Cesaroni's is my favorite for sandwiches in the area. I've heard people say it's a bit pricy but for $15 I can get a 9 inch sub that's absolutely packed with toppings, which easily feeds me for 2 meals. Cesaroni's is a great breakfast or lunch option if you're in the Downtown Sycamore area. They have a variety of sandwiches, paninis, salads, and beverages. Their employees are very knowledgeable of the menu, professional, and service is typically fast even when there's a long line for lunch. Today we got the pick two The Dom sandwich and caesar salad with rotisserie chicken, pick two Woodstock roast beef sandwich and chicken noodle soup, small lemonade, and small lavender lemonade. Our total was around $35 without tip. The sandwiches were delicious and served on baguettes with high quality meat and cheese and fresh vegetables. Unfortunately, neither the soup or salad felt worth the $5 we paid for each of them. Next time we'll probably skip the pick two option and just go for full sized sandwiches. Cesaroni's can get very busy around lunch time, and they have a limited amount of seating so I suggest ordering ahead and finding a spot to eat outside. While we haven't been here for the breakfast we've heard positive reviews and will have to come by for a breakfast sandwich! read more

The food is very delicious they have so many items to pick from The service is excellent very friendly staff and very prompt service you know they are professionals when they make your food fast in a very busy day They do have a huge line during lunch time they do take orders to go so if you in a rush no need to fear place your phone order and voila pick it up and enjoy I love this place because the ambiance is very cozy and home like room and you can enjoy the sun if you sit by the window I loved this place good food good service and very friendly staff read more

Their sandwiches and coffee are really delicious, they hit the spot every time. But they are really expensive. Just a 6 inch sandwich can run you 15+ dollars. Also, the manager prefers to only hire attractive young women, and nobody cared to say or do anything about the harassment my fiance endured working there by another employee who liked him. Also, according to my fiance who worked there for a few years, employees do not get proper breaks. read more

Completely mediocre, the Corner Grind in Elburn is sooooo much better. Finally tried this place that people say is good I got the Dom, I love spicy food but it had sooooo much giardiniera on it I couldn't get it down. My mouth was literally burning, the sandwich wasn't that great even if you ignore the heat. The sandwich comes with a pickle spear which is nice & a bag of chips that you don't choose so it's just plain kettle chips which are never good. Soup was just chicken noodle soup I skipped that. I actually think Jimmy John's is far better & much less expensive. Bill was $17 for a sandwich & bad chips with no drink, waaaaaaayyyyyyy to much Won't be back read more

I ordered 2-9 inch subs and the one I ate was very good. Next time I will try a panini since sun bread is just to tough for me, but that is a personal preference. read more

Cesaroni's Cafe & Deli is an excellent addition to main street Sycamore. The shop is super clean and inviting. Great place to enjoy one of their specialty coffee drinks or get a fantastic lunch to go. Service was great and food came out quickly. I had the Farmer Jack sub that was bursting with quality Boar's Head corned beef and pastrami. The bread is really what makes the sandwich sing. The drip coffee is so good, I got a bag of their house blend and winter blend for home as well! read more
