The Pizza's are great. They don't have a huge menu, which is awesome because that means what they do - They do very well. Our group ordered a little bit of everything and no one had any complaints. Everything was fine until a server decided to yell across the entire bar that it was "illegal" for me to have it. Not "against policy"... not "we don't allow outside drinks"... she specifically said "illegal." That is 100% false. There is no Utah law that makes having a water bottle in a bar illegal. Instead of handling it like a normal person, she made a scene, embarrassed us in front of the whole bar, and escalated it for absolutely no reason. I immediately said I'd throw it away, but that wasn't enough -- she kept pushing it. When we asked for a different server after being treated like that, we got kicked out. Then comes the best part. When I asked about a manager, I was told the owner had been called and that he laughed and told us to leave a review. And sure enough -- the owner responds (see photos) saying they would "refill my water bottle" or provide one for free. So let's get this straight: Your staff says it's "illegal," makes a scene, and kicks customers out over it... but now it's something you offer? That's not a policy -- that's incompetence. This wasn't about rules. This was about staff making things up, escalating it, and management backing it instead of taking any responsibility. If your employees are going to throw around the word "illegal" like that, at least make sure they know what they're talking about. Service was terrible on top of it -- long waits just to be acknowledged, slow everything, and zero follow-up. Between the misinformation, the attitude, and the owner doubling down instead of fixing it, this place is run poorly from top to bottom. Save your time and money. There are plenty of bars that know how to act professional. This isn't one of them.

The 3 employees working the bar area was sitting at a table talking and laughing. I motioned to girl in front but she just kept washing menus. When we left I told the front staff that we didn't get any service. It seems every place that comes to Tooele starts out great, but declines in customer service in the first few months. For the sake of Tooele residents, I hope they get their act together.

And through the night I had 41 ounce shots of makers mark. I decided to go home and I'm the only one that drinks makers mark in our friends group. And when my husband the tab and came home later that evening he told me they had put six makers mark shots on my tab. I knew I only had 4 drinks that evening! when I left and had our DD drive me home I knew there should've only been 4 and thought nothing of it till my husband brought me the custo copy of the receipt. I will NEVER RETURN there and recommend if you do go there that you only pay for your drinks that you order and tab each time do not leave it open!
