Was asking the employee (Joseph) for help, and they were very rude and unhelpful. Eventually, I was met with another employee that offered to help me. Looking at other reviews, this is DEFINITELY to be expected at this location. Worth the drive to the Woodstock location for sure. Only thing worth mentioning is the parking lot in the back.

She said that another document was required, but could not tell me why or what it was. She said "I'm not a lawyer" when I asked her what document was needed. They've been quick to respond to emails, and have a decent turnaround time regularly, with the option for a ~$25 rush fee for same-day printing. Automatic notifications go out when your order is ready for pickup. Quality has been good on the color flyers and postcards I've had printed, and I'll be looking to do a few poster boards soon so I'm hopeful those will turn out great.
