I needed a quote for dry cleaning a king-size comforter. I called three local dry cleaners--two…read moreprovided reasonable estimates over the phone (around $40-$70). This one was the only place that insisted I bring it in to 'see the size and weight.' I drove over with the comforter in a plastic bag. While I waited at the door with the bag in my hand, the guy glanced at it and quoted $85 on the spot. It felt like a waste of my time, especially since the other quotes were significantly lower and given remotely. I ended up going elsewhere for less than half the cost. It would be helpful if he could've asked the right questions and quoted over the phone.

Stopped in to get a quote on sewing a couple of detached belt loops on a pair of Levi's 559 jeans…read more He said 15 dollars each loop. So that's 30 dollars for that pair. Then I showed him 3 other jeans that needed minor repairs and he quoted 25 dollars each so 50 dollars plus each. So I asked for a package deal and he wouldn't budge so I had no other choice but to turn it down. I'm not cheap, I just hate people that talk down to you like you don't matter while they try to rip you off. Especially when new ones are $35-45 a pair. I guess not everyone in Norco is nice and definitely do not give any kind of breaks to a Senior Citizen. I hope their cleaning services is at least satisfactory. I found someone else that does this work on the side and they are doing all for $100 cash. I'm glad there's still decent people out there. I wish there was a zero star option on here.

Update to my experience at Suds & Bubbles: I originally had…read morean issue when my comforter came back with wet spots, still dirty, and smelling like dog. I had trouble reaching anyone by phone and my first email was missed, which was frustrating. Karen and Yvonne stepped in and were very helpful getting it resolved. Yvonne personally rewashed my comforter and it came back absolutely perfect -- so clean, fluffy, and it smells amazing. She is honestly the nicest person and a pleasure to do business with. She makes you feel so welcome every time. I 100% recommend their laundry drop off service now. They made a mistake but they owned it and fixed it better than I expected. Thank you Yvonne and Karen at the Riverside location for the great customer service!

I like doing my laundry here actually. But my last time here was really upsetting…read more A machine ate my money. I wouldn't have minded if it was only a quarter or 2 but this was $5.50. When I called the company and told them what happened, they said it was my fault because I stopped the machine, but the machine was not even running yet. I put the money in the machine and had momentarily pased the wash. When I ran it again, it asked for another $5.50, which I had already paid before. When I asked if I could get my money back, I wasn't given it. And was told instead I am not supposed to press the stop button and it was "my fault" my money was eaten up. So why is there a stop button there if we aren't supposed to use it? Or at least a sign?
