I have had my tailoring done here for several years. I'm consistently happy with the girl that works the counter - she's always pleasant and goes out of her way. I recently had a tailoring issue - and they did everything they could to make sure my issue was resolved and I was satisfied with the remedy. My first and my last time coming here. I had them clean 2 coats for me. 1 old and 1 brand new. I read the reviews before coming here so I was a little skeptical, but decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did because now I know. I picked up my coats today and the first thing I noticed was the smell of perfume on them. Next thing I noticed was random hairs all over my coats. I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think they clean the clothes in house. The place is super quiet inside. I'm not even sure they cleaned my coats! They probably just stuck them in bags and cashed out. Idk. Anyways, I just wanted to share my experience. Check your items before walking out of the store. !!!UPDATE!!! 2/2/2024 The owner reached out to me and I gave them another chance. He offered to clean my coats again at no charge. We're not sure what happened the first time, but the second time was much better. A bit of an inconvenience, but better. The owner of this cleaners just called me and asked me to take my post down when I replied that I would not take my review down. He instructed me to have an awful life and stated that I was an awful person because he said my review isn't true that the door was not locked, he also stated That its a funky door and that he has video footage and the employee was there. I have pictures and video footage. the door was locked! Now, if she locked it to go to the bathroom I don't know and also not my concern. The fact that he's calling my phone repeatedly is poor customer service, and a form of harassment. read more

It cost me $250 for a vintage coat that I am unable to wear. I was assured by the seamstress, Tami Lam, that she could repair my coat - $150. I would not have even paid that as I bought it at a vintage store for $80.00, but Tami said she could do the repair. After almost 3 months of waiting (she was on vacations), I went to pick it up - cost was $250! The dry cleaner rook it upon themselves to have it cleaned somewhere else! I did not authorize them to do this ( it was a used coat that had not been worn more than once)! I wanted my coat so I took it home and it was then that I saw the "patch job" that Tami did! Horrible! I called the owner, who said he would refund my cleaning fee - then told his clerk to give me credit (like I would ever go back there), to this day I have nothing. I located Tami on Facebook, explained the situation and was open to some compromise - instead, she blocked me! Very unprofessional! Do not use this seamstress or cleaners. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and hope that will prevent others from being scammed by these people. read more

Thomas, the owner just took care of an issue that I mistakenly thought was the dry cleaner's fault. I brought in a brand new shirt to get pressed for my son's homecoming and when I picked it up there were snags in the fabric. I could have easily freaked out and posted a negative review, but I decided to come in and see if anything could be done. Long story short Thomas inspected the shirt, found it to be a flaw in the fabric and went way above and beyond what I expected to take care of the issue. I can't say enough how much I am impressed with Thomas' professionalism and knowledge and the time he took to resolve this for us. I honestly wasn't expecting much based on the other reviews, which just goes to show sometimes negative reviews are based on a singular experience and really don't paint an accurate picture. We've tried several other cleaners in the area and will keep coming back here from now on. read more

Was never told this was just a drop off location. They send your items to another location to be cleaned. Was promised pickup by 4pm Thursday. Needed items for wedding in Long Beach early Saturday morning. Two items did not get delivered back from other location and will not be ready in time. DCF is the absolute BEST!! My wife and I have been having issues with one of our cats urinating on our new comforter from Pottery Barn (which are not cheap!) and took it to be cleaned at our old dry cleaners who did a horrific job! We thought it was ruined so we went and bought yet another comforter and of course the cat peed on this one as well! I looked up another local dry cleaner and DCF popped up. Well, I sure wasn't going back to my old cleaners so I rushed it over to DCF and not only did they turn BOTH comforters into almost brand new condition, they did it in 1 DAY! First & last time I come here! I dropped off 3 pieces of clothing on a Thursday evening & was told I would receive a text when the clothes are ready for pick up. My receipt said the clothes would be ready by 5pm on Saturday. Saturday comes & I don't receive a text...so I go to the place assuming my clothes are done. The lady there said she was waiting on one piece to come from the truck delivery so I need to come back Monday. Why is my clothes being taken somewhere else?! ... Monday comes & my clothes still were NOT ready for pick up!!! This business does not even have the courtesy to send a text/call notifying me that there's a delay on my clothes for pick up. I even asked the lady to tell the manager if he could please call me to share my experience so that I don't have future services happen this way again... but I never received a call. This place gets three stars for convenience. If you have high expectations for the next day service please lower them. Every time I asked for next day service and am always told it would be no problem but then I always get an excuse on why my clothes weren't ready when I go pick them up the next day. The woman in the front had about three or four excuses today on my why my clothes weren't ready. Don't advertise a service that you can provide. When I went to go pick up my clothes a few weeks ago, the lady mentioned that if I really needed them I could go to their Ontario location and pick it up. I kindly let her know that I did not drop them off at the Ontario location and that I would not be driving over there to get it. Other than that parking is great-way better than their Ontario location. Not sure if the next day service junk is enough to drive me away as a customer. These people are better than the cleaners in Eagle Glen by stater bros-so let's see. Update Owner saw this review-called me out of the blue and was very apologetic. He threw in $40 worth of free dry cleaning. I am going to test out the next day service option again tomorrow-wish me luck. I came to have a dressed significantly hemmed and the straps shortened. The lady who helped me was very nice. Her measurements were very quick. She told me the dress would be done by the next week (7 days) and I would receive a text message. I didn't receive a quote for the alterations because they aren't done there. I called today and because it had been 7 days without any notification and I was told the dress had been done for a few days already. I picked up the dress, paid quite an expensive due. The lady discounted me before she even told me the price because she knew it was a bit much. I tried the dress on at home as I was not offered to try it on there, and the straps were hardly altered. I have to go somewhere else to get those fixed now. However, the length of the dress is just fine. read more
