Aunt and I went to Corona Optique yesterday. They had moved theur practicevfrom one section of Tuscany to anothet section and also changed namevof prctice (which we found out layer) to 'My little eye shop' or somthing like that. My Aunt called Corona to complain about lack of staff givibg a building number to new location and poor directions and signage. My Aunt was taking to manager n had cell on speaker. I was sitting next to my Aunt and heard the manager falsely accuse my Aunt of being Hostile by complaining. Sge told my Aunt that her complaing on the ohone was consideted hostile. I couldnt believe it. I thought that was why there is q complaint system, so that the customer can avoid conflict and let management handle it. Is this manager a Comminist or what? I didnt serve in the military and neither dors my public safey family risk our lives to protect in my opinion a communist magager. This is a free country and a person should not be labled as hostile for complaining about what had happened. No yellling, no profanity, no threats were made. I cant believe this is happening in a military town, in a conservative part of Arizona. Needless to say, I convinced my Aunt to hang up, and not take the appointment since the manager was, in my opinion, overly sensitive and she probably does not need to be managing a doctors office. I will be advising my military friends and family to seek other businessesvfir their eye care. A doctor is only ad good ad his staff. The doctors at Corona are good. But I choose customer service and that female manager is a poor reflection, in my opinion of Coroba Optique. I wont spend my money at liberal woke business wgere management acts like communist and falsely accuses tbe customer. read more

I was pretty impressed with Corona Optique, from the time I called to schedule an appointment, to the checkout and thank you at the end of the visit. Everyone was so nice and professional. They treat you like they actual care about you and appreciate that you have chosen them to use for your eye care. Dr. Corona was wonderful, explained everything he was checking for and why- it's been years since I've had such a thorough eye exam. I have to mention of too course, the office and lobby - It definitely has the WOW factor when you come in! A fantastic choice in the most beautiful eye frames ( love the Prada) with the best lenses and sunglasses... Just WOW! My 2 year old and 5 year old adore Dr. Hartman! She is amazing and so patient! She is thorough, professional and kind! All of the staff at Corona Optique are so helpful! We love it there and will continue to go there! We had the option of changing insurances this year and Corona Optique was the only office, on our list of doctors that we go to, that would not take the new insurance so we decided to stick with the old insurance! I personally have seen Dr. Brown too and he is just as wonderful of a Doctor as Dr. Hartman! read more

I recently moved to Yuma and was dreading finding a new eye doctor... I was surprised when I went to Corona Optique. I was expecting to be sitting in the waiting room for hours filling out new patient forms BUT the forms they had were right to the point not asking a million questions. They got me in the back to see the doctor 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Dr.Corona was AMAZING he broke down and explained everything I had a question on. I've visited Corona Optique twice now and been very happy both times. The first time I took my then 4 year old, and they were wonderful with her. Dr. Hartman made her feel very comfortable. Each time, all of my questions have been answered thoroughly, and never once did I feel rushed. The entire staff is courteous and helpful, to include rescheduling appointments for me on very short notice because of schedule changes on my part. This is the best place in town! I have been going to Dr. Corona for decades and always have a very satisfying experience. Here's just one example.....years back when I was wearing contacts and had a problem from overwear, Dr. Corona met me on a Saturday morning when his place was closed to give me sample eyedrops to improve my situation. The front desk staff is very courteous and was quick to make sure that I am being taken care of. The optometrist I saw was Dr. Brown who was by far the best eye doctor I had ever seen. The exam was very thorough and he showed the attention that a patient deserves. The selection of sunglasses and ophthalmic frames there is by far the largest in the area and the most modern. I've seen Dr Corona for my eyes since I was 17 years old. Even when I moved away I'd schedule my appointments during visits back. He found the cause of my vision problems that was misdiagnosed by another. I trust him with my eyes. Now my daughter is a patient at Corona Optique. Dr Hartman takes great care of her eyes. She's patient, kind and caring. I wouldn't trust another facility with our eye care. read more

After receiving a notice from my son's school that he "failed" the eye test we made an appt with Dr Hartman. Office staff worked with our schedule so he didn't have to miss school. Dr Hartman explained everything very clearly. Even took the time to explain the need for us to dialate his eyes. Recently my frames broke and two ladies spent almost a half hour until they found frames my lenses would fit into and loaned me that pair of glasses until replacement frames came in. Dry Eyes are more common than you think! I had itchy and a pulling felling in one eyeball and after a through eye check up found it was dry eye problem. Now a year later with the professional support of Dr Mallinger .... walaaa no more dry eyes! It's worth every out of pocket penny and truly cost very little compared to loss of vision. read more

Corona is the best place in Yuma for your vision needs. Clean inviting location, almost has a Medeteranian vibe to it when you enter the lobby.
