All I can say is Wow ! Incredibly fresh quality meat on a nice toasted baguette. The flavors were wonderful. I probably won't ever go any place else for a sub. The best Muffaletta around these parts of Central Florida. It's not New Orleans but a great substitute. I enjoyed every single bite of this yummy sandwich. The mortadella, meats and cheeses along with giardiniera salad made that an excellent choice for my lunch as I drive through Clermont on my way towards So Fla. It's a block off of 50 so you gotta grab a parking spot and the deli is on the NorthEast corner of the Historic District. You could see the whole town knows where to eat! This place single handedly changed my life on Italian subs. We got two sandwiches the salami and the super Tuscany. I switch the lettuce for arugula however. Both were AMAZING. Bread was crispy but soft and fresh, the meats sliced super thin. Perfect amount of everything. We also got two sodas that were SO GOOD and had no high fructose corn syrup so they weren't syrupy and too sweet, just simply refreshing. We also got some gelato, the salted caramel flavor. Soo yummy, and you can tell by how their gelato is flat not "whipped" it's authentic. Signed up for the loyalty program because we loved it so much and KNOW we will be back. The tiramisu was very fresh (as in it hadn't been sitting around for hours) and light and the sandwich had quality ingredients. Everyone was very nice and helpful with the menu selections. I've eaten here three times, and all three times it has been an incredible sandwich. I know I had one with pastrami and artichoke cream, and one with prosciutto and burrata, both excellent. Most recently, however, I had the best meatball sub of my life (pictured). The pesto adds a lot. There's not a ton to say, the sandwiches are just amazingly perfect. My wife did not enjoy the mocking attitude she perceived when ordering a flatbread with just cheese, so perhaps the service is not excellent. If you are looking for sensitive treatment, be wary. I've been drooling over the Instagram pictures that people have posted from Cosa Nostra,and today was my day to get some delicious food. I ordered the Italian Salami sandwich,and I seriously think there was a 1/4 lb of salami on the sandwich. The provolone cheese is toasted on the ciabatta bread, then the salami,the aioli sauce, the red onion,roasted red peppers and tomato slices. I was in heaven and hungry, so I ate 1/2 of the sandwich in less than a minute. My friend ordered the Caprese Flatbread, which was a beautiful looking and she loved it. The flatbread had red sauce,really fresh mozzarella,tomato and basil,topped off with a Balsamic glaze and olive oil. I am seriously thinking of going back tonight for dinner!!
