I have been using Cornerstone for just about a year and I couldn't be happier with their services. I switched from Orkin pest control and they are much more friendly and efficient. I hate spiders and used to deal with ants all the time at different locations in my home. I never see any ants anymore and I only see 1-2 spiders a year, if that. My husband and I are from out of town and had to deal with the maintenance of our recently evicted rental property. the property was left a mess, including outside - where the previous renters had allowed the landscaping to overgrow and thus, black widows to nest everywhere! I ended up looking for a pest control person at 7am on a Saturday morning before our landscaper was to start work. It was just too much of a liability having all these black widows around the house. I called several business' and this one was the only one open so early on a Saturday morning. Stephen was great over the phone - explained how i could recognize black widow spider webs from other spider webs, etc. He had a few appointments, but was available after lunch same day. He arrived - very knowledgeable, great communicator and just a overall nice guy. He made sure the house was closed of and inquired about any pets. He sprayed the whole house/yard/bushes and even the garage! I was able to step out of the house after the spray and we both spent a good 15 minutes around the house watching all the black widows crawl around in confusion, die and dissolve! We counted well over 10 black widows - some larger than any I've ever seen. Of course, there were many other bugs too- but the black widows were my main concern. Stephen just returned for a second spray this past week when our new tenants were in. Again, great communication via phone, email receipt and follow-up unprompted by me. Also, his prices are lower than the two other companies I called asking for quotes. Although recommended - there is no need for a service contract. He can come out for a one time or two time spray, which is very convenient and not available through the other two companies I called. Great doing business with you Stephen. Cornerstone Pest Management is an amazing extermination service. I called 2 days before to schedule and appointment to have Stephen come check out or house from black widows & their webs which were everywhere in the garage. Originally I scheduled a 9 o'clock appointment then realized that might be a little late for my schedule. I then called back and asked if Stephen would be able to come at 7am and without sounding upset or angry he reassured me that it would be totally fine. The day of our appointment he showed up bright and early and right away started checking out the garage to see what I was talking about. He saw the webs and to my surprise showed me the various black widow eggs that they had placed in the webs. He smushed the eggs right in front of me and I even heard the crunching noise as he stepped on it. He sprayed all around the garage and outside the house then when he was ready asked if it would be okay to spray inside. We left for about an hour and a half then came back and everything was finished. No more black widows! Yay. Stephen showed me a video of some wasp and their nest he found in out backyard. I was unaware of the wasp. he took care of it even though we didn't ask, and without an extra charge! So overall I highly recommend this company to everyone dealing with black widows and wasp. read more

If I could give Stephen 10 stars, I would. We purchased a home in August of 2014. Before we moved in, we did some remodeling to the kitchen. While the home was vacant, we noticed quite a few large cockroaches that were coming in and dying. Well, they continued even after we moved in. We called a large pest company who had done our pest inspection for the purchase. We signed up for a contract. After 6 months of treatment, we saw absolutely NO difference in the frequency or quantity of roaches that were entering our house. After doing some Yelp research, I found Cornerstone Pest Management. Stephen came out and did a thorough inspection of the house. He even got up into the crawl space to inspect for rodents. After only ONE treatment, the roaches were GONE. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful it is to have a home that feels like HOME. When you are dealing with an invasion of disgusting pests, you almost don't even want to live there. Not any longer. Personally, Stephen was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and even had a great sense of humor! If I could give this company ten stars, I would! We are thrilled with our first ever professional pest management treatment! My husband and I are do-it-yourselfers and have always used boundary spray measures to control ant invasion into our house. They never worked completely. Since we were expecting house guests in June, we wanted to be certain no pests would be lurking. We researched area pest control companies, and reviews. We contacted a few. Cornerstone had TOP reviews from every single client, so we called Stephen. He gave us a quote immediately and explained his various programs. He arrived on time for his appointment, and made us comfortable immediately with his professionalism and attention to detail. The product he uses is odorless and colorless, yet strong. One month later, we not only have ZERO ants in and near the house, we have no spiders. roaches, or beetles. Found Steve at Cornerstone here on Yelp and I don't regret it one bit!! We had a bit of a cockroach problem (Okay, i saw like maybe 5 over a two month period, which I'm sorry but... that's 5 too many!!!) so I wrote to Steve. He came out the following Monday. I told him about a small wasp nest the wasps were building- he took care of that- no extra charge!! After the first initial spray, I saw one more live roach about two months later. He sent one of his employees the next day. Since then, I have not seen any more! It's been about 4 months since the initial visit. Steve is the NICEST guy, he took great care spraying our yards (we have chickens) and even cleaned all of the spider webs around my front porch and back patio!! So awesome. I had a swarm of bees invade my front yard where my 18 month plays. I sent these guys a picture and told them the location of the bees. I have had Cornerstone Pest Control service since April. A huge cockroach landed on my arm in the garage and I immediately did a search for a pest company, Cornerstone was the closest and I called. He was here in 30 minutes and did a thorough job, I have never seen another. Today, I went out in my backyard and found my cat dead, moments later the tech was here for my scheduled service, I was very upset and unsure if I could bury him. 10 minutes later I received a call from the owner saying his tech would remove the cat for me and take care of it. Can't say enough good things about this company. We have been using them for over 3 years now and I would not change anything about them or their service. We had a huge ant problem and black widows when we first moved into our home. The ants were driving us insane !!! We called them up and Steve came out right away. He listened to our concerns with chemicals inside our home with our daughter who was 3 at that time and answered all our questions and concerns. We have never seen an ant since he serviced our home. After battling for several months with hundreds of thousands ants infesting my whole house I was exhausted and couldn't do it anymore. I was just baffled I was on a very limited budget I new I needed a professional terminator. We have had Cornerstone Pest Management since March of 2016, and have received excellent service! The techs are really nice and make sure to check in and see if all has been well since the last appointment. The only very minor negative thing I would mention that we don't usually receive the notification call/email that they are coming until after 5 PM the day before, so it doesn't always allow me time to plan for it. We recently found out that we have termites in our home we've owned less than a year, and I was quoted a discounted price to treat the termites if we switched our regular pest maintenance service to another company. While I didn't want to do it, I called and spoke with CPM about canceling our contract. He recommended that I get a second opinion, and also had a recommendation for who I should contact. I called the company, and he will be out tomorrow morning. I appreciate the fact that even though I was initially calling to cancel our service, he was very helpful and understanding. I also appreciated the recommendation for a termite company since I'm new in town and don't know any reputable places to contact. Steve and his company are awesome. The first time he came to my house it was 107 degrees outside. He went ahead and sprayed my whole house and the empty lot next to my house. A few weeks later I had a major ant problem for the first time ever. He came out free of charge and sprayed. I haven't seen one bug, ant, spider, or anything. Stephen came out to my house (right on time!) and did his assessment. This business is great. Had service for a year and am moving out of the area so I had to cancel. A+ customer service from this place. We had a new baby when they started and they were always respectful of accommodations when we needed them. Owner was a true class act. Before I even had service with them I called about advice on getting rid of some rats and I spoke with him for 20 minutes. Can't say enough good things about them. Even after I cancelled the owner called me to check in and make sure nothing needed improvement. Even recommended a local pest service in the town I'm moving to. Update from my last YELP review (3/18/16) for Cornerstone Pest Control. It's officially been a year since my first review for Cornerstone. It's been almost 2 years since I began service with them. I AM STILL A SUPER SATISFIED CUSTOMER. I have tried other pest control companies since moving into this home 25 years ago. Not until we called Cornerstone in June of 2015 did I get to live. We had ant problems out the ying-yang. It was horrible. It was stuff out of a Stephen King movie. Since then we have a two ants, just two ants due to the recent rains in 2 years. I no longer need baby powder, ant chalk and all the other host of ant products out there that do not work. THANK YOU again, Cornerstone for really, truly giving me my life back and love for my home. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Cornerstone pest management as a good pest management company. Their technician seemed rather new or inexperienced and showed up unannounced a week after his original visit to check if "everything was all right." On his next visit he forgot to do the one thing we hired him to do which was to remove the cobwebs on our porch ceiling surrounding the house. I called the company saying I wouldn't need their outside spraying any further but would like to use them for an indoor problem. They agreed to come. On a subsequent phone call arranging a time, the woman on the phone happened to look up my record and discovered I didn't have a yearly contract. She refused to offer this one visit for me, an indoor one, after finding this out I had never been told about a contract. I know why. In getting my business I spoke directly to the owner on a Friday night. I believe he forgot to get to the nitty gritty of the agreement. I'm guessing he didnt follow through and get me to sign a contract. All in all it was not a good experience and I cannot recommend this company. read more
