Excellent Cuban food! Was staying in the area for business and needed dinner late on a Monday evening. Had enjoyed dining at their original location in Coral Gables in the last so wanted to give this one a try and it was great! We sat outside on their side patio and enjoyed the breeze and ambiance. Ordered the Modelo Negra, Fried Cheese appetizer, and Churrasco chicken- All were great! The price was great for the location and the server was super nice and attentive. If you're looking for some good Cuban food in the area, highly recommend Latin Cafe 2000. Enjoy!

Looking for a good ventanita option in Brickell? Look no further because Latin Cafe 2000 got you! I enjoy stopping here on the slow weekend mornings or when I have family in town to pick up their delicious empanadas! Service is quick and easy through the ventanita, I'll place my order, pay and step aside until it's ready (typically very fast). There's plenty of seating inside and outside and they offer live music on the weekends during brunch time! Parking is tricky so best to walk/uber or find a garage nearby!

By far my favorite place to eat in Miami. We come here for breakfast evry time we're in town. The service is fantastic and the food is phenomenal. The portions are huge. Don't even get me started with the Cuban coffee. I'm addicted and its the only thing I crave when I'm in Florida.

This is a classic Cuban restaurant and I mean that in the best way. Places like this really represent the heart of Miami's food scene. While you usually find these spots in local neighborhoods, this location clearly caters more to tourists, which makes sense given the location. I ordered the Palomilla steak and it was delicious. My fiancée had the Vaca Frita, and while she liked it, she did wish it was a bit crispier. The service was fantastic friendly, attentive, and even funny. Our server seemed to be in a great mood the whole time, which made the experience even better.

I really wanted to give Latin Cafe 2000 a positive review, but unfortunately, the food just doesn't meet my expectations. This was my second time visiting, and sadly, it confirmed my initial impression that it's not for me. This time, I ordered the Pan Con Lechón--a safe choice I thought would be delicious--but it turned out to be just ok. The location is excelente, and the waitresses are friendly and welcoming, adding to a great ambience. However, the food itself needs some work. El Cafe cubano está muy bueno por lo menos. I really wish I could recommend this place based on location and service alone, but the sabor just isn't quite there.

I was exploring Miami and craving a Cuban Sandwich. I searched for it on Google Maps and this location came up. It seemed like an interesting place. It was somewhat empty for a dinner service. There is a takeout window where you can order your food to go. I liked the interior design. In the back there is a nice bar area with a Taste of Cuba sign. It helps to give an experience of being in Cuba and enjoying a nice meal. I sat down and ordered a Cubano sandwich. It is a nice sandwich on Cuban bread with ham and pork with Swiss cheese and pickles. The sandwich was very bland with slightly burnt. It was not as enjoyable as I made it in my mind. I should have ordered the extra-large sandwich for a dollar more. That would have been worth it as I would have at least been full at the end. Unfortunately, I am still looking for a quality Cuban sandwich in Miami.

Amazing! Flavorful! Mouth watering! We found this place while on a one night stay in Miami and I am so glad that we did! All of the staff were super nice and did a very good job of explaining the menu since it's in Spanish. From the outside, it looks like a hole in the wall restaurant, but a lot of times those house the best food ! And when I tell you, I would fly to Miami just to eat the Tres Leches again, I would ! The desserts get 100 out of 10 from me!

The shop is small with only the shared outdoor seating with other nearby restaurants. The Pan Con Bistec was very tasty and I liked the crispy bits inside. The flavor of the sauce could have been more pronounced but otherwise a really good sandwich. The Pan con Lechon was okay overall because it tasted very one note flavor and texture wise. The meat was moist and tender but I preferred the Bistec and the Cubano. They also provided a garlic dipping sauce which was very flavorful. However I felt that it overpowered a lot of the sandwich flavors. I also got the Mamey Batida which was smooth and subtle with its sweetness. My first time having a Batida and I really liked the consistency but will probably be choose a different flavor next time.

The cuban nachos (4.5/5) had their amazing sauce and garlic confit lechon on it. Delicious and would order both again. Overall, this is a tourist spot but one I don't think can be missed.
