A lot could be improved but we can start with the fact that my clothes weren't even dry cleaned properly and the lady was rude. I had asked about the squishys that they are selling and she said for $70 each; keep in mind these things only cost $5 at the store. Most prices have been between $10-$15. This is outrageous considering they couldn't dry clean my clothes right as well. Will not be returning or recommend anyone. read more

Despite me showing them the requirements of how to sew a name patch onto an civil air patrol Air Force uniform, the cut the name patch too short and sewed it against regulations. I offered to text them the photo of the regulation she said they do this all the time. They ended up needing to redo it and using another one of my name patches. When I asked if they would replace the one messed up, she kept saying I can still use it. I asked why couldn't she use it to fix it then. Never going back here. read more

Horrible place! My husband wanted a velcro patch sew onto a canvas bag. When he dropped it off, the women quoted $20 dollars and to pick it up the next day. The next day they told him the women that does altercations is out with covid and it will be $30, she quoted him wrong and it needs to be paid in cash?? My husband asked for his bag back and they said they couldn't because the woman took it home. 3 weeks later when my husband went to pick it up, they said it is now $50 and it needs to be in cash. I wished I read the reviews prior as it seems they have done this before. Beware they are scammers!! read more

Based upon their profile I drove out expecting same day service (not common in this area so I drove about 15 minutes away). Profile is wrong, it is 9am and I was told no same day service but if I had dropped it off yesterday I could have had it today. Thanks, that doesn't help me get my skirt cleaned before my flight tomorrow. Had the profile been right I would have gotten up earlier and just driven to Irvine where I know I could have gotten same day done and am now too late. Only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because I accept some responsibility for not calling to check before getting in my car to drive 30 minutes round trip. read more

The lady told me she was going to fix her mistake on Friday and my scrubs would be ready today. I came around 6 pm and lo and behold, my scrubs are not ready. She says her son is still working on it and it would be ready by 6:45 pm. I ask her how come she couldn't call and let me know it is not ready. She says, "I was busy, I forgot." Really!?! If you screwed up the first time, wouldn't you want to do some service recovery? Apparently not at Kevin's cleaners. They do not care about their customers. I will not be suprised if it won't be ready tomorrow. I just want my scrubs back so I can be done with this nightmare of dealing with them. So frustrating! read more

Took 2 pairs of lounge pants in to have the elastic removed. Was told it would take 3 weeks. When I went back they had removed the elastic and put new elastic in. Not what I asked for. Explained again I wanted the elastic removed. I came back two weeks later and the elastic had been removed and the price went from $8 to $29. I got home and one pair of the pants was missing the rope in the waistband. Terrible service. read more

I use to drive about 20 minutes to go to the regular dry cleaners i normally took my coats to, theyre expensive so its hard to find a place that will take good care of them i took them in on thursday and were ready by wednesday i normally pay about 30$ at the other place because one of them is a longer coat but at this place it was only 20$ the workers are super nice and friendly! They left the coats looking like new! I am VERY impressed!! Will be coming back for sure! read more

A week ago I came by to drop off a quilt that had to be dry cleaned, she gave me a quote of $25. OK. Then I had a simple Ann Taylor Loft top that she gave me a quote of $4, I said too expensive, she dropped down to $3.50 sort of like bargining in Tiajuana. A week late, top was ready, quilt ...they couldn't find, then said it would be a 2 more days.... Today, I came by and unfortunately, it will be another day because they're still cleaning it, why didn't they call me so I wouldn't waste my time driving down. I complained to the clerk and she apologized. Not her fault, it's management. Please call your customers so they don't waste a trip down to your store when something's not ready. read more

Worst place possible. I would give zero if possible. I dropped my clothes off in the morning with the request of same day pick up. I was told to be back at 5:30 pm. I show up at 5:30 pm and was told they are not ready to please come back at 7:00 pm. No problem I said. Upon my return in told that they still are not ready. I request to have them back as I need my suit for tomorrow. Well no wonder they were not ready. They lost them!!!!!! I had to dig through a pile of random clothes to find my 2 pants and 2 shirts. FYI the shirts were never found. The lady offers my $25.00 to go buy new. Slap in the face. Each shirt was around $200.00 from Nordstrom. read more

Worst business ever. I called to ask her if we can have same day service she said yes as long as we take the clothes before noon. Great. That's what we need. The first time we used their service, it was three pieces and we came back with two because she forgot the third one. Like how does that happen? Second time we used their service, even worse. We took to clothes yesterday for same day cleaning and it wasn't ready so we go the next morning to get them because the owner of the clothes needs them by 9am. She said she forgot... at this point its already 9:30 this is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. I call back to settle this situation and she tell me her washers were not working well. First off she should have told us that before we took in the clothes. Second of all, she should not have a dry cleaning business if her washers don't work! read more

I took my daughter's prom dress for alteration and was quoted $35.00. When I returned today to pick up the dress I was told "the owner said it was $65.00." The owner needs to make sure she is the one sitting behind the counter to ensure clients are quoted correctly. They just lost a great customer, I am never going back. Ive been coming here for about 2 years now. Their service has improved from a scale of a 4 to a 10 in the last 9 months(thanks new management). The presser does a fabulous job! Also their alterations come out perfect every time i need one done they nail it to the T. They always do the job exactly the way i ask for it! I am a very satisfied customer!
