The park is completely enclosed, and all the rides are grouped together by size. So our youngest toddlers got to go play all day then our older kids got to go to this section for the families while also going to check out the thriller rides. it was a great time. Unfortunately, we have been struggling financially the past couple years and it's just not something I could've done at regular price; they've been wanting to go for years. I went to put in my credit card and it instantly said it was the wrong address connected with it. I checked multiple times to make sure it was correct so then I was concerned that my card was declining and called my bank right away. They said it definitely was not on my end. My card was fine so I Transferred the total amount of the sale price to both my cash app and Venmo cards trying both of them as well... It still would not go through. So I called motor world and they told me someone would get back to me which they never did. So then I wrote an email explaining the situation and how I'm not wanting anything crazy just the advertise price THEY emailed ME. I was responded to with an email back basically saying they can't honor sale promos in person or over the phone. It has to be done online, But it certainly was not a scam. Then they continue to tell me how they can can't help me and be sure to look out for more sales on social media. It was almost comical. If you reach out to customers with a promo code, And for whatever reason it's not working on the company's end... The price should still be honored. Anything less than that is horrible business management.

On 28Jul22 we arrived at 11:00 (the posted time they are to open) and there was a short line of…read morepeople. We saw a worker taking out trash about that same time. It is currently 11:20am and no one is answering the phone. The line is about 30 PO'd people making alternate plans now and still no signs of life other than the first sighting of an employee. Would not suggest counting on this place to plan family entertainment as they seem to struggle with reading a clock or answering a phone. Oh wait... employees are carrying out box but won't answer the simple question of when they will open. It's 11:30 am. But wait, there's more..... So, about 5 minutes after a group of about 15 left and we were on our way back to the car, they opened the doors. I grabbed a few shots of the broken down machines but more importantly let me explain a critical piece of how this place works. We selected the option of buying 200 tokens for $50.00. Our 2 15 yr olds blew through them in about 45 minutes and that's being generous. Why? Because many of the games took 7, 12, and 20 tokens to play a single game! Another point to raise is that they never opened the laser tag game while we were there. This place was a great disappointment and if you wonder why their Google reviews are so high, they give you $5.00 off for a good review.

Since I hadn't been to a carnival in a while, I was surprised to see that the tickets were stored digitally on a card that they give to you. I actually loved the convenience of not having tickets all over the place lol. We rode about two rides which were a lot of fun. The ride operator simply scanned the card for our tickets and that was it! Gone are the days of having to count out the tickets for the rides lol. We then decided to grab something to eat. I remember carnival food being delicious and worth every penny but we ordered a cheese burger, cheesesteak, sausage and peppers and fries and the burger was extremely small, the cheesesteak was finished in 3 bites and the sausage was the size of a hot dog. The food was disappointing for how much we paid. The funnel cake and fried Oreos were great though. The best part of the carnival was definitely the delicious Turkey leg that we all enjoyed. Since my daughter isn't a big fan of fireworks, we decided to leave before they started but overall, it was a fun family outing. Side note: To avoid paying the $10 parking fee, we parked at a nearby school but we walked close to a mile to get to the carnival so definitely where comfortable shoes if you plan on taking that route next year. :)

There's so much for the kids to enjoy, from thrilling slides to the wave pool, and I even learned they host adult nights so the grown-ups can have some fun of their own. One thing I really liked was the layout. Everything is spaced out perfectly, so you can stroll around and see all the attractions without feeling crowded or lost. The food choices inside the park were a pleasant surprise too definitely better than your typical "amusement park food." The kids had an absolute blast, and honestly, so did I. If it were up to me, I probably would've stayed floating in the Lazy River for the entire field trip.
