Everything was so fresh and delicious! Very filling and healthy. Good options for vegetarians & vegans as well. The tuna poke bowl and steak & bleu salad are delicious! There is a wide variety of teas as well. I had the apple green tea which was delicious. I'm not a big tea person but I love cider and that's mainly what it tasted like. I don't like this place, which is a shame because I like the concept. However, none of the menu items are very exciting, everything tastes kind of the same, and the ordering process is awful. Last time I was there, I ordered a small bowl double protein. When I got to the front to pay, the manager told me I shouldn't have ordered that and that he had to charge me for a large bowl double protein. Core life eatery is a decent spot to get "healthier" options. The selection is pretty decent and the food is generally fresh.

I like what they are trying to do by bringing more healthy eatery options to the Valley but the food is very bland. I made my own salad with kale, and tofu, amongst other veggies and decided to get the ginger dressing which was meh. read more

So many options for us gluten free vegan gals! All 4 of us with various diets had no problem finding choices here, with very considerate servers that don't mind customizing your order. I ordered the southwest chicken wrap and I have a list on my phone of what I usually ask for in it because I don't like everything that comes along with it. The guy that was in the beginning was rude when I listed what I wanted, "well yea that comes with it" yes I know that already there's no need to be rude. They also forgot the Buffalo sauce for the chicken in my other order. The food counter was messy and didn't look like they kept up with the cleaning, and ingredients were all mixed aswell. But overall I still love the food I just think the staff needs improvement and more of a welcoming feel. read more

While reading through all these reviews, I noticed that many people are talking about their vegan food, but nobody is reviewing it. Well, I'm going to do that. I've visited the restaurant twice. The first time we used online ordering and the second we went in. I found the online ordering to be very convenient. My only gripe is that some of the toppings are missing for add-lbs. You will get more option going in. If you know the topping you want, you can add it in the text box for special instructions. Ordering in the restaurant itself is nice because you can ask questions and see all the toppings. My only gripe about it is that it's really loud. For a subway-like setup where there's a lot of customer employee interaction, the environment should be quiet enough that we can easily interact. Music should be background noise in restaurants. I like to hear my dining partners. The first time I tried a grain bowl and I was disappointed, so the second I tried a broth bowl and I was still disappointed. First, the grain bowl...I ordered online and I've never had a grain bowel. I expected it to be warm. For those of you that have never had a grain bowl, they really aren't. They start with a warm grain but nothing else on top is warm, so it doesn't stay warm. Being that is was a siracha grain bowl, I expected tons of flavor, but no, it was bland. I enjoyed that the tofu was roasted and it had good texture, but also bland. One to the broth bowl...total disappointment. The broth was so bland. My partner had a broth bowl (siracha beef) both times and thought it was great. Apparently they make flavorful bone broth, but not so flavorful veggie broth. They could stand to use mushrooms or miso to build flavor. On top of that, all the other broth bowls have rice or noodles and this just has greens. I don't really understand why? On top of all that we tried lemonade. The blueberry mint lemonade sounded so good, but was bitter. The spicy lemonade (can't remember the name) was good though. Overall this place was a disappointment, since I'm always looking for food that's healthy AND delicious. I don't know that I'd go back. read more

I'm so glad that there is another healthy option for a quick lunch. The recipes are very very similar to SweetGreen and along the same lines as HoneyGrow in that it is supposed to be fresh and local bowl-type meals. SweetGreen offered a slice of crusty bread with the salads, which CoreLife has unfortunately misinterpreted as a soft slice of sandwich bread in a sad plastic container at the end of the row. The stations could be cleaned up a bit and the employees need some work on customer service/friendliness. read more

I am not sure what all the rave reviews are about. Granted, I am just passing through while visiting family. But I just paid $11 for a middling salad. And they screwed up my order- I asked for the ginger tofu grain salad and they made me a ginger beef green salad. I was so tired after a day on the road and at the hospital I didn't even realize what was on my plate until I sat down. Good thing I am not a vegetarian or have food allergies. Interesting concept, and I think it might catch on. Certainly healthier than the other places I found nearby. And it is open until 9pm (Someone from Allentown please explain why most of the restaurants close at 7pm?). The drinks are phenomenal...loved the basil lemonade with cucumber juice. read more

Hubby is definitely not into "fancy" take out, so I had to wait until a day where he wasn't starving to stop in here. I love the idea but the execution wasn't my favorite. Ordered a broth bowl and before I could tell her the modification I wanted (I hate kale...just hate it!), she already had all the greens in my bowl so it was too late (and I'm not one to complain so I just dealt with it). I love bone broths, but theirs was just okay...not awful by any means, but not the best. I did love that they offer a smaller portion size which was still more than large enough for me. I liked hubby's grain bowl much better - he got their normal size which was pretty large (on pair with Chipotle bowl) and I thought it was pretty good (hubby thought it was a bit bland but he did eat it). Really enjoyed the plain and cranberry cayenne lemonades, as well as the cold brew coffee (with a carafe of almond milk next to it). I thought prices were really reasonable considering the quality and the organic/free range nature of their offerings. Staff was super friendly - we were dining with the baby and they offered us a high chair (she's still too wee for one) and stopped over twice to see how we were doing. Very good broth bowls... Especially the chicken tortilla. Food seems as fresh as can be. Line moves pretty quick. I went in once and stood there while the workers saw me and just kept cleaning. Hello?! Rose is an exceptional employee and always smiles... Is super attentive... Friendly and professional. She should train the others. Managers are friendly, however they need to teach some of their people to at least PRETEND like they're happy to be there. (Heck, at least smile). It's pretty good for a quick bite but a little pricy for the lack of overall quality. The salads have some imagination but the taste is typically all blended in and no complexity. The greens are definitely not top shelf and taste and feel like paper. They rely too much on their sugary dressings so if you close your eyes, it just tastes like a big McDonalds salad. Complicated order system...signs say build your own or they have several to pick from. I wanted to pick one and then kick it up but I really didn't get the feeling that was option. Staff friendly, new and learning. Did a grain bowl with Steak and rice noodles. I was nervous that grain meant there would be rice or quinoa in there. However, it didn't. It definitely tasted fresh. Portion sizes were great and relative to price. Eating kale didn't bother me as it was prepared tasty. We also got the tortilla chicken bone broth. Nice, fresh taste. I really enjoyed both meals I had here. The food is extremely fresh and seems very healthy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The one thing I am a little surprised by is that they have a ton of drinks with extremely high sugar content which is surprising for a healthy place. While the food is good the service when doing a take out order is terrible! We put in an order and arrived at the time it was said to be ready, 20 minutes after the order was placed. We walked in and there were no customers in line or waiting to be helped and yet we had to wait an additional 10 minutes as our order had yet to be STARTED. It was a slow night, unacceptable to have to wait nearly 30 minutes total for a salad, rice bowl, and a soup. read more

CoreLife Eatery was OK. We had a very long wait, which was understandable because it was new, but there were a lot of workers behind the counter, and it seemed like it should have moved faster. I ordered a large noodle bowl with beef, and it was pretty good. The ingredients were very fresh, but it tasted pretty bland. The lemonade was very sweet. I had my entire bowl, but the meal wasn't very filling and I was still pretty hungry about an hour after I left. read more

You can choose between salad, rice, or broth/ soup bowls that give you a variety of veggies and your choices of meats. The price point is reasonable, calories low, and taste very refreshing.
