I've almost been hit multiple times, have seen other cars be almost hit by those trying to get to Duncan's. They also park the cars in a way that blocks the sidewalk. This is dangerous during the times when middle schoolers are walking and riding bikes past Blake. You can't see them coming! Duncan's doesn't have much control over how their customers drive, but they can give them better directions AND instruct their employees to not use Blake like their own personal entrance.

Fidelity did a pressure check and saw that a rubber cap was bad and leaking coolant (probably a result of rats chewing around in there).
