The hot dog was tasty but on the small side for the price. The braised bacon on my sandwich almost tasted like pastrami. Very greasy and salty and I didn't enjoy the strongly smoked flavor. It changed the flavor profile to the point where it didn't remind me of a Cuban sandwich. I wish they'd still had salt potatoes because I'd have loved to try them. If I ate here again, I'd probably try a burger or stick to the hot dog.

How the hell do you run a food truck and forget the bread? This is the second time I have seen this happen with this truck. The sandwiches are all bread and very little cheese and other items in them. Definitely not worth the prices they are asking. I can make a better grilled cheese at home for alot less money.

A+!   I was so stuffed from the burger that I couldn't eat all my cheese curds. Fortunately, because they're "crunchier" than mozzarella sticks, I was able to enjoy the rest later when they were cold. I will DEFINITELY be going back to try out more of their menu items. A huge perk for me is their location (on Valley Street near Price Rite). I like how it's an easy to get to location with ample parking.  I literally cannot think of any cons. The only small "con" that I wouldn't take a star off is that the food was so good that I am confident people would definitely want to eat this food after a club/party yet this truck closes at 10 PM. Maybe in a few years they can extend employment to have someone take over the trunk in a night shift. I am confident business would be booming for them as their delicious food would help people sober up after a great night!!

The chikn patty was crunchy and satisfying as always. The guac felt a little store bought instead of fresh, but I appreciate that it isn't super onion-y. The lavender flavor in the iced coffee is a perfect, herbal lavender flavor that is not very sweet but just enough. I'm a little bummed their dining room closes earlier these days - 7 pm most days - so from 6-7 you'll see staff cleaning the dining room and closing up, which feels a little early and sometimes makes me feel like I need to rush out, even when it's only 6:15 pm. Still my all time favorite spot and I'm so glad they're here in RI!
