You can't go in and browse, you have to call and place your order ahead of time. Furthermore, when I went to pick up my order - they had a baby gate blocking off the entrance. People on Facebook have been asking about when they're opening back up like normal, and the comments mysteriously disappear. Unfortunately, I think the decision to operate this way is going to have bad results. Honestly though, I won't go back because this is just so unfriendly to customers. Also, their prices have gone up and I think they're overpriced now. It's sad, because I really did used to love this place. No more business from me. :(

The price is also very reasonable. I came around noon on Christmas Eve, and it was busy. There seems to be several pick-up donut orders. There is only one person taking order, boxing donuts and making drinks in the front, and another making hotdogs in the back. We waited for at least 15 minutes to order, and another 5-10 minutes to get my drink.
