Oliver explained the process - including climbing onto the roof to clean the ducts - was very good about answering questions and cleaned up after himself. It took about an hour at a cost of $259 which was only $24 more than 2 years ago. Inflation hits everyone. Oliver is a young, friendly, low key kind of guy who just goes about his business. The inside of our dryer looks as clean and shiny as the day we bought it and I hope we get him next time SLO Dryer Vent Cleaning visits in 2027.
