Very unique. I know it was a lot, but we don't live close by so we wanted to stock up. What I really like about this place is the friendly people there especially Sara and there was another gal that unfortunately I didn't get her name and the fact that all the artichoke items are from the artichoke fields there and they support local/family bakers and businesses. We also went to the "Choke Coach" it was recommended by Sara. It was on the premises and it was a food truck that primarily sold artichoke related items. While checking out, out the cashier Mary had us laughing about picking the crops(artichokes) , her grown kids, school and college. She had my granddaughters laughing.
