I needed to have a document notarized. The notary at this location was quite testy and refused to…read morenotarize it for a reason I could not discern. She said that another document was required, but could not tell me why or what it was. She said "I'm not a lawyer" when I asked her what document was needed. I took the document to a different notary at another location where it was notarized immediately and without question. I've never encountered this before and have always had good experiences at other Postal Annexes - but I won't be returning to this one.
