tl;dr version: Corleone's will spam your cell phone mercilessly if you give them a real phone number to work with. Some people probably don't mind this, but I sure as hell do. Don't get me wrong - the food is alright and their delivery is fairly reliable, but all of a sudden they've decided to go all-out with an unbelievably intrusive marketing 'strategy'. I've ordered from them about once a month for the past 5 months, never signed up for any 'loyalty' (translation: "Sell my personal details and spam me mercilessly") program, nor given them any permission to contact me for anything other than the particular order I've placed. As of today, I've started getting unsolicited txt messages (3 today within 2 hours) from Corleone's telling me that I've been automatically signed up for their 'spam my phone' service and then asking for personal details like birthdate - allegedly so I can get some birthday bonus or whatever. In my world, Corleone's now sleeps with the fishes - I'll get my pizza and cheesesteaks elsewhere from now on. read more

I ordered a large cheese pizza and some steak fries. The cheese pizza had a nice sweet and light red sauce and the crust was thing but not too thin just perfect. The pizza slices were also very large perfect for folding your slices while eating! Steak fries were pretty hearty and perfect for a hangover cure. read more

Recently, for winning a sales contest among teams, my team decided to order Corleone's for lunch. With $175 to spend on food to feed 17 people, the feast was on. In the end, I think we ended up with 10 pizzas and upwards of 120 wings of various flavors. As we ate at work, I can only comment on the food and my review will reflect as such. First off, the pizza. Most of what we ordered was of the one-topping variety, but there was a Hawaiian mixed in there, as well as a pepperoni and jalapeno. For a New York style pizza, I thought it was good, but not great. The crust left something to be desired, as did the amount of toppings, but the overall flavor was pretty good. I would have liked to see a little less grease, but I suppose that is to be expected. The wings we ordered were regular, hot, bbq, and hot bbq. Out of these four, the hot bbq stood out the most to me. They had a nice balance between spicy and sweet without being overpowering. The chicken was nice and tender and overall I came away impressed with the wings. Would I go back? Definitely. Maybe not so much for the pizza but the wings and sandwiches, though. read more

Walked into this establishment and the girl standing at the counter was texting...didn't acknowledge me at all she proceeded to finish her text throws her phone down on the counter, and without making eye contact says "what can I get you" I decided to try this place anyway thinking let's see if the food is any better...it wasn't the cheese steaks are far from "authentic philly" and instead of real provolone or cheddar cheese this place uses cheese whiz ? As in the cheese you squirt from a can to put on you're crackers? Lolololol the fries are dry and taste old I thought the only good thing about this place is the how quickly the food came out...which I later found out why..I paid 16 dollars for a Philly cheesesteak that was the size of a 6 inch sub from subway and fries that had no salt OH and a med drink spend you're money at the chipotle next door they food is always fresh you get a ton of it and their employees always have a smile on their face. read more

The staff is horribly rude. We placed an order through Door Dash. When the delivery driver called us to confirm that part of our order was unavailable, she said that the restaurant had already notified us. No one had called us from the restaurant. The restaurant told our delivery driver that they called to notify us of the items that were unavailable and "fixed everything". That was a lie. When I called the restaurant to ask them about this, the girl who answered the phone was insanely rude. I told her that no one had called us about the order and she replied "Oh, so you know how we work. Do you work here then I guess?" That's amazing customer service. Congrats. Hire new staff read more

I had what COULD have been a bad experience during lunch at Corleone's today, but they proved that they have fantastic customer service. I placed a delivery order for a Philly with ribeye, mozzarella, onions and mushrooms... I get ribeye and cheese wiz (hate cheese wiz). I called and told them what happened. Within 25 minutes the delivery guy is back, he says with a smile on his face " I can only deliver what they give me" and leaves. I open the second Philly a few minutes later only to find it loaded with ribeye and spinach! I called back again.... to a very sorry voice on the other end. The poor guy felt so bad. He asked if I had been able to eat at all yet and offered a bunch of other side items and drinks for free, I politely declined. Then he insisted to have the bill reversed... I took the offer :) Lets just say, I had my (correct) order at my desk 15 minutes later (1 hour and 40 minutes since my original order) and I was able to make the day for 2 people by giving them free Phillys! I was not the one who ate here, i opted to go to Jimmy Johns next door, and according to my brother who did eat here, was the right choice. There were two orders in front of him which were already placed and it took them 10 minutes to then take his order of a Philly Cheese Steak, Onion Rings and a drink. By this time i had gone to Jimmy Johns, got my order, and walked over to CVS to pick something up, and walked back to Corleones to get my brother. We waited a few minutes and then his order finally came. I asked what his total was, almost $16!! They charged extra for Onions and Mushrooms (or peppers, can't remember) $1.49 each! These come standard on Philly cheese steaks and we know this because we lived in Philadelphia for 4 years with many real cheese steaks had that were WAY better and 2/3 the price!! My brother said it tasted good, but not for that price and he would have rather gone to Duck & Decanter, Wineburger (both down the road) or even Postinos just for some Bruschetta. If i were him i would rather just go up the road to the Rokerji's reverse Happy hour starting at 9 and get a glass of wine ($5), and their tip steak + Brei bruschetta bites ($5). read more

Will NEVER be back. Apparently rudeness is acceptable service. My friend went in to pick up our pizza, watched the pizza jockey pull and stretch a pie trying to get it of the board and into the oven. I was born and raised a Phily-girl. I've had hoagies and steaks sandwiches from all over the Philly, Wilmington, South Jersey area. And I can honestly say - there is nothing here in AZ like the real thing. With fresh baked, crisp on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside Italian bread. We just can't make that with the water we have here. But Uncle Sam's at the Shea Blvd & 101 location did a fair job. The flavor of Philly was there even if the meat was cheaper, sometimes rubbery and the bread wasn't the same. But they closed down a little while ago. Corleone's has become the place we go for steaks now. The pizzas are fantastic (for AZ) the fries are OK, the wings are great (even if they're not Buffalo Wild Wings - which also recently closed down) but the steaks sandwiches are only OK. They actually carry Tastycakes, which are no longer the same because they were sold to a company in Ohio and they'll never be the same again. I went for my first time today and LOVED it! I had the small ribeye, onion, provolone and mozzarella! The steak was amazing, the bread was soft.... the best and the fries (which I put a little Parmesan on) were fabulous! I have been to Geno's and Pat's in Philly, they are okay. I prefer Uncle Sam's, just up the 51 a bit, but I suppose that's just personal preference. Service is solid; last time I came in for take-out they burned my pizza, so they made me a new one for free.
