I should also mention I don't have any deep wrinkles in my skin, just some fine lines that would really show through my makeup. I should have read the Yelp reviews before I went!! I paid for and received (at least I was told I received) 40 units of Xeomin (similar to Botox) and paid $320. That is what they said I would need to achieve results. It did absolutely nothing at all. I called them and they wanted me to come back so they could charge me more to get more. I believe they 100% knew it wouldn't be enough and I would have to come back so they could get more money out of me from the start. It's been one week since I left my previous review and all I've gotten is a runaround. Ally lending started a dispute for me on Tuesday, April 28th and they are waiting to get a confirmation that no services were performed. I spoke to customer service at headquarters today and she said I was not entitled to a refund for my $2,800.00 because I signed their "service agreement," I told her that agreement is good as the money it's written on. She told me I needed to wait to hear from their finance department whether I could get a refund. I haven't set foot in the salon and you are trying to steal my hard earned money. Again, if I knew it would be 4 months until I could get in, I never ever would have signed up. I am filing a complaint with the Oregon Attorney General's office tomorrow morning to report a fraud and scam. I don't know where to start with my dissatisfaction. You will notice several other recent reviews with some of my same concerns. 1) Over the last 18 months I have been going to this location, there never seems to be sufficient staffing to schedule follow-up appointments in a timely manner. When you are paying for "unlimited" treatments during your contract period, this makes it very hard to maximize your opportunities. 2) The "membership" isn't really a membership. You pay an annual fee to get access to "discounted" touch-up treatments once your initial contract expires. I promise you that you will need them. Not only has this fee increased drastically in price, but the cost of touch-ups has also increased. I recently compared it with some other non-franchise laser hair removal places, and with the price increase, the membership is no longer a good value. 3) Worst of all is the recent policy change regarding booking practices for touch-up appointments. Previously, these could be scheduled in advance, like any other appointment. Now, you can only schedule these treatments during any available appointment that happens to be open seven days in advance of whenever you call. Given that the schedule is typically booked out for several weeks (or longer!), the staff member I spoke with confirmed that you are hoping to get lucky with a cancellation. How is that practical for most people with a job? And you are paying a $200+ "membership" fee to access these appointments! On top of all that, I had scheduled a touch-up appointment for several months out when leaving my last appointment. I discovered when I called today that they canceled this appointment and didn't tell me or notify me of the change in touch-up booking policies. 4) When I spoke to the staff member about my dissatisfaction with the booking policy change and said I would like to talk to someone in management, she kept telling me that she would "bubble up" my feedback and that maybe someone would follow up with me. Maybe? When pressed, she did not confirm that anyone from management would follow up with me. I could keep going based on various issues I have had with front desk staff over the past few years. Hello I paid for back and neck hair removal treatment for around $3000.00. I have been seen over 10 times and yet I still have about 80 percent of the hair sense the beginning of my treatment. I never missed an appointment but apparently I misunderstood my contract expired and does not guarantee results. I called customer service and was talked over multiple times when I simply was asking for help. I spent $3000 for pain and no results. I was offered to pay an additional $299 so I can be seen again at discount rates, meaning I need to pay more on top of the $299 one time fee. If the sales person would have been more clear on selling my contract and not deceptive it would have better prepared me for this disappointing experience. Few days they set me up for the Loan of $2150 and as discussed she said I can walk out any time with full refund. Hi anyone who's getting laser hair removal treatments please be careful and aware who does your treatment. Today I got these burn marks/ welts....very painful! After my treatment I got home applied ice pack and hydrocortisone cream. I later called because I start to notice these circle burn marks where I got treated. I spoke with the receptionist first and she said she was gonna put a note in of what happen. Then 15 min later the nurse who treated me calls me I explain my condition and asked me if I was exposed to the sun which I have not. Ive been getting laser hair removal treatment for three years now so I know sun exposure or tanning is a no no at least 4 weeks before treatment. The nurse asked me to come in if possible to look at the treated area. Which I couldn't instead I sent her picture via email. Nurse calls me back 20 mins later saying the spots will go away to take ibuprofen for pain, iced it and apply hydrocortisone cream. At that point I told her that i was already doing that. And Kinda found it funny that she called them "spots" they are burn marks cause it hurts to touch and skin feels warm worse than a sun burn feeling. Also I explained that it would be my last treatment cause I'm moving to Hawaii where there's no location there. I asked if I can get money back or extend my contract that I already paid for she said that there is no way. The only way is to travel to a location and pay addition touch up fees after contract expires. It's unfortunate that this happen to me please be aware and read those contracts before signing. As well as keep tract of when your contract starts and expires and how many sessions you have received. Terrible experience. Poor customer service/poor prep information and education given (very inconsistent), and I did not appreciate the nurse I met who was supposed to treat me. She was condescending and unhelpful. I spent nearly an hour on the phone during my consult to ensure I would be well prepared for my session. I spent $250 which I was told I could treat my bikini area and spot treat another area to see if the area worked, which was incorrect information. SCAM ALERT. They sell you a hefty contract with a "lifetime membership" so that you can come back time and time again anytime you need an update laser treatment. They don't tell you the contract has a 16 month cutoff, then you are paying $115 per treatment. And when you try to schedule a treatment they do not even have appointments until 7-10 weeks out, so if you're looking to take summers off (sun exposure) good luck completing your removal in 16 months. So basically, the lifetime is BS and when you call their customer service they are snarky and passive aggressive as they basically tell you to "read the fine print". [[HIGHLIGHT]]Which is not what we were told, so there was a lot of miscommunication, and my mom was promised a cream that would help with blemishes, and she never got contacted back about that.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When we attempted to get the refund for the procedure that wasn't done, we were given a lengthy contract that had a bunch of stipulations, which stated that if we signed this contract to get the refund back, we could not: take legal action, leave any negative reviews, and that by signing to get the refund back, we were happy with the results and service...which is ridiculous to me. After seeing the class action suits against Ideal image and all the horrendous reviews of Ideal Image on Google and Yelp, I strongly wish my mom was able to do her research on this place and not go in the first place. After posting my review for Ideal Image they offered a refund if I would take down my review...I agreed.

I was a bit hesitant to try Ideal Image due to some of the negative reports, but I am very glad I did. I purchased the laser hair removal package for four areas, and was given an awesome deal! Nina was super helpful and I don't know if I've ever met someone so excited about their profession. She helped me on this journey and all I can say is I sort of wish I did this sooner. My first treatment went great! And I saw significant results after 3-4 weeks. I have another session soon. It is a bit on the expensive side, but I am very happy with the quality so far. I would give zero stars if I could. I leaned a really painful lesson going here in that some businesses exist only to take money and put policies in place to make sure the customer gets screwed and that they come out making a profit no matter how horrible the services are. DO NOT GO HERE! Vancouver is way worse than Tigard in my opinion but the company itself is a sham. read more
