All of their produce is very fresh they have vegetarian ,vegan and gluten-free options available. You can order something from the pre-made menu or you can customize almost anything that they sell. Eating here I really feel like I'm doing something healthy for my body. Their beverages are very unique and I had the ginger lemonade which was absolutely fabulous. The food does have good flavor, if you can get them to make your food. Folks, this food isn't cooked as you order it. CoreLife is a good option for lunch. If it is busy be prepared to wait a while for your food. I've ordered ahead a few times, but it didn't save me very much time as I still waited for my food. However, the food itself is very good, but only during lunch. By the end of the day they often run out of many options. The greens and vegetables don't taste as fresh around dinner time. Although every time I've been for lunch the food has come out great. The salads are filling and all of the meat is very flavorful. They also offer grain and broth bowls. It's very similar to chipotle, so you really can create anything you'd like. They also have a variety of specialty drinks. I like the beet lemonade mixed with the unsweetened ice tea. One of my favorite dishes is the berry quinoa chicken bowl. The yogurt dressing really pairs nicely with it. I've also had their spicy Thai chicken which definitely has a good kick to it! read more

I am always in search of healthy fast food in the area so was very happy to see this had opened up. I tried the Thai chicken bowl for lunch - perfect portion sizes (they have small and large), fresh ingredients and it left me feeling full but still energized for the rest of day. Nice selection of healthier choices for lunch. I had the Mediterranean Salad and it was pretty good. The one downfall was that you pay $10+ for a salad and they give minimal protein. WOW! This is my new favorite place EVER! Everything is so fresh and so yummy! I had a chicken tortilla broth bowl with beef bone broth. Everything is made fresh everyday, including the bone broth. The food is really good. The service is decent. But I don't know how a restaurant operates without food and no one answers the phone. I've tried for weeks. They finally fixed the ap but both online orders I picked up looked like someone just threw everything into a pile without giving two shits and with missing ingredients. I've been here a few times since it opened. The first time it was great and I spread the word. But they have been 0 for 3 since then. I understand the sauces are going to have some salt, but they actually have a strong salty taste. That grosses me out and once I couldn't take more than a few bites the one time. I was very unhappy with Core life eatery and their management staff today. First let me say that they have a very large dining room and will not allow you to eat inside. On the patio they have three tables set up. As we were standing in line 3 ladies in front of us left because you could not dine at this establishment. That is what my girlfriend and I should have done. We spent $35 on lunch, went out to the patio and the only three tables available were already taken so I took the chairs down off of a fourth table that was 8 feet away from anyone and as we were sitting down someone from the management staff came out and told us we couldn't sit there. I told the lady we were far enough from everyone and there's only three tables out here and she tried to tell me that it was Governor Dewine's law. I own a restaurant and I know exactly what Governor Dewine's recommendations are...and CoreLife eatery is not following them. It became very apparent to me that they were using this crisis to keep from having to clean and manage their dining room. Wonderful establishment!! The staff are extremely polite, even when they're super busy. They didn't want to serve us bad tofu, so they made some fresh for us and gave us drinks on the house. The first and only time I went into core life eatery I found multiple hairs In my food. One in my salad and one in my soup. On top of that there is employees that eat the food in front of the customers faces. With the same gloves that they use to serve us with. There is so much potential in this place. The menu is great , however the portions are embarrassing and they up charge you any chance they can. You will end up spending 10-14 dollars on some lettuce, a flick of cheese, and a couple cubes of chicken. No bang for your buck. Also the employees HATE their job and you can tell. I love CoreLife eatery and especially this location. I have frequented the other locations in strongsville and Fairlawn, and both are very good, but I've had a few less than stellar experiences at those locations. However, I have never had anything other than a fantastic experience from the mentor location. Portions seem to be more appropriate per price point and the staff has always been super nice in mentor. Considering that this was our first experience with this type of menu, the person who took our order was clearly impatient and unwilling to help us with understanding the menu, even though we asked. My coworkers always send me to get the food because they can't deal with the manager who we didn't know was the manager until a couple days ago. They have one cashier who is sweet. This place is great. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! I usually order it online, but I like going inside to order whenever possible, I get the spicy Thai chicken and rice noodle bowl, and I like it with extra noodles but there isn't an option for that online. But when I go in to order it with extra noodles, they don't have a problem with extra and I don't even get charged for it, which is cool (hopefully nobody gets in trouble, lol!) aside from the food, the place is always clean and I always see someone cleaning tables whenever I'm there. The drinks are pretty awesome from the fountain, and they have a huge variety of beverages! This place is a little more expensive then say Chipotle, probably about $5 more, but it's so worth it.
