I'd assume when rush hour do come, you wouldn't have to wait too long for it SERVICE For services that's require short amount of interaction, the service definitely makes or breaks the shipping experience. A mislabeled package was sent to a warehouse and has proven to be irretrievable. The UPS store will not take responsibility for the mixup and won't even honor the insurance. The contents were personal items and irreplaceable family photos. I will never ship anything with the UPS Store again. The party who was supposed to receive these items is so upset and I don't even know what to tell her. I urge anyone to use a different carrier and especially if the contents are irreplaceable. read more

This UPS Store is located in the same shopping center as the Winco. It's got its own section of parking lot that can get busy. There are a few 5-minute spots intended for quick turnover right out front. Despite the lobby being very busy, the two employees moved customers through VERY efficiently and in a very friendly manner. One in particular did an outstanding job of assisting multiple people simultaneously, and getting those ahead of me tended to so they could complete the required actions for their shipments while she took care of my shipment. This UPS store is insanely expensive. I came in there recently to purchase some boxes. While they were really nice boxes (24x8x8) they were crazy expensive- $8! Then when I came back to ship the items in the boxes, they wanted $26 to ship the items. I left and shipped the same box for $15 at the post office. All of the employees who work there were really friendly, despite my sticker shock at the prices they charge. read more

I sold a music keyboard on an online marketplace site and didn't have the packing materials to pack the item at home. I brought in the keyboard and a suitable box and the store took care of the rest - packing the unit securely and shipping it off to my buyer. The price for the packing materials and labor was reasonable, the woman who helped me was very friendly, and I just got a five star feedback from my buyer. He mentioned that the keyboard was packed very well, so shoutout to the team at this UPS location for such a thorough packing job and smooth shipment experience. I've been going to the UPS Store since it was called Mailboxes Etc. Some locations are better than others, but this one in particular is notable in how great it actually is. Even when there are very few people working (rarely in the early morning) everyone is friendly and efficient, super quick and helpful. They go above and beyond every time I'm there, and have been friendly even when they are busy. This isn't even my closest UPS location but I go out of my way to go to this one. read more

Great location to do dropoffs since they have spots right in front of the store. I normally go to the UPS Store on 181st and Glisan next to the Albertsons and they do not have parking in front so doing multiple box dropoffs require more time back and forth. Staff was also very nice and seemed happy to be there (I did go at 10am though). Tammie was the one that helped me and she scanned all my 22 boxes like a champ and was very courteous and understanding. The only negative I saw was that there was a used needle from those nearby tweekers left on the sidewalk right in front of the store. I don't feel like the store was to blame for that but just pointing this out so lock your doors even if you're just doing a quick in and out. read more

This UPS store misinformed my friend an I on a shipment that were trying to get delivered on the same week. We were trying to get a pack sent to San Diego CA by Friday, and they printed us a few different options WITH delivery expectant dates and we chose the one that would get us the same week delivery. Comes to show, that it will not be deliverers within the same week and will be delayed until the following week. I called them to seek some type of restitution and not even a single apology for the misinformation nor any sound of sympathy. read more

Stopped by to return some Amazon returns today. Amazon has a new way of processing returns thru UPS stores. It's cool, you just take the items to UPS store and they package and mail them back. I had gotten the wrong color bean bag from Amazon but didn't realize it until I had tossed the packaging. What's worse, opening the inner package caused it to immediately expand which made it impossible to close back up. So I arrived at the store with an opened zipper pouch oozing expanding bean bag expecting to hear the worst. To my surprise, the whole ordeal took less time than it did to write this review! They promptly scanned my return code, measured my item, and charged me just $14 for the packaging. And that was it! Totally painless, friendly and professional staff, and speedy service.
