The restaurant is very cute and there are booths and tables. Our waitress was extremely rude. She acted like we knew the menu. My mom was asking her questions and she said I will be right back when your ready and walked away. We were ready to order. My mom is deaf in one ear and the waitress was not facing her so much mom was confused why she left the table. When we were ready to leave the waitress was nice to us. We did not get straws until our food came and I am surprised because it was not even busy. The food was excellent and made up for the horrible service. I think our waitress was just having a bad day (based on other reviews) I don't think I would come out of my way to eat here again, but if your in the area looking for good food, you won't regret dining here.

The full breakfasts provided by George and Rey (Rey is also the gardener, and she has created some truly lovely spaces around the Inn: lovely flowers, 2 koi ponds, scattered seating areas) were absolutely delicious with all kinds of breakfast items like pancakes, quiche, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, potato waffles, fresh berries, melon, strawberries, yogurt, granola, bread pudding and more. The guesthouse and the Inn are walking distance to the Woodstock Square and we enjoyed the farmer's market & brick and mortar stores for some retail therapy. Wow, that was unexpected! Super warm and friendly owner, the Inn has many of it's original features including wood floors, lighting fixtures, coal burning fireplaces, stained glass, and more. It also boasts a beautiful new kitchen and glorious gardens including milk weed for the Monarch Butterflies which have been rapidly decreasing in numbers in recent years. So yay! She has a small shop of movie themed items and a museum cabinate of movie props. We were told about the filming pricess at the inn and told about plans for the gardens. The chef asked him where he had gotten the soup and he responsponded that he got it from the tube on the counter... the chef responded back that the soup to serve was on the burner and that soup he served us was on the counter all day long. I assume it was never cooked at all and hear we are feeding our toddler. The man ignored this and carried on like we did not overhear this conversation, no apology aside from taking one soup off the bill when we said it was cold. He then sat to eat his own meal and sent the young server over to give the bill and lie to us that we misheard the conversation. A coward and a horrible business man. We will not be going back here again, it was great service years ago but this is sadly no longer the case.
