I'm bummed I didn't get pictures, but the food area is incredibly clean, their Bakery section is absolutely unique especially for Indian Restaurants, and the portion sizes were honestly perfect for a 250 lb guy to have a full lunch left for tomorrow. The chicken 56 which I had never heard of in my life, was incredible has a delicious vinegary, slightly spicy, almost like an Indian Food version of orange chicken, but WAAAYYYY more tender. The Bhel Puri and Pani Puri were probably our least favorite dishes. For the pani puri, the pani was bland and lacking flavor and the puri barely had any filling. The Bhel Puri was more tart than I expected and could have used a bit more green chutney and sweet chutney. I didn't try it myself, but my father-in-law ordered the Masala Jaljeera and he didn't seem to be a big fan. He mentioned that maybe he should have ordered the Kokum Jeera Soda instead. The restaurant is clean and the ambiance casual. Service was a little slow at the beginning, but once we placed our order, the food came out very quickly. I do wish they had given us a little more time to enjoy a few dishes before bringing out the rest. Our table felt pretty crowded when everything came out at the same time and we were shuffling dishes to make space while we ate. To be fair, we ordered a lot of food, and we probably could have asked for the dishes to be brought out in stages.
