I've been to this location a couple times for their flavored lattes. I really enjoy trying new flavors and the lattes always turn out great! I've tried a few different flavors and I have t had one that disappointed! The service is always quick and pleasant! Everyone is friendly and if there is a line, it moves quickly! There is indoor and outdoor seating, a full menu and a bakery display for grab and go items like empanadas! Highly recommend!

While in Miami I had to come here and try a Cortadito. This place was around the corner from our hotel. We came after having a late lunch/early dinner . My husband and I both ordered a regular cortadito. The place is nice and clean with seating inside and outside. We sat inside to enjoy our tiny coffee. It was so good. Didn't even need any sugar or anything. We also stopped here on our last day before heading to the airport and ordered a couple of cubano sandwiches for us to eat on the plane. They bagged them up for us on an aluminum bag to keep them warm a little longer . We enjoyed our sandwiches very much.

Great location, great options, great service. The shredded pork on the Cuban was flavorless and the chicken croquette was also flavorless. The ham and bread were really good and the cortadito was excellent. Next time I'll stick to a ham sandwich

Love their coffees! Their flavored cortaditos are so yummy (obviously) and they have great lattes!

Ordered the chicken avacado wrap and iced vanilla latte. Everything was fresh, tasted good, and were good portions. It took a little while for my delivery driver to receive the food. A little longer than expected.

Ok I hope no one comes for my soul for this review but I have to be honest. This place is located in the heart of downtown Miami, right in the business district by Brickell. I had one morning only in Miami and was dying for Cuban food and drink. Having an overnight as a flight by attendant means I only go where my feet can take me so Hialeah was unfortunately out of the question. This spot is super Americanized, BRILLIANT marketing, cute place with plenty of spots for a good social media moment. I ordered the Cortadito (the tres leche latte looked intriguing but you're never going to catch me spending $7 for a latte) a Cuban sandwich, guava and cheese pastelito, and a ham croquette. Diego was at the register and he responded to me in Spanish when I spoke Spanish, which I really appreciate. He was super helpful, kind and attentive. The entire restaurant was very clean, all good things. So firstly, Adele was playing, and then Miley Cyrus, and I had Luis Miguel in my headphones and it fit the experience better. They play very mainstream American hits, and I think Spanish pop would hit the vibe better, not even Selena but maybe Mon Laferte, Luis Miguel, I'd even take some Bad Bunny over Adele in a Cuban spot. I get the Cortadito. I already had a Cortadito in hand from the Coffee Zone ~3 min walk away but I wanted to do taste comparison. Honestly, the Coffee Zone cortadito is under $3 and is a 5/5 while this coffee was about $4 and was a 3/5. It had this bitterness/burnt essence to it that I didn't like. It was the taste up against a REALLY good and authentic one that I could tell the difference. **If I did not know better I would think it's fine** but I do know better, my Cuban friends have made sure of that. It's like having cappuccino in Italy and then coming back and ordering one from Starbucks and experiencing the supreme disappointment that first sip will give you. It was such an obvious difference that I didn't even want this fancy Cortadito. So it did not pass the coffee test for me, and I was thankful I saved my $7 and did not get that tres leches latte. The Cuban sandwich: Diego told me it was like a medianoche but bigger with more meat in it. The sandwich was actually delicious, the Cortadito had made me nervous but it was really good. I wouldn't say it's bigger than some medianoches I've had in Hialeah, but it was good. I'd come back for the sandwich. The Ham Croquette was not too fried, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and that was good, I'd order that again too. The guava and cheese pastry was possibly the most offensive of my 4 choices. It looked like a large turnover, barely golden, and sadly the cheese and the guava were right at the seam, so after two bites, it was empty flake. No sugary coating on the outside either. I threw it away after the two juicy bites. Not worth it, wouldn't order it again. ***When in southern Florida, there are two Cuban coffee fundamental truths for finding the real thing: it comes in a mini styrofoam cup, and it is $2- something, never over $3.*** These facts were confirmed today, although I will come back for a croquette and a sandwich, but not a drink.

Cortadito Coffee has some really solid coffee including their tres leches coffee which I found to be really good- yes it's sweet but it literally tastes like dessert & is caffeinated so I have no problem with it haha. I got the spinach & cheese empanada which was good albeit the dough was a little too hard for me. I also got the chicken croquette which was pretty good but could've definitely used some garlic aioli/chipotle sauce. All in all, it's a pretty cute coffee shop that I believe sells food dishes as well.

During my recent visit, I had a disappointing experience with the service. Upon arriving, I was not greeted by the two staff members at the counter (particularly the younger associate) and had to wait nearly 10 minutes before my order was taken. Additionally, although my original cup appeared intact, my drink was unnecessarily transferred into a smaller cup, which seemed different from the size I ordered. I needed to get to the airport so i just grabbed it and left. After drinking half of my coffee, I began to feel weird and decided not to finish it. While I frequently stay in Brickell, I would likely only visit the South Beach location in the future, as the service there has consistently been more reliable.

Because cuban coffee and pastelitos are a must to have when you're in Miami. You can't miss this place with the best cortadito I've had so far. Also being inside with the air conditioning in a hot day is just heaven on earth. Plus savoring great coffee. I didn't get to eat anything else here. But I want to visit again when I'm in Miami for sure.

Got an iced latte here and it was fine. Probably could've been a little stronger in terms of the espresso in my view but not bad!

This is my favorite coffee shop to come to. I used to go to their location on Miracle Mile but I love the Brickell location. It's clean, bright, and the staff are extremely friendly and remember my coffee order. I get an iced latte. They have a cool selection of flavors including specilties such as tres leches and pistachio. For food, I get their avocado toast. It has fresh chunks of avocado with sunflower seeds on a crispy slice of warm bread. Ten out of ten. When I come, I usually stay a while and bring my laptop to do work because they have free wifi (and it's good wifi)! Definitely a much-visit coffee house in Brickell.

First time in Miami and started the day off with a hazelnut cortadito and croquetta preparada, which was a perfect beginning. Muchisimas gracias por Mariana & Allison for the best service!! Made me feel so welcomed and was able to practice my Spanish!! Thank you guys

Coffee is great, and I have been there many times. All the other baristas are super nice. This female barista has afternoon shift on 1/21/2026 around 4pm at the Brickell cortadito coffee house. She showcases rude and disrespectful attitude. I paid $7 in cash for the coffee, but the coffee is $6.96. Instead of telling she is not able to give me back the 4 cents, but she took the money and straight up told me to walk away. " oh it's just 4 cents, we don't have it... You should wait aside." Before this, when I communicated to her about my order, she is straight up very rude and screamed at me. Not sure because of my race( I am Asian) but it is super uncalled for. If this is not adjusted a social media post on TikTok would be posted. Btw, does anyone know her name?

We came in the evening and immediately, as we walked up, there was music, people laughing, talking, smiling... the energy was incredible. I also loved that there was a bar off to the side while waiting. We ordered a few mojitos and sat outside at the tables and benches, just enjoying the atmosphere. When our name was finally called and we walked inside, I genuinely felt like I was stepping into history. The atmosphere here is unmatched. The music, the aromas, the people. God, I loved it here and I hadn't even tried the food yet. We ordered the braised oxtail (which came with plantains and rice), salmon glazed in guava BBQ sauce, ceviche tropical, assorted empanadas, and a Cuban sandwich. Everything was phenomenal. The sauce paired with the empanadas perfectly. The guava BBQ glaze on the salmon was absolute perfection. It was the perfect combo of sweet, smoky, and flavorful. The ceviche had the perfect acidity and tasted so fresh and refreshing. This is one of the most famous Cuban restaurants in Miami. It completely lives up to the reputation. Highly recommended

DIRT AND MUD IN THE SALAD!!! WATCH OUT…read more We ordered the salad with mango and pecans. They do not wash there lettuce. There was literally dirt/mud at the bottom and I took my first bite and it felt like biting into sand. Upon spitting the food out onto my plate it was black sludge. Literally my tongue and teeth were black. The waiter came by and grabbed the plate when I was in the bathroom. I spent about 10 minutes trying to get that BLACK SLUDGE out of my mouth. When I was spitting out the dirt/mud wife noticed the bus boys laughing at me and there was not a manger in sight. When I asked for a manager he did not even respond. No apology or anything just a look of confusion. Worst experience in a restaurant in my life and I love to eat and have been to many types of restaurant big and small. Cheap and expensive and this one takes the cake. We were so bummed as I see thousands of great reviews. But if there was a zero I would have given zero stars the way they handled the situation. If you eat there in the future make sure to check for DIRT/MUD.

Regardless when we arrived they sat us outside which is exactly what we were hoping for. Our server was nice at first. Explained all the popular dishes got our drinks out very quickly. I think she stole our table from someone else because shortly after someone came and we told them we put our order in and he seemed a little bothered. Unfortunately, our other server disappeared and never checked up on us. We pretty much didn't have any napkins during our entire duration of our meal. At least that part was good. We started off with a couple of mojitos and their Vaca Frita Tostones. You get these homemade maduro tostones topped off with shreeded beef in a moon sauce, pickled onion, and aji Amarillo aioli. A very delicious dish that didn't last long. Shortly after we received our main dish. I really hate when they do that. My wife ordered their Abuelas Ropa Vieja and I ordered their Masa de Puerco Chino. My wife didn't really care for her dish much. We've had plenty of Ropa Vieja before and would have preferred a congri type of rice as opppsed to just plain white rice. My dish was 10/10. Like in the name of "chino" this is an Asian inspired dish with fried rice, maduros, pineapple confit and crispy pork. A very delicious dish. It could have don't without the little salad on top, but at least it ads color to the dish. The crispy pork tasted so amazing and the fried had so much flavor. Mix in some of the maduros and you get a sweet and savory dish. Would definitely be returning to try this dish again.

We ordered the Cuban sandwich and the Cuban burger, and honestly both were dangerously good. The Cuban sandwich was exactly what you hope for -- crispy bread, perfectly pressed, packed with flavor, and the kind of sandwich that makes you pause mid-bite and just nod at the person across from you like "yep... this was the right decision." The Cuban burger was also fantastic -- juicy, flavorful, and big enough that you start questioning whether you should have skipped breakfast. The area around the restaurant was great too. We stopped here at this one on Espanola Way for dinner on a Sunday, primarily because we had somewhere else in this area to be afterward, and while most every place on this touristy street was packed with a wait list, this restaurant could seat us right away. Service was good all evening from an outgoing waiter, this place was great for people watching (we were seated at a high top on the sidewalk in front), the food was good and the prices were reasonable, especially considering that Espanola Way is one of the most touristy areas on already touristy Miami Beach. I had the signature roasted chicken ($28) and my husband the Cuban churrasco steak ($42) and both included sides. We also had a glass of wine each and again, wine prices were reasonable. While we don't tend to eat in this general area often as it is so touristy which usually equals lackluster food and service at high prices, Havana 1957 was just fine. I'd happily return here.
