My husband went downstairs to see if he had finished and we found the newly applied felt slit open as well as all the felt on all 4 sides of the bumpers. The owner, Kevin Weidemiller then sent a text to my husband stating the job was to hard, I'm sorry, find another installer, good luck. No explanation as to why he destroyed the felt and no answer to my husbands texts. BEWARE. since this happened his Facebook page has disappeared. MAJOR MELT DOWN AT OUR EXPENSE.
