Onto the drinks; Kids got the Oreo milkshakes which were good, they liked it. It wasn't pure Oreos, you can taste like a chocolate powder was added. Our friend got the mint chocolate chip milk shake and he said it was ok and that it somewhat tasted like Starbucks lol Myself got the Thai milk tea and I didn't like it at all. It was watery tasting, not milky at all. Asked for less ice but they gave me no ice. It's the worst Thai milk tea I've ever had. Hubby got a jasmine milk tea which didn't tasted like jasmine, more like a rose milk tea instead. He's an avid jasmine milk tea guy so he knows what he's tasting. And lastly, the parking lot seemed kind of ghetto with homeless guy sitting right in front near the store the time we went.

I also thought it was really cute that they sell YoPup frozen yogurt cups for dogs for $4! I hadn't really seen something like that at a frozen yogurt place before. While driving down Cochrane Rd from Hwy 101, it's sign caught my eye so I went to go check it out. The friendly young lady at the counter told me this used to be a Yogurtland. Fro-Yo fans might recognize the familiar green tile. The interior is bright and clean. There's no tables inside, but there's seating outside. The price per ounce is NOT clearly displayed. It's on a small sign near the cups, with small text. It's like they don't want you know that: Jan 2025- Price per Ounce is 86 cents per ounce. (Tare Weight deduction is 0.32 oz or 24 cents, per receipt) This is a self-serve, pay by weight shop. But the toppings are not self-serve. As a Yelper, I have probably reviewed 25-30+ frozen yogurt places in the SF Bay Area. This fro-yo shop is different in that it offers frozen yogurt and other frozen treats. "Yes Yogurt" has 7 machines. That's 14 flavors, and the center twist is also it's own flavor. When you look at the flavors, read the labels carefully. Some will say Gelato, Italian Ice, and Custard. The ones that are just the flavor are probably frozen yogurt. So, I grabbed a cup and picked Tiger's Blood, Pineapple Whip, and Triple Chocolate. I asked for Mango Jelly Balls for a topping. At "Yes Yogurt" they serve the toppings. I asked them why. They said mainly to keep the toppings clean and organized. They had a problem with people mixing the toppings and being messy. I know this will be a major turn off for some fro-yo fans who get a big kick out of decorating their dessert with toppings. Okay, how was my fro-yo? Fair.
