Did a pick up online order when waiting for my son to get his haircut across the parking lot. Chose the order later feature on the website. Ordering was easy. Paid by card, you can pay at pick up but it must be cash. One large New York style crust pepperoni and a order of mild Buffalo wings. When picking up 45 minutes later, we were immediately greeted by several workers. Not sure what I expected but the inside is much smaller than it looks from the outside. Just a few seats at two small tables with a larger patio outside. Order was ready when promised. Counter person asked if we wanted cheese and peppers. I would have forgotten if he wouldn't have asked so it was a nice touch. Drove 30 minutes home. Pizza was still warm. Baked nicely with just the right amount of sauce and cheese ratio. Wings good size but from the drive the steam made then a little soggy. Even though we ordered mild (medium is our norm, but not a Jet's option) these wings had a kick. Good tasting Buffalo sauce. Really good house made ranch. I'd probably give them five stars if I could have tasted everything piping hot. Prices competitive to most pizzerias in the area. I will definitely order from them again, if even just for a quick slice. We really need to try the Detroit style next time. read more

I don't write reviews often but this place deserves it. I was bummed that Spinatos was closed tonight so looked around for other pizza places in the area and happened across Jets. I must say, I was very pleasantly surprised. Same style of pizza as FlyBye, which used to be in the neighborhood, but, dare I say, even better! Deep dish, square borders, with excellent crust, and rich with sauce, cheese, and toppings. they don't skimp. This was a heavy large pizza. This is now our new neighborhood pizza go to. They just opened this location directly across the street from where I live...and I could not be happier. This is by far, the best pizza chain pizza I've ever had. I for reference, I am comparing it to the big dogs like Pizza Hut and Dominoes. This just about blows them out of the water in terms of taste, quality, and speed of order time. Now that all being said, I am very new to Detroit-style pizza, so this new experience definitely left a lasting impression. The turbo stix were so good, that they were the first to go. Finally, it opened! I love Detroit-style deep-dish pizza, so when I saw the Jet's Pizza on 16th Street, I had to stop for a slice. They're famous for delicious Detroit-style pizza, which has this amazing crispy crust with caramelized cheese because it's baked in steel pans. They also have wings, salads, and "deli boats," which are like calzones. It's mostly pickup, but there are a few tables inside if you can't wait. I got a large 8-slice pie and some slices. Honestly I think Jet's is one of the better take out places we go to frequently. The crust is buttery, crispy and so flavorful. The topping options are great and the staff if friendly. For the price you get a lot of pizzas the slices are large and since the crust is thick one piece fills you up! All the shops we have visited are clean and well taken care of. We will continue to choose Jet's whenever we are in need of delish take out pizza! read more

I had been searching for a pizza place here in Phoenix that makes BLT pizza since I moved here in 2013. Every few months I search in hopes of finding somewhere. Finally! And it was amazing! Definitely the better half, I'd give it 10/10. The other half was veggies & pepperoni, it was ok 6/10. Definitely shouldve stuck to all hawaiian. The deep dish was amazing, I'm glad I picked that option. they also have multiple options for crust flavor as well. my delivery driver was very nice and friendly, he followed my delivery instructions. There is no such thing as a bad pizza, but people writing reviews here seem to like Jets more than I do. I got a really wierd vibe both times I have been there to pick up an order. The first time I chalked it up to it being their first week open so I tried again a couple months later. I went in without my phone and told them who I was and what I had ordered and they really wanted to see proof of my order to avoid someone else picking it up. The info I provided them would be a one in a million shot for someone to have right when the order is ready. Anyway, I waited a long time to have Jets in my neighborhood so I am pretty disappointed in it now that it's here.
