Absolute GREAT local service! First the lady that answered the phone was super nice and fit me in on the schedule the day I called! She was really friendly and happy to answer all of my questions.  Bob and his apprentice were right on time! He explained how my refrigerator worked and was able to find the problem within just a few minutes. He was really great to take steps to fix the fridge so I didn't have to buy a new one and no expensive parts, he gave me tips on how to keep my line from freezing in the future given my fridge is old and the insulation is starting to break down. The price out the door was under $200, which is a really great price considering they had to take my entire refrigerator apart and de-ice all of the lines. I also appreciate they warranty their work for 90 days! I put their magnet on my fridge and will call them should I need any appliance work in the future! Excellent Service!!!. Our dry stopped working on Sunday. I looked around the web for a repair service in my local area. I looked at the reviews in yelp and took a shot with this company. (Only 4 reviews - it was risky, but they were 4 stars or more). They provided a 2 hr window options during my work week. I locked in on a day and they were there at 8:10am. I had an 8-10am window. My service guy was great in explaining what went wrong and what I needed. It was a new motor for my LG Dryer. He had the machine open, fixed and vacuumed cleaned and oiled within the hour. He also made some minor cosmetic fixes at no cost.... I couldn't be more happy with the service and honesty. Something lacking in today's world!!! Highly recommended. read more

In response to the Deborah E.'s complaint, we highly recommend calling the company's office ahead of placing negative reviews and making false statements on how Cornerstone (as a company) handled a situation. This situation was handled by Cornerstone ONLY after being made aware of the issue through a negative review on our company's Facebook page. If this issue was brought up to the office, you would have realized that we go out of our way to make the customer happy. This is the second time I have used Cornerstone Appliance Service. I called them first thing in the morning and they were able to repair my refrigerator the same day. The nationwide repair service could not provide service for 4 days. Further the Randy was on time. He text-ed me to let me know he was on his way 30 min prior to arriving, which allowed me time to have someone at my home. The charges were reasonable, service was quick and Randy was professional. Randy just serviced my dryer that had caught on FIRE and while he was here he went above and beyond making sure everything had been thought about before leaving. When our stove top was constantly trying to ignite, they were the only company who could come out same day. Bob came over and diagnosed the issue immediately as well as offering an idea of how it happened. Called Cornerstone due to a referral. They were able to get a tech (Bob) to come out next day! He diagnosed my refrigerator and found the malfunctioning part. Our ice maker was not working correctly, and leaking. Our technician, Bob, found the problem right away and had to replace it. When he removed it, he showed us the problem. He had a new one in his truck and was finished in no time. Ice Maker is working perfectly now. read more
