She said that another document was required, but could not tell me why or what it was. She said "I'm not a lawyer" when I asked her what document was needed. I took the document to a different notary at another location where it was notarized immediately and without question. I've never encountered this before and have always had good experiences at other Postal Annexes - but I won't be returning to this one.

This office is located in the heart of the Hawthorne business district, so it was a pleasant surprise to get local lunch recommendations from the person managing the front desk. Located on a cute section of Fremont, there are only two parking spots out front with additional free street parking nearby. Though it's a small shop, visibility to the customer area in the front isn't great, so sometimes when they're busy they don't see you right away and you have to speak up. They've been quick to respond to emails, and have a decent turnaround time regularly, with the option for a ~$25 rush fee for same-day printing. Automatic notifications go out when your order is ready for pickup. Quality has been good on the color flyers and postcards I've had printed, and I'll be looking to do a few poster boards soon so I'm hopeful those will turn out great.
