My wife and I needed a minivan for our growing family so I did some online comparisons and autos only had the best price on a 2011 Toyota sienna. We went there, took it for a test drive and really liked it. There was no high pressure sales pitch and they had already noted a couple items that needed fixing that would be (and were) taken care of before we bought the car. They helped us get a low interest loan (less than 5%) and we came back for the minivan the next day when the repairs were done. We've been driving it for more than a month and its been great. We had one problem pop up where the battery terminal was too loose and autos only fixed it right away. I recommend Autos Only Everett if you're in need of a used car. They have a reasonable selection, especially for toyotas, their salesman are very helpful, and the management know how to help you get into a car without getting a ridiculously high interest rate. read more

I shopped here since they opened, even though their prices are considerably higher than other local stores...the staff is generally cool, especially Dom. So after buying a new cartridge this week that had no standard tip, i called the store back and was told by the staff that sold it to me that it was a brand new product and to bring it back with receipt and packaging for an exchange. I went back the next day and was told by the staff that this was a newer type of cartridge that was open at the top and came with a rubber cap (gasworks). I wasn't comfortable with it, and being I hadn't used it and had driven back to their store, I would expect to be afforded an exchange for a cartridge I was familiar with. I explained since the staff who sold it to me didn't know about the difference, I wasn't able to use it at the party I bought it for because I was under the assumption it was possibly dangerous. Long story short, the three staff wanted to get into a "we are right/you're wrong" argument and had me wait for the manager telling me they would not switch it out. When the manager arrived, she also wanted to continue to tell me how they were right and I was wrong. She wasn't interested in making it right, total attitude and no accountability for selling a different product and not informing the customer. She didn't care that I was upset for the inconvenience, just how it would affect her store (she said she would have to return it to the vendor....duh that's your job...) She told me to take my business to another store. Maybe it's because it's New Years and they are unhappy to be working, but I won't ever shop their again. Too many reasonable places that understand that occasionally a customer will have an issue and don't make it personal. Good luck to your Raiders, a lot of parallels to this store. read more

As soon as I walked in the building for the worker to check my ID, he immediately gave me a strange look and said "I think I've seen you before" (me confused knowing I've never seen this loser). He begins to type in my ID info to confirm Its legitimacy, he and his co worker then begin to accuse me of having a fake ID. I then requested them to re enter the information because I know it's not fake. The worker does this three more times and the computer is still saying the information is incorrect. At this point I'm just confused and trying to ask them for help while they stand there and call me a "bullshitter" in front of everyone. I then ask one final time for them to re enter and the information and on the 5th try after being extremely rude to me, the worker says. "ohhh it worked this time, we must of typed it in wrong." I left immediately without ever planning to come back. Maybe your company should hire some people who aren't high on the job or missing brain cells. read more

After spending 19,000 to buy a car, he flat out yelled at me over the phone for DARING to request my plates be mailed because I didn't want to drive an hour to pick them up. The shop is closed by the time I would get there after work. I took the time to review cars they had in stock online and research the specs and reviews until I picked the top two vehicles that I wanted. This is the second car we have purchased from Autos Only. It was a good experience the first time, and better this time! As a wholesaler of auto parts (batteries) I noticed one thing about Autos Only: the didn't script on parts. The brake shoes and pads were being replaced sometimes with half the life on the old ones. New; not blemished or reconditioned batteries were bought. Although the car cost us about $1000 more than KBB average, we were able to get better financing than our bank offered, saving us thousands in interest over the life of the loan. We took the car on a road trip immediately afterward and had no incidents. When we got back we took it to our mechanic who gave it a big thumbs up! If you are looking for a car with a cheap price, there are plenty of dealers who will give you that. Just remember there are plenty of ways a car dealer can make money on a sale, price just being one of them. For us, the quality and service we receive there are worth the added money. read more

First of all, our salesperson, Dani, was very personable, patient and enjoyable to do business with. We also had several conversations with the manager, Andy Bryant, over some questions we had about the car. Andy was extremely patient and helpful in resolving our questions to our satisfaction and could not have done more to make us feel comfortable with our buying decision. I give this office 5 stars for high quality customer service and would definitely recommend them to family and friends looking to purchase an auto. The purchase experience was good. However the truck I purchased is a complete piece of garbage. They told me it passed safety inspection. I'm not sure who they had inspecting this thing. The truck is full of rust. The entire exhaust system needs to be replaced including the exhaust manifold. The local exhaust shop won't even touch it as they are afraid the bolts on the manifold will break off due to the rust. It will be in the neighborhood of 3000 dollars to replace. I called autos only to inquire about this and their response was. " Well a Lexus is a high maintenance vehicle." The exhaust system isn't an accessory. He kept telling me what a great deal I got on the truck. The AC system wasn't blowing cold air. I didn't think to test this as it was cold when I was checking out the vehicle. I purchased the freon recharge kit and starting to recharge it. It seemed to be working fine, but then I noticed a hissing noise coming from the dash when I turned the engine off. I then looked down on the passenger footwell, I saw the green lubricating oil dripping down onto the passenger side carpet. By the time I found a rag to clean it up a substantial sized puddle had formed. An evaporator is 340 dollars plus $600 to a $1000 some dollars to replace as they need to tear apart the dash. The timing belt needed to be replaced at 90000 miles per the manufacturer. It has never been replaced. This is not autos only fault. They did offer me a good deal on replacing it. However I was told I would receive a call by Tuesday or Wednesday to schedule the service. I have not received a call in order to schedule it. I have called twice asking about it and all they tell me is the parts must be on order. In order to fix the known issues with the truck will be roughly additional $5000 dollars and this is the issues I know about. I will never purchase a used vehicle from a whole in the wall location ever again. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more and purchase your used vehicle for big lot dealer. read more

Ok I don't know why the negative reviews, I had literally the best car buying experience at the Everett location. I had been checking out Acura MDXs for over a year and had stopped at the autos only in Lynwood two different times to check one out. They referred me to the Everett location to look over some others that they had in stock and it was all good from there. Steven went above and beyond to help my family get into the car I have now. He was very upfront and honest about the issues with Acura's and what he has seen needed repairs over the years. Never at any point did I feel pressured to buy anything and I didn't get a single bad vibe. The night we went to check out the car, it was late and they were pretty much closing up. Steven spent hours working hard with the finance guy to help me get a loan with a low APR which was HUGE since my credit was average, meanwhile another guy that worked there remade a fresh pot of coffee for my husband and got out cocoa and whipped cream for my daughter even though everything was already cleaned up. I was concerned with the wear on the tires and he agreed that it would be safer for my family with new tires so they put on a new set. I was skeptical at first with the other reviews but I really won't buy another car anywhere else now after receiving this kind of service. People have been astonished when they hear about the price I got my car for with the condition that it is in. Steven took really good care of us and for that I felt like I had to write a review even though I don't normally take the time to do so. If you read this, thank you so much Steven! These guys are bad. Like lawsuit-waiting-to-happen bad. They sold my boyfriend a dangerously damaged car without disclosing the biggest issues. Within a week the car was over heating. He took the car in to the AO shop, they said they'd fix it for free and gave him a loaner car. Fine. Great. We get the car back a FEW WEEKS later, and immediately start having issues. They couldn't even tell us what they had fixed on it. I took it to my mechanic and, sure enough, a blown head gasket. My mechanic gave me a quote for the work, and we called Auto's Only to let them know about the problem. They offered to fix the head gasket only, and the other issues would come at a fee. We asked for a quote for the work as I wanted to compare it to my mechanic's, and they said they'd call us in a few week because they were pretty backed up. Luckily they gave us another loaner car. Well . . . weeks went by and we didn't hear anything. We called and they said the car was done, and we could pick it up. Showed up to grab the car, and they said we had a bill of $3,000 for the work they had done, including the gasket they said they'd fix for free, and the use of their 'rental' car. We never authorized any work, they never called with a quote, never asked if they could touch anything on the car aside from the one head gasket they offered to fix for free. We also never agreed to a car RENTAL. They had offered it to us because they had messed up. We called and the salesman, Steve, said 'it's our word against yours' and refused to show proof we had accepted their quote. Now we're receiving collection notices in the mail for expenses we didn't authorize. Oh and right after that . . . carrier bearing went out. Another $1,000 right there, and could have really injured us if we weren't in a slow speed zone at the time. Seriously stay away from this place. We're looking at small claims court at this point. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I made an appointment to test drive a minivan. We made the hour and a half long drive to Everett. The van was shockingly dirty inside. I mean solid black grease hand print on the inside of the driver door, carpets were filthy, seat belts in the middle row were sticky with food/drink stains, candy wrappers in the stow n go, seats and ceiling needed cleaning, etc. Now how can someone be excited about a new vehicle (new to me), in a condition like that? The first comment about the van, made by the salesman, was, "It's clean". Really? Then when I told him it needed to be detailed, he asked if it was more important to me to have a car go through a mechanical inspection or to be detailed. At that point he'd lost me completely. Why does that have to be a choice? With their "No-haggle Prices" and I was told I needed to make an appointment to test drive, shouldn't the standard be clean and in good repair? The good news is: I did find an excellent dealership with an honest, non-pushy, salesman, who sold me a clean and mechanically inspected vehicle, at very fair price. read more

If you go to Auto's Only In Everett, stay away from working with Steven. He's unethical, pushy, aggressive and just I hate to say it but a sleazy car salesman. After I test drove a car I decided I wanted to do more research, when I told him I found the car value of 1k less than what he was offering, as he would not budge one single penny. He kept pushing me to find out where I found this info, little did he know we are friends with a car dealer who gave us inside access. I told him it was not of his concern on where I got this info. That's when he got upset and through a tantrum . He told me I was "rude" and that I "wasted his time" because he let me test drive a car and then didn't buy it. I was shocked he actually thought I would just buy the car just like that without researching, are you that desperate? If anyone's time was wasted it was mine. I took time off of work and dealt with this. I should of listened to these reviews. Worst car experience ever! Buyer, please beware. I'm writing this in the hopes other people will think twice before going here. I didn't listen to the reviews and was hoping i would be the exception, but I was wrong! I will give my business to the ethical and good hearted car salesman who let me test drive five cars the day before and was happy to do so without any pressure. In fact I came home and gave him a call. Steven needs more training on how not to push or drive customers away which i'm sure I'm not the only one he did this with. We were looking to update our aging car, one morning driving by I spotted a CRV which is what my wife was interested in so that night I stopped to take a look. I was able to look the car over for several minutes without being pounced on which is how I prefer to shop. After a short time Steven came out and answered some questions, showed me the car fax and did not pressure me at all. The next day I had the wife stop in and drive the car, she loved it and called me, we worked out a deal on the car and she left a deposit. That evening we went to the bank and returned to the lot to pick the car up. No high pressure sales tactics no long drawn out haggling process, this was the easiest car purchase I ever made and the wife loves her new car. read more

Purchased a Toyota Corolla for my daughter at Autos Only Everett and was happy with the purchase experience. Unfortunately that ended after the deal was signed. Part of the deal was to provide the missing spare tire cover in the trunk which consists of a piece of carpeting and a stiff backer board that goes over the cavity that the spare tire is in. A couple weeks later we get the call that the License plates are ready and the spare tire cover had arrived. My daughter drives up from Seattle to the dealership to get it taken care of. When she arrived they attempted to install the plates on the car but was unsuccessful because they had cross threaded and broke the bolts to the rear plate mounting holes. Instead of trying to fix the issue, all the installer could say that it was "not his fault" and gave her the rear plate. No attempt to get someone from the service department to try and fix it. She left upset and came by for me to look at it. I was able to fix it and mount the plate. While fixing the plate issue, I noticed that the spare tire cover carpet was in place but the backer board was missing. I called the dealership to ask where the missing part was and was told that they would inform the manger (Noel) and would get a call back. Days pass and no call so I call back and ask to talk to the manager who tells me that he would get the service manager to order it and that he would call me when it arrives. Weeks pass and no call so I call back, this time to talk to the service manager (Will). Will tells me that it should arrive on Thursday and will call me to confirm. Another week passes and no call. I call back again and talk to Noel and he tells me that it was never ordered and couldn't figure out why the service manager would tell me that. He also finally confesses that the piece he told me he would order was too expensive ($250) from the dealership and they were trying to find one somewhere else cheaper and that he would call me in a week whether they find one or not. Weeks later still no call. Being the trusting guy I am, I optimistically hoped for the best. It's been about 6 months now and I'm just going to build a cover my self. Never did get a call from these liars. Like a previous post mentioned, just your typical typecast used car dealer with the slick talking sales manager. Lesson learned, staying away from these less reputable small time car dealers. Will be posting to my friends about this on FB as well. read more
