hard to find somewhere that has healthy employees, first thing i noticed was everyone was pretty friendly and they had nice lookin rigs. ultimately i wanted a 7.3 disesl but kept eying the Sharp looking 6-0 FORD they had on there lot that had the nessacary upgrades this particular ford motor needs already done (8K in receipts)... i guess they use budget automotive in everett there to do any work needed on the rigs they deal. budget does good work from the reveiws i saw. so i liked the trucks history and condition and said ill buy it. didnt haggle on price so cant leave feedback there but i got a fair price so there ya go. enough bragging about my new rig i decided i had to leave a review because... well hey i bought my first real truck! i give em 5/5 because everything added up to a good experience, and the truck runs good here about a month later. i had some problems getting my insurance setup (nessacary because i was financing, the truck couldn't leave the lot without full insurance) Well, the guy helped me set up a new gieco plan, and get everything faxed over. just great staff. probably not a better used car dealer around read more

The van I selected off the lot immediately had a flat tire, while I was putting in gas the tires was getting flatter. Went to tire shop all the tires were below road safety, illegal; they did cover the cheapest set. Then 4 months of driving had to replace the battery, Muffler also loose (bad), Transmission at 10 months worn out cost 3 times the value of the van too much cost. Not repaired, vehicle is my loss still 2 years left to pay it off. Sliding door for passenger has issues leaving a 2 feet removal of paint (rusted) every time it opens and closes. read more

I came in to take a look at a 2016 Subaru STi with 30k miles and a clean title. It sounded incredible and looked very clean. Upon talking to John he was a bit hesitant to call it a great car and told me about some underlying issues that may pop up. He advised the car was sold at auction, had a long history of carfax even though it shows clean title and technically a clean carfax. He was so honest it blew my mind. I ended up not purchasing the car and thanked him thoroughly for being so brutally honest. He said it's a great car if you're willing to put the time in, but didn't want me getting into something thinking the car was perfect. It's great to see HONEST used car dealerships. We purchased a 2005 Chevy dually diesel at this dealership. We drove it home and immediately had to replace both front tires that were bulging and unsafe. We noticed smoke from the exhaust shortly after we got it home as well. Within 200 miles and before our first payment was made, the engine started knocking. Really bad. It sounded like an angry midget with a hammer under the hood. Come to find out the wrist pin failed causing the piston to break. Contacted dealer multiple times. He wanted to have his mechanic work on it. He said they could repair the engine in 4 hours. We called bullshit. We made daily phone calls to Kyle Corn for a couple weeks or more. They were willing to pay $3000 towards a new engine that before labor would cost over $6000. That leaves half the engine and the labor cost on our dime after just buying a $20,000 truck. But the kicker is we were subject to an engine inspection of the new engine within 30 days and not posting any negative reviews. He wanted a signed contract. He threatened to sue if we made any bad reviews. I would rather warn unsuspecting buyers about this crooked dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. we gave them multiple chances to deflate this situation and recieved nothing but pushback. read more

I bought a Subaru from this place claiming it had a new engine(new to the car only I found out it was used and probably had more miles than the original and I'm going to have it checked to see if was even the size motor that was advertised when I bring it to the dealership ). Before I even had the plates it was on a flat bed getting towed twice. They sent me to a mechanic (Budget Fleet) First was ignition problems then a turbo(which they replaced with a old used one) then a month later the whole motor needed to be rebuilt which I was charged $500 by the shop even though it was under warranty).It took them over a month to do what ever they did to the motor(I don't even trust driving the thing scared that I will be left stranded again). I asked for a list or some kind of proof of what they did and they wouldn't give me any paperwork or a Carfax update. Even after all that my whole dash had a bunch of warning lights on that wouldn't turn off (even after bringing it back to the mechanic all they kept doing was resetting the computer even though it didn't show any codes). Now something is wrong with the motor again and is leaking oil all over the exhaust causing it to smoke out of the hood and through my heater vents. I called corn motors when all of this started and all they did is give me a crappy loaner for the weekend that I was also scared to drive. The ball joints and breaks were shot. I've taken to a few places to have it looked at and its looking like the it could be the turbo($2700) again or something worse. I'm bringing it to the Subaru dealer next week to have it looked at by someone who know these cars and I'm not looking forward to what they say. I don't trust or would buy anything from them and I suggest you do the same. read more

I went to Corn when I decided I needed to buy a new car. I had hit a few dealerships early in the week but wasn't happy with the quality of the cars nor the layout of the lots (most looked like they had been crammed into a Sardine can). The dealers pretty much dismissed me or refused to talk to me unless i cornered them in the office. Not a good experience. CORN on the other hand was a breath of fresh air! I went there VERY tired after a 13 hour shift at work and the dealer Chris was just charming. I told him what I needed and he went over what he had on the lot, not pressuring me to decide. Answering any questions I had and some I had not thought of yet. He was more then willing to grab the car faxes for the car BEFORE I asked about them. The cars were all very clean and well cared for. I had a slight Idea of what I wanted but still was not sure so I made an appointment to come back with someone else to look at the rest of the cars. The day of the sale I had been to a few other new dealers but had mixed results; most trying to upsale me to something i could BARLEY afford and would kill me insurance wise. I decided to head back to Corn to check out the rest of the cars. They were awesome. They showed me all their cars they had that fit my criteria. They spoke directly to ME and not my father who was with me (which was a nice change for the day). We test drove a few cars and Chris did not pressure me in the least. I felt like they were bending over backwards to make sure I was happy. In the end I got the car that worked best for my immediate needs. I would defiantly go there again for another car. John wasn't there and David was busy with another customer. We were put on hold for about two minutes then Cory (name may be incorrect)told there is no way we can help you, in a very rude tone. When we asked how do you know, we just now told you we were interested in applying? When did our credit get ran? He said oh must have been last night and hung up. Questionable at best. read more

I found a truck on Craigslist that I was really interested in and went to Corn Motors already wanting to buy the vehicle. The guys were great and really helpful and I put down a deposit and made plans to sell them my current truck. Since they didn't want my canopy, we agreed to finish the transaction the next day after I was able to take my canopy off. The next day, I started to feel nervous about the deal, not because of Corn Motors, but because I was selling a newer vehicle to buy an older vehicle and I was concerned about the reliability of an older vehicle. In the end, I changed my mind and backed out of the deal. The staff was still super nice about the whole thing and really wanted me to be comfortable with the transaction and went out of their way to be helpful. A few days later, I followed up to make sure that they were issuing the refund of my deposit. This is where the problems started. I was told they issued it. I asked for a receipt showing the credit and was told they would send me one. They didn't. I continued to follow up and was advised the refund was in process. Weeks later, still nothing. I called the office and spoke to one of the owners who said he would look into and get back to me. He didn't call back. I texted the cell for the finance guy I had worked with and he never texted back (same number he posts on all his craigslist ads, so I know it's a good number). Ultimately, after they stopped responding I contested the charge through my credit card company and they credited my account although they still consider the case open until they receive a response from Corn Motors. read more

A Different Used Car Experience I responded to an ad on Craigslist for a 1999 Ranger that met my needs: Less than $10k, color matched canopy, bed liner, power everything, 4wd and V6. Finding a truck to meet my needs was one thing, finding someone I wanted to buy it from a whole other story. I do not care for high pressure or cheesy sales people and thankfully this business seems to work hard to prove they aren't embarrassing to deal with. It didn't take long to come to reasonable terms and I appreciated the honesty in telling me I would be better of selling my Durango on Craigslist rather than trading it to them. No silly 4 square form, no trying to negotiate a payment amount or rabid upsales. They folks in the office are very low key and personable. I dealt primarily with Shane through text and phone calls and he ensured others would be available to get the paperwork together, test drive, etc. Shane was the sole car dealer I dealt with via texting who didn't say things like "what will it take to get you in here?". What impressed me the most is that after a couple hundred miles they paid to repair a coolant leak that apparently came about as a result of the previous owner pouring stop leak into the radiator, which in turn plugged up the thermostat and the heater core. It cost a few hundred dollars to remedy but they did the right thing, when others may not have. Shane worked hard to drive a positive result in this regard. I do not care about getting the rock bottom price for everything in life and much prefer top notch service on large purchases. This business seems to understand that the reputation they get from quality service is going to carry them much further than being cheap and petty with issues. I hope to see them stay in Everett where access to this sort of business will raise the bar. Thanks for being different than the others out there. read more
