Unfortunately, today completely changed my perspective. As I was getting ready to pay, I noticed cockroaches walking across the countertop, which was extremely concerning. Around the same time, the staff informed me that their system was down and that I would need to pay using Zelle. They also appeared to notice the cockroaches and quickly tried to cover my food while giggling and speaking among themselves. Their behavior made me feel very uncomfortable, especially since they seemed nervous and were urging me to follow them and send payment. I didn't want to cause a scene, but I felt uneasy. I told them I didn't have Zelle and didn't have time, and I decided to leave without taking the food. As I was leaving, I noticed the staff who had seen me looking at the cockroaches speaking to others and giving me strange looks, which added to the discomfort. Due to this experience, I will not be returning. Cleanliness and professionalism are extremely important, and this situation was very disappointing.
