We pay a ton of money for this monthly service. After their most recent spray of my property, we noticed a huge uptick in large spiders in my home. With two children under 2 years old crawling around, I called asking for help with the issue. Their response is to let me know there will be a fee to come back out before next schedule spray, or let them know if the issue isn't resolved on its own after 14 days. Poor service and argument constantly. Trying to send someone when we have water everywhere. Because I let them know that service will not work they called me back and cancel my service for good. This is a joke not a business. Trying to tell me they are experts and it is ok to spray when there is water around the house. It is so unprofessional. I have had service with cornerstone for almost 2 years. in that two years I've had a couple issues with service and have contacted the office, and they have always immediately addressed my concerns and fixed it every time. I like that they contact me in advance to let me know before their service because there has been a few times that I've had to reschedule due to other issues and they have always gotten back and did my service as soon as they could without any hesitation or additional cost. I had service done today and noticed that the technician walked the entire house and sprayed and examined every square inch of my house before leaving he was not rushed. He took his time and in these days and times service like that is almost impossible to find. I have used Cornerstone Pest Management to keep pests out of my house and yard since August 2022 and have never had any pest problems. What I like about their service is the tech will spray inside my garage and storage shed if I need to without extra charges and they will call the day before so I can have my gate unlocked for the tech to gain access so I don't need to be home and the billing is done automatically through my bank. With my small children I appreciate their communication through Yelp for scheduling and Hailey(?) was very thorough in the initial setup. Stephen is amazing! He was extremely nice, honest, knowledgable and got the job done!! We had a bee hive appear in our plam tree on a busy sidewalk. I looked up bee keeper (Bees are important to our ecosystem ) no luck. Then I found Cornerstone under Hive removal saw they had good reviews and Pictures. Stephen came right away. If you have rodent problems this is not the pest management company for you. We used Cornerstone for 5 years. They were good, took care of spiders, ants, etc... we had an ant infestation one year and they came out no extra charge. Recently we have had a rodent issue and I was so disappointed in the service. We called to schedule an extra inspection due to evidence of a rodent in our home. They booked the inspection and informed me it would be an extra $65 fee. The inspector arrived and informed me of all the things we could do to prevent rodents but was unable to do anything for us. He offered to lay traps at an extra charge (on top of the $65 inspection fee) and offered us outdoor boxes (also an extra charge) to trap rodents. He was unable to inspect our attic. Essentially, we were left to deal with the rodent on our own. Cornerstone does not offer rodent exclusion services and in my opinion should not be charging $65 for a "rodent inspection". The only reason I gave 3 stars and not 1 is the 5 years we have had them and they serviced our home well (prior to any rodent problems) and the lady I spoke with when I called to cancel services, she was understanding and kind and refunded us the $65 rodent inspection fee. read more

This company is the best by far compared to the rest. Steve made the initial visit and spoke with us and took notes. After that all his technicians that have visited are awesome and follow his directions verbatim. All the technicians are very meticulous, courteous and did an excellent job on each visit. In particular, they do not drag a hose around the entire house damaging plants, scuffing stucco, etc. In addition, we have a lot of tile and glass around our house and they are always super careful with the spray. Yesterday I got to experience firsthand why Cornerstone Pest Management has 5 stars! We moved into our rental home in February and found out the exterior had an American roach infestation, and with the warm weather we had ants in almost every room. I have a call over to Cornerstone after having two treatments with another company - first, the woman who answered the phone was so sweet, polite and professional. I explained that I work from home and needed to be the first appointment of the day, and they scheduled me two days out with no problem. Ken was here bright and early yesterday morning and he was the best (so sorry that I called you Steve, Ken!!!) We chatted, he told me about his family and adorable puppy and he was so kind about giving some attention to my puppy as well. He explained exactly what he would be doing and he was so efficient in taking care of the interior so I was able to lock up and take my puppy out for the day while the spray dried. He also took care of the entire exterior and our garage. I can already see a huge difference and it's only been a day!
