It felt sooooo long for my "hour" facial. I then heard a lady come in and ask about prices and services loudly. Then I heard some sort of package delivery guy come in. Then, I heard her play videos again. I felt my face and realized I had a PAPER mask on. I have tons of those at home, and I felt like the price I paid was not worth a 30 minute nap and paper mask.
