There was an abundant amount of toppings including perfectly crispy and spiced tofu, bok choy, broccoli, and corn! The service was amazing. I sat outside as they close the inside to diners about an hour before close and the patio is gorgeous and very clean. The staff brought my bowl out very quickly and were very kind when I asked for a lid after (even though this feels like an annoying ask after you order). I payed $18 for this bowl and got two meals out of it as someone that typically gets 2 meals out of most entrees. It felt like a lot of food for me and was extremely yummy! Only downside is the entrees are typically between $17-20 which is a lot of money for ramen, especially take out without tip. This is the primary reason for me giving it 4 stars, if it was priced around 14/15 I would be here all the time! Milk and non vegan items are very clearly labeled in the drinks and the food. Amazing poke bowls and they even have vegan options. I visited as a patron to grab a bite late on Friday evening. They typically are one of the businesses open later. Downside I've delivered guest to their establishments and Uber eats, they don't let you use the restroom unless you pay them. Paying to use the restroom when I'm making sure your business is making money is just wild to me. I like to wash my hands between deliveries. Cleanliness is key. Hence the 4 stars. Interesting casual little cafe that has make-your-own poke bowls, ramen, and all sorts of other Asian dishes. They have a wide selection of vegan items available, which is what got me in the door. You order up at the counter and they bring out your food. I ordered the vegan ramen ($15 plus tax), which took them about 20 minutes to make and bring out. Coming from Vancouver, I'm very spoiled by ramen -- it's often ranked as the best city outside Japan for ramen. So, against my better judgment, I still ordered the ramen here. The soup comes with a generous portion of veggies (broccoli, bok choy, carrot, bamboo shoots, kikurage, and green onions), lots of fried tofu cubes, and a generous portion of nicely cooked noodles. The broth, which is what makes or breaks a ramen, was decent. It was clearly a soy-milk- (or other plant-based milk-) based broth, with some nice saltiness that opens up with each slurp. I guess this would be a 4/5 on an international scale, but mediocre for Vancouver. So I'll be generous and go with the former eating. I liked this place a lot and would return it in Cleveland. What makes this place a great poke place is the flavored toppings, from pickled mustard greens to kimchi, and even 2 types of seaweed salad!
