled the tow anyway and had set up with a different company that actually showed up at the agreed upon time and got the job done. When we said we were going with a different company and were very displeased and would never work with this company again, the response we got was "OK" and we hung up. Save yourself a major headache and don't even give them the benefit of the doubt. Just choose a different company. They will always say they will take the job, but they won't follow through. read more

We used their road side service when our company car had a flat tire in downtown Spokane. Lucas came to the rescue and was SUPER nice and helpful. Although he wasn't able to get the spare out (in the pouring rain) cause the bolt was stripped he did everything he could to help us and air the tire up enough to make it to a tire service store. My fiancée got a flat and called our roadside assistance who sent a tow truck from Core Value. The driver, Nick, was noticeably high when he showed up. He insisted my fiancée sit inside her van on the flat bed of his truck while it was transported to Les Schwab. That is both unsafe and illegal. When she insisted riding in the cab, he responded "Can I trust you to not look through my personal stuff?" Throughout the ride, he made her feel like she was in danger. He was unprofessional, rude, and erratic. When I called the main office, the receptionist treated it like it wasn't a big deal and said the driver's supervisor would talk to him when he got back to the office. This is the worst service I have ever in my life came across. One employee name John was very disrespectful and rude. I had a flat tire and needed help with the spare, he came and before assessing my tires and asking which one he proceeded to just take off the WRONG tire. I told him that it was the wrong one and the correct one was in the front. He proceeded to tell me that he could not do that without charging me. I was confused why because he wasn't changing the back tire just the front. He then proceeded to get angry and short when I told him to please place the donut on the correct tire he then threw my spare back in my car, place the wrong tire INCORRECTLY back on and then tell me to "fit it your fucking self" as he roughly lowered my car trapping the Jack under my car. We exchanged words and his last words to me was "your yelling at me" and then got in his car and drove off. This was the most uncomfortable, ridiculous situation I've ever been in. Complete fucking shit. When I found out I had to pay for gas after running out, I went back to the car to look for money. During my search the "driver" and "accomplice" pulled out and left me stranded on a busy freeway late at night on the shoulder with no gas. I had THREE DOLLARS. I needed ONE MORE to leave. Way to keep your "core values" in check, grade A priorities. Called and waited on hold to hear that the driver cannot and will not come back even though I found an extra WHOLE DOLLAR. If I were to throat punch anyone, it would be this company. I had a flat, and a flat spare tire. My insurance company sent them out to assist. I informed their dispatch that I just needed to air up my spare tire. They sent a guy with a broken air compressor. WTF.. So I call them back and explain what I need, and they assure me that they can send someone with a working air compressor. After waiting 45 minutes , I call them to get an update. They tell me they cancelled the call 30 minutes ago because the SECOND guy doesn't have an air compressor. Were they EVER going to call me, the customer, and let me know??? I have Subaru Roadside Assistance who contracts with Core Values. I requested a jump and was quoted a 45 minute arrival. I received numerous phone calls extending the arrival by 35 minutes each time. After 3 hours I got a jump from a passerby. The truck never arrived. read more

This company have no customer service skills. They hold their customer service skills till the payment was received, Shortly Afterward a message is sent by way of text where they give an estimated time that service would be to you and it would say something along the lines of 90 minutes to 105 minutes. they fail to say that their services aren't accurate with wait time. Leaving the person that finally comes to help stuck with an angry customer due to false wait time. If you call them regarding the wait time they will accuse you of yelling and hang up. Monitoring the call afterwards, refusing to take your complaint but they have already got their fee and this is just not the company I would recommend if you are in need of immediate services. It's understood as to why people say you get what you pay for. it might say you save money but you pay for it in time. Think before using this company!!! read more

Garbage company. Had a flat tire in my apartment's parking lot, should not be a big deal. I called at 2pm, they said they would be there at 5:30pm. I told them I would be at work at that time, and asked if we could schedule something for early in the morning so I could make it to school on time. They said yes, and we scheduled for 7am the next day. At 6am they called and confirmed my appointment. Great, sounds good. At 7:30 they called and said they would be there at 8. Okay...we had planned on 7 o'clock, but sure, I would still get to class. At 8:45 they had still not shown. I called them, and they said their driver was backed up and would be there at 9:30. So I missed my first class. At 9:20 they call and say 25 more minutes. At 10:30, still nothing. I called my insurance back and they said they would check what was going on. I then got a new text with a time of arrival for 11:30. So I missed a full day of school. After reading these terrible reviews, I asked my insurance if I could just get another company. They agreed, and my agent apologized for Core Values "giving me the runaround". BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. After I was told the driver of the second company would arrive in 45 minutes, I ran out to get something done (after wasting my morning waiting for Core Values to show up). While out, I got a call from the Core Values dispatcher. She told me the driver would be there in 10 minutes. I told her, "No, I cancelled your service because I waited around for over 4 hours. There is another company coming in 45 minutes." The dispatcher says, "Well our guy is on the way and he will be there in TEN minutes. The other company will be there in 45 minutes." I said, "I don't believe you will be there in 10 minutes because you've been telling me ALL DAY that you will be there and you never show up. CANCEL IT, I got another company." She says okay, okay, bye. She's really going to argue with me after I wasted my time and missed an entire day of school? The driver from the second business showed up right on time and was extremely professional. TL/DR: Core Values gave me a 4 1/2 hour wait and a dispatcher that is perfectly okay with lying to people all day. They expect me to sit at home all day waiting for them? First call to insurance company was 5:30 pm core value was the service provider. Was told 60 to 70 minutes after 2 hrs still no show called again was told 29 to 39 minutes. After 45 minutes call again and told the same thing again 30 to 35 minutes still no show. Mind you this is my granddaughter and myself waiting for a tow. Called 1 more time and was told the same again 30 minutes. This company does nothing but lie to the customer. Finally at 10:00 called a tow company and was there in 20 minutes but had to pay for it but my granddaughter was able to get home after 5 hours of waiting for core value and their no show. At 11:30 pm core value called about the tow and told them had to hire a company to tow it and got hung up on. Now have to deal with insurance company in the morning. If your assigned this company ask for a different roadside service provider. Bbb is also being notified with a complaint on this company this company. If I could give negative reviews, I would. I had a flat tire and needed it swapped out for the spare. Called up my insurance company at 9 on the weekend and they gave the job to these guys. And the fun began. 9:47: Got the message the Core Values will come to me within 55 minutes. 10:30: Called them, to be told that the driver is stuck at his previous job and will take 30 more minutes, at which time he will come to me. They said that they asked the driver to call me (but he never calls me). 10:50: Get a text message that the driver will be at my car in 19 minutes 11:10: Called them and was told that the driver had a break down and they are sending another driver, who will take 45 minutes to get to me. 11:45: Called them again and they said driver will take another 25 minutes as his previous job was delayed. They said that they asked the driver to call me (but he never calls me). 12:15: Called them again and they were surprised that the driver didnt call me.Just then the driver called me. I spoke to the driver and he said he will take another 20 minutes to get to me. 12:35: Called the driver and he said 5 more minutes. Gave me the description of his car - a Blue Nissan Murano. Told me what he was wearing. I was waiting for him by the curbside on a busy street, so that I can flag him down. 12:50: I see the driver. Instead of turning into the parking lot, he sees me and just drives past me. I am surprised. I call him. He does not answer my call, and disconnects. 1:00: The driver makes a double U-turn. I am relieved and think the earlier drive by me was probably a mistake. I am waiting for him to turn into the lot, and he just drives past me again! I call him again and he disconnects my call again! 1:02: I call Core Values. They say that the driver is at my location working on my car. I tell them I am standing next to the car and there is no one working on my car. Then they say that the driver is trying to call me (which is untrue). I tell them that I called the driver twice and he disconnected my call. Then they say that the driver is not able to find me. I asked what that means. I gave the location where I was. I have a cell phone and he has my number. How can he not find me. Then they tell me that they are unable to reach him as well and ask me to call my insurance company and cancel the roadside service and engage another service provider. 1:10: I call the insurance company, who assign a new service provider, who fixes the car at 2:30. 4:00: I call back the driver to ask what happened. He says that Core Values cancelled the job when he was near me and assigned him to another customer. Basically this company lacks what it claims to be - Core Values in business. Agree with the others. If I could give zero I would. Waited almost 2 hours, after my car was hit by another driver. The driver came, sat in the truck for 10minutes, then went around the block. Came back sat for another 10 minutes. Left again. Neither time talked to us. My wife saw him pull onto the main Blvd. I called. They said he had to go back to the shop, but would be back. Waited another 30 minutes. I called again. Said he was on his way. When he got there I gave him the keys, I told him it would've been nice for him to talk to us, he threw my keys back at me and said he was out of here. The police offer who was waiting with us the whole time went after him. I had her call another tow company. They showed up 15 minutes later. Don't know what issue the driver was dealing with. But I sure didn't need his attitude after waiting 3 hours after being in an accident. Very very poor customer service. And never got a call from the company saying sorry. read more

GMC OnStar called these people to assist me with a flat tire. Over THREE HOURS LATER, they're a no-show. I'm fact, they never showed at all and OnStar had to call someone else. Called and they kept making up excuses while I sat on the side of the road. This is one of the most unreliable, unprofessional organizations out there. The first driver apparently had their car broke down - a couple other reviews also said that, so I'm not sure if it's a lie that the company says or if they just drive crappy cars.
