Among ordering the world's worst oversized burger, we encountered what we found out who was to be the owner, yelling at a young lady in the middle of the restaurant. We had seen her enter into the establishment walking past us smiling a few minutes prior and she sat at the bar as she seemed to be solo. The next thing we knew right to the left of us, as she was I believe attempting to use the atm, the Owner "in my opinion" walked up to her aggressively and while yelling at her drawing everyone in the place's attention pushed her bag and her beer into her chest and told her to "get out, she wasn't wanted there" something about she needed to "get her shit together". My whole family was in disgust as well as other patrons. I mean, just the look on her face of clear confusion, you could tell that came out of left field. This just wasnt a woman who didn't have her ducks in a row. She was clearly put together, and we can pick out a crazy or a loose noodle etc lol but then this guy doesn't even give her 2 mins to get her card back out of the machine and gets right back in her face. Screaming at her again to "Get the F out". At this point my wife had to make me sit down, another man and his son were about to step in and the young lady put her hand up saying she was ok. She gathered the rest of her things and walked out. Not making a scene, or arguing back. Just let this lunatic owner which had to be drunk, scream at her twice within 5 mins and calmly walked out. Just for putting your hands on a woman by shoving her beer and bag into her chest the way he did, had people truly disgusted. Everyone was asking the waitstaff who he was so I imagine this place won't stay valid for long unless that's how they treat everyone who isn't a part of their small community click. Either way, Sir, and I use that term loosely, you need anger management, also being an attorney if I knew the young lady I would file a lawsuit for putting your hands on her, slandering in front of a full house among other things, words you wouldn't understand. Hope you better yourself, and start by apologizing to those you've disgraced.

I went there for lunch and sat at the bar. The bartenders were very friendly and helpful. There are over 100 choices of burger combinations on the menu. The burger was delicious. I told my boss about it and now we're going there for dinner tonight. Twice in 1 day? Yup! And I'll be back before I head back home.

The Burger Monarchy: A Paradox of Plenty in Miesville In the…read morequiet, pastoral stretches outside Eagan, there exists a roadside institution that defies the modern trend of curated minimalism. King's Place in Miesville is a relic of a different era, a burger joint that functions less like a restaurant and more like a high-volume assembly line of Americana. The menu is not merely large; it is an overwhelming, multi-page manifesto of beef. With roughly 80 to 100 variations on the burger--many named in tribute to the local Miesville Mudhens baseball team--the experience begins with a bout of genuine decision paralysis. For the average diner, the sheer volume of choices feels like a dare. It is a place where you can find almost any topping imaginable, which makes the absence of a simple fried mushroom all the more jarring. It is the one note the kitchen fails to hit in an otherwise exhaustive symphony. When the food does arrive, the logistics are the primary entertainment. The floor staff at King's Place perform a nightly feat of athletic grace, weaving through the crowded, character-filled dining room while balancing five or more burger trays at a time. It is a spectacle of efficiency that puts the sterile, automated nature of modern chains to shame. However, one must navigate the side dishes with a discerning eye. While the temptation to "upgrade" is always present, the seasoned waffle fries are an investment that yields little return; they are best skipped in favor of the standard fare. The real value here lies in the core product and the refreshing lack of pretension. Despite the fame and the daunting menu, the pricing remains stubbornly reasonable, a rare feat for an establishment that has transitioned from a local secret to a regional landmark. "Life is too short to miss out on the beautiful things like a double cheeseburger." -- Channing Tatum For those seeking the predictable polish of a franchise, King's Place will be a confusing sensory overload. But for the traveler who values soul, speed, and a price point that respects the wallet, this is a kingdom worth visiting--just don't expect to find a fried mushroom on your plate. When we got there, it was semi busy but not crazy. Wait staff were great at stopping and checking, being attentive. Food came and it was all pretty good. I love wraps, and I love burgers so I got the burger wrap. The combination was good... but not the best. My wife loved her burger so I'll keep the 2 loves separate going forward. As we started finishing up, the place got really really busy as it was bingo night! It was very telling on who were the regular bingo goers as there were 3-4 tables of 6 people who had all their own, personal dobbers. That's great to have that consistency in business... however... The 3 stars was considered because as those 3 significant tables settled in, they demanded and received the full attention of the only 2 servers available, leaving about 5-6 other tables of non-regulars, non-bingo players who just happened to be in the area and decide to swing in for some dinner; much like us. The service for us and the other tables drastically changed and we waited an extra 30 mins as we kept trying to provide payment to our server who kept walking by, trying to attend to the needs of the "regulars". It was a great small townie bar and I miss living in a small town because of that. However, when we're road tripping and stop at places like this, it's important to remember even though you have your regulars... it's the out of town era like us that spread the word of small businesses like this and proved the addition outside flow. We will be back though!

It was clear from the staff prepping, this place is hopping for dinner. It was still quiet when we walked in. Apparently back road day drinking is less of a thing in this area? We started with a cold beer to wash the trail dust from our parched throats. Good selection of local crafts and the staples, ice cold, in frosty glasses. They have a popcorn machine in the corner! This is a real plus for us. We feel it's important to replace the salt you lose on the trail (yep, it's a BMW but we had the windows open!). We both went with burgers for dinner. They have a nice selection of burgers, sandwiches, salads and even some entrees on the menu. Our burgers were creative and done perfectly. We bid the friendly bartended adios and hit the trail. We'll be back to the Boonies when our travels bring us back to these parts!

Today, however, we ordered a burger among other things and we were brought the incorrect burger. Our server came to our table and explained he brought the wrong burger. We had already cut and taken a bite of it and said it's okay we will just take what we were brought rather than waiting for a replacement. When we got the bill we were still charged for the burger we ordered even though we didn't receive it. When we asked our waiter, Griffin, why we were charged for it, his comment was "well it was cheaper than what you ate." When we asked to talk to the manager, Sawyer, her comment was "well you ate the burger didn't you?" They did not comp the burger and argued they didn't need too. Bummed we had this experience and will not return.

They are kind of like toasted raviolis filled with cream cheese and jalapeños. Their hand dipped tendies are excellent! And their house made sauce is just as good.
