We purchased a used F150 from here about a month and a half ago. The sales dept was wonderful. Our salesman did not overwhelm us and was very helpful with anything and everything we could have asked for. After purchasing we had found the oil pan was leaking which was covered under out extended warranty. We took the truck into the service dept to get it fixed and we were not impressed with the service at all. After dropping it of, with an appointment, we waited 2 days before we even heard anything. This was only because I had to go in person and ask. They would not answer their phone and would not return calls. On the third day they finally sent us the info for approval to start repairs. We approved it and were told the parts would be there the next day. Did not hear anything for another 3 days until we had to reach out yet again and were told it would be done on Wednesday. It was not done when they said it would be and yet again only found this out when we reached out ourselves again. Then it would be Thursday by noon and yet again heard nothing. Finally got ahold of them and they said they had not finished the job because our battery was bad and it needed a new one. I told them to just jump it and we would come get the truck. On top of that all they had recommended some services that they said needed done and one of them was a cooling system flush based on the mileage of the vehicle. They had just flushed the cooling system on this truck right before we purchased the truck. So they tried to sell us another flush when their shop had just done it and had record of it because it was recorded and in the Carfax of the vehicle. After picking up the truck I was not happy with the service so I talked with the service manager and general manager. The general manager was nice and wanted to help but the service manager was very rude. She kept making excuses for why they did what they did. This made it seem like I was in the wrong for even saying anything. I asked them why the battery was said to be bad as we just bought the truck and i was advised this was checked when we bought the truck. At the time it very much seemed like either they sold us a truck with a bad battery and said they checked it on the used vehicle inspection and it was fine or they were just trying to upsell me a battery I did not need. They tested the battery and it was bad and I was told its normal for a battery to be fine and then bad in a month and a half which is not true. I tried to talk to the service manager about this and she would not even let me speak and would talk over me. The sales dept said that because of the situation they would put a new battery in free of charge for us. Again the sales dept was the only people that made us feel like they cared. I was then told by the service manager that because they were "making it right" that she expected me to leave a 5 start review. This is why this is a 5 star review but I was not going to lie and say that we had a good experience. Very much seemed like she was trying to bribe me into giving a good review. Only after all was said and done did the service manager finally "apologize". It did not seem sincere but just a way to make it seem like they "made it right". Needless to say we will not be taking out truck back here for service which is sad because this is our local dealer and we were very impressed with the sales dept but unfortunately the service dept has ruined the experience for us. read more

1) Extremely nice gentleman. 2) Selling a 31k mile Ford Flex for $30k with extremely heavy smoker that previously owned it, had burned-pit marks on top of rubber driver's door seal where they used the window to flick ashes out of, had cigarette burn marks between seat and door jam on the floor on driver's side where you would move the seat up or down, had 2 large rip tears in ceiling upholstery head lining, had large rip-tear on right very rear, left hand upper corner set, had an extreme amount of scuffs on plastic in the back cargo areas that couldn't be removed. Had cheap U-Haul tow bar that I wouldn't trust to pull anything with. Car was a lease from Michigan. Was road hard and put up wet. The stench of cigarette smoke was extremely bad. Car was extremely dirty and they said it was detailed for 4 hours. I'm not sure who signed off on this, although this isn't a car I'm willing to spend $33k with tax/license on. Corwin purchased it from Legacy a year ago and not I'm impressed as I've bought 5 cars from Legacy with perfect satisfaction. Wasn't willing to budge on pricing at all for all of these serious negatives. Asked several times if they could get a Flex in I was looking for and got the song and dance. No direct answer and actually refused to answer. Was told I would get used to the horrible smell of the cigarette stench, which for $33k I shouldn't have to. Called up to a Spokane dealership to see if they had a Flex and they said that the one I saw online was being transferred to Corwin. WHAT? I asked several times and all I got was the song and dance. Never did they want to help even if I was willing to accept such a put up wet car. Talked to Wendle Ford in Spokane they more than willing to find me the brand new Flex that I was looking for with rebates and 0%APR which Corwin wouldn't even offer. The gentleman went out of his way to help and said they had many incentives to get me in this brand new Flex for 5K more than the put up wet used one from Corwin. He made me feel as though I was wanted and not pushed away. They found what I wanted while I was on the phone 200 miles away and went out of there way to help. They found exactly what I wanted in less than 10 minutes and with that, I put down a deposit until I can drive up in a week to get it. That is what I call customer service and I am happy to go the extra miles to feel wanted and appreciated and not to be told to deal with cigarette smoke, extreme scuffs. rips, tears, no incentives and no appreciation. read more

Don't do it! Stay away from this Ford dealer! I was travelling from Colorado and my battery light came on in my 2000 Expedition. I made an appointment online to test my battery and I wrote in the remarks that I would like an alternator test too. When I showed up, "Quick Lane" advised me that I had made the appointment with them. There was no place on the website that advised me I was using the quick lane for service. They said they would be able to do a battery test for me, but I would need to go to the regular service department for the alternator check. I let them start the check on the battery and walked across to the service department. I explained to them what was going on with my vehicle and the fact that their "Quick Lane" couldn't do anything but check the battery and they told me for an alternator check I would have to wait 4 weeks! I was taken aback and had the service person repeat that and he said, "Yes, 4 weeks. We are doing a ton of recalls and we are very backlogged." I advised him I was travelling with my family and all he could say is that he wished he could help. I went back over to the quick lane side and waited for my battery test to finish. Just as I had expected, the battery was fine. I went back over to the service side and asked to speak to the service manager. I was told he would be right with me. I waited about 20 minutes and finally Marcos Blanco showed up. I advised him of my situation and all he could say is that he was very busy and his techs had all the work they could handle. After letting him know I was travelling, all he could say that he wished he could help. This is just so sad. I purchased 2 new Ford vehicles in 2000. I have them serviced only by Ford in my hometown and they have both been good vehicles. I assumed all Ford dealers were quality operations. I do pay a bit more for their service, but I feel the quality is worth the extra. Being stranded on the road, I was forced to go to a local repair shop that, obviously, I knew nothing about. I was treated very fairly and the price was reasonable to replace my alternator. I will think twice before I go back to a Ford dealership and will definitely reconsider purchasing another vehicle from any company that would leave me stranded like that. read more

I came in a few weeks ago with the promise of a replacement for the torque converter, which there was a Manufacturer recall. Guaranteed to be completed in a week. Called two days beforehand to inform me I had to pay to have the transmission replaced. Umm, no. Fix the converter please. This is an old vehicle, yes. But it has been my baby. I have been taking care of my mother with a broken back, and this is our vehicle to get her to and from her appointments about 80-miles one way. After much complaint, I was offered a loaner car. It was awesome! Never driven a brand new vehicle! Got the call quickly my van was down, and yes, it was running! Looked at the invoice and the converter was changed, and a couple broken bolts. For one, it was running ROUGH. I mean I couldn't hear the radio in the vehicle it was so loud! So I pull over as the vehicle dies and look at fluids. Transmission is fine. The oil? Completely dry. I mean not one drop of oil in the vehicle. I put in 4 full quarts and it still needed more. The first thing I did before giving the vehicle to Corwin Ford? I had a mechanic come the week before to tell ensure me it was indeed the torque converter. He ensured me (and I watched) all the fluids were fine. 3 weeks later.... I have a vehicle with NO leak, not a drop of oil in the driveway.... but it has not a single drop of oil in it. Never had a problem with even drippings from the oil pan. I am beyond mortified. JEROD the mechanic - absolutely, positively the worse excuse for not only a mechanic but a human being. He has no ethics or morals to treat an elderly disabled customer with such contempt. Thank you Jerod for my engine locking up due to no oil on the way home. You WILL get what you have coming to you - I promise. The one thing I have to say is that everyone else was absolutely fabulous. One kind lady helped my mom and I into the loaner. I can't remember her name but she had longish dark hair and was so dang nice. The service manager was just as amazing. But your mechanic sabotaged my one and only form of transportation simply because I called him on his being wrong about the transmission needing replaced. You record your property. Look at see what was done. My oil was drained and none put back in. read more

I waited until I was sure I was not being over generous on my review. Corwin truly went above and beyond to make sure I was truly happy during my purchase and with my purchase. It started when my boyfriend stopped me while taking leaves to see if I wanted to look at a couple cars he wanted to check out (we planned on trading our BMW in but not until after Christmas.). I was not going to say no...I was tired from battling leaves. We started at the Pasco auto plex on the west coast dealership. We walked for awhile bombarded by salesmen telling us "You came at the best time! Blow out sales!" and so on. We finally saw a black Cadillac Cts awd that caught our eyes. We had time to look it over talk a bit and then we were approached by a younger gentleman that calmly asked if we needed anything or had any questions. He did not try to push a sale or even mention any amazing deals he had. He strictly stuck to facts and asked us what we were looking for. It was so nice to just have a conversation about a vehicle instead of sales and deals. In fact, we ended up walking back to our BMW, driving over to corwin and talking with Zeke (our amazing salesman) we told him we didn't want to stay long or play games and he did exactly what we asked. He stuck to business and got our payments under what we wanted, double checked a few things, went over almost all the numbers with us. He missed one thing and made things more than right! So we ended up staying a little longer than we wanted...but 3 guys some coffee, food offerings (I was slowly changing to a HANGRY woman wanting a shower and a cheeseburger), and them taking $1,000 off the price of the car because they didn't want us to feel like they ever meant to not be professional or care about their customers. I've bought three vehicles and traded in two at Corwin Ford, and let me tell you, it's been an adventure. My first salesman, Brenden, is like the friendly neighbor you actually want to talk to. He worked with me to get a great deal and never once asked to borrow my lawnmower. Then came Dylan B., who went so far out of his way to make sure I was happy with my deal that I'm pretty sure he crossed a couple of time zones. Seriously, this guy would have brought me a cup of coffee from Seattle if I'd asked. The staff at Corwin Ford seem to have a knack for going the extra mile. The quick lane service department? They're like the superheroes of car maintenance. One time, they left my oil filter loose, but they swooped in, fixed it up, and refunded my service cost faster than you can say "Whoops." Mistakes happen, but owning up to them? That's a superpower. The selection of cars and trucks at Corwin Ford is massive--like, "I'm pretty sure I saw a unicorn parked next to a Mustang" massive. But if you're eyeing something fancy like a Bronco Raptor or Mustang Dark Horse, prepare your wallet for a workout because those babies come with markups. Now, let's talk about the parts department. Walking in there is like stepping into a library where everyone has noise-canceling headphones on. These folks are so glued to their computer screens with AirPods in their ears that I'm half convinced they're moonlighting as DJs. If you want to get their attention, you might need to bring a neon sign or maybe a foghorn. Thankfully, the accessories department is a different story. The guys at Corwin Ford went above and beyond our expectations!!! We purchased a beautiful Taurus in September of 2015. Hunter (sales) and Justin (finance) were very helpful. Oh, Corwin Ford Tri-Cities. Where do I start with these guys? I have nothing but good things to say At first, I wasn't even considering buying Ford. I was debating between at an '10 Honda Insight and an '08 Mazda Mazda3 hatchback. Anyssa Hinojos is a mutual friend of mine and we got into a discussion of the what the pros and cons would be of each car depending on what direction I chose to go in, and really opened my eyes to some things I hadn't yet considered. She recommended me to a young man named Hunter Shauers and reassured me that he would take good care of me. He got ahold of me almost immediately, and we set up an appt. This being my first major car purchase, I was pretty weary of just hopping into something and buying it on the spot. But Hunter worked with me, was patient and factual. He let me know all about how their financing and warranty protection services worked, and even helped me get an awesome insurance rate. My experience was a good one with Branden Bender as the sales person. We have been leasing our Escape since 2019. The lease was about to end and it came about in a time that we were experiencing medical problems and all the issues that can come along with that. My husband was not able to be involved in whatever transaction that was to take place. I called upon my son to help me make this decision as to buy out or current vehicle, buy a new vehicle, lease another vehicle, etc. It was a stressful time for me but Brendon and other Corwin associates listened to my needs and my concerns. They really wanted to have my Escape and they made several offers. But when they listened to my son and they understood our needs, the decision was made to keep this car and they made everything happen as smoothly as possible. What a great weight was lifted off my shoulders. As senior citizens we are faced with many obstacles and this could have been one of them. Brenden made things much easier. My wife and I just bought a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport, and we couldn't be happier. Both the Salesman and Finance manager worked with us every step of the way. Josh Garza, my Salesman, took his time and made my Family and I feel warm and welcome. Josh went out of his way to go above and beyond to help us out. For example, I had mentioned Josh that I had to pick up my daughter at 3 from school, while I was leaving, he asked me if I would rather take the Explorer instead. Since the roads were really icy and bad, I agreed. He then asked if I had a booster seat for her, since she's only 5 years old. After getting to know Josh, found out we have kids the same age. I said, no I didn't. Josh then went out of his way, and asked me if he could go and get his kids booster out of his car. And let me borrow it to pick up my little girl. Its the little gestures like that, that changes people's worlds. This experience is only one of many great experiences I had that day at Corwin Ford. In November, 2021, I took advantage of "the days" inflated used truck prices. Corwin Ford gave me $3K more for my 2011 Ram 2500 diesel than the local Dodge Dealer. Then I ordered a new 2022 F250 Super Duty. I was able to pick and choose the options for just the right truck. The MSRP was $2k lower than at new 2021 Ram 2500 that was in transit. My options included safety features that were missing on the 2021 Ram in transit. I waited more than 3 months for the new truck and when it came in, every option I chose was there. My price was for the truck was the price I was given in November; no ups and no up-sales for any options I did not want. Choosing Corwin Ford was not done without any experience. I had a part on the door handle of my 2019 Mustang and I needed it replaced. The service rep quickly took action to obtain the details, and I was on my way. This part could fit in my pocked, however, Corwin Ford ordered the part, painted the part to match, and installed the part, all in just a 2 week period. They also made sure it was covered by my 3 year warrantee. read more

I worked with Jordon Bogart mostly over email. He answered my questions very promptly. I flew over from Seattle to Pasco once it was determined that this was the used car I was looking for and the price was already agreed upon. I must admit I was nervous that I was going to get there and something would be wrong and that I'd have to fly home and be out the money for the flight, as well as my time. Jordon picked me up from the airport, I was able to check out the vehicle (it only had 20k miles on it so I didn't expect much to be wrong), it was basically in new condition. Then sat down to fill out initial paper work, waited maybe 25-30 minutes for the financial and final paperwork guy (sorry, forgot his name) to get everything printed out, signed my name a bunch of times and a check and was on my way home. From the time I was picked up at the airport to the time I was on the road heading home it was less than 1.5 hrs. Sales staff Josh Garza went the extra mile for my wife and I last Saturday evening. I had limited sense of what I was looking for and used him to introduce me to 5 or 6 different kinds of vehicles over about 4 hours. We were shown the company used car list from which I selected vehicle after vehicle, that were then delivered to the front door by Josh. We were shown the pricing logic behind each vehicle--all based upon well-known internet website surveys. We got several car-fax reports as well as something from Consumer Reports. The sales manager enthusiastically and openly discussed the business from his perspective using actual numbers that were to the point and illuminating--freely answering all my questions. A high volume, low-margin, high quality approach was very interesting and logical. All this filled in blanks in my car-purchasing experience, which should work to my advantage in the future. We broke down on a trip to Washington from Colorado to visit family in our 08 F-350 that we had for over 13 years of hard use and many miles and came to the conclusion it was time to purchase a new truck. Francisco Rios, was amazing at getting us the best deal possible for this unexpected purchase. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, even stayed late to help us unpack and pack up our dirt bikes and belongings so that we could get to our destination. Bert, in the service department was so very helpful in getting the old truck in to be serviced as soon as he could so that we could get back home. After dealing with unkind and unfriendly dealerships in our home state, it was a no brainer to purchase from Corwin Ford. Brenden Bender was very helpful in helping us find the exact vehicle we needed for our frequent trips over the mountain passes - one that would serve as a work truck for carrying necessary tools and for towing a trailer at times. When the first truck we test-drove was not what we were looking for, Brenden's response was respectful and understanding. We told him what we needed even though there were none available at the time. A week later he called with information on one that would be delivered in about a week. His follow through was right on and the truck was what we were looking for right down to our preferred color. While discussing the trade-in details Brenden was helpful in suggesting that the shell cover from our previous truck be removed and put on the new one which was a savings for us in not having to buy a new cover. Brenden's teamwork with TJ Tolliver and the other members of the Corwin staff made this buying experience a good one. And we really like the truck! read more

My husband and I had a spur of the moment decision to get a new vehicle one weekend and after a quick AutoTrader search of vehicles in our price range Corwin Ford had the most vehicles to choose from! We narrowed it down to 3 that we for sure wanted to look at and contacted the dealership, where we got connected with Stephen. He helped us to make sure those vehicles were still available for us to drive up and see. We drove 3 hours to the dealership, test drove the top 2 choices, and walked out of the dealership a few hours later with a new (to us) Dodge Durango! He has been in contact with us multiple times since then to follow up and make sure we didn't have any issues. The one problem we have had Corwin Ford fixed immediately.
