This is a small shop inside the shops at Santa Anita just outside of Nordstrom's bottom floor mall entrance. I was shocked that the prices were so low. I found a bunch of K-beauty brands there, and it was all priced low so I bought a ton of stuff. They even have an area for $1 face masks. It was a bit shocking. Came here at 1030AM on a Saturday morning. Didn't get a greeting from the attendant there but he was super nice when I asked for help. Love all the Korean cosmetic options here and all are decently priced (I used to go to tjmaxx to get discounted face wipes but they have packs here for $6). Also appreciate that they have testers for every product. I tried a collagen liquid eyeliner and that was so difficult to remove from my hand (purchased of course). Vegan lip balms, tints, liners, love this place! They have makeup remover wipes at the front register to remove any testers from your hand - just need to ask! read more

Came today and bought a good amount of stuff, but was really disappointed when it came to the service. The girls behind the counter were messing around and grabbing each other from the back and taking selfies. It's understandable on a slow day, but there were at least 6 other people in the store. Maybe don't do that in front of other people while you're clocked in. So I stopped by because I am super into skin care and I really like their selection of products, especially with brands like Abib, Anua, Medi-heal and Yehwadam. They have sales too, so I grabbed almost $100 worth of products, which is usually a minimum to me. When it came to the purchasing, the girl was not very friendly and frowning throughout the entire time. As I finished with my purchase, she made no mention about the points system nor did she offer any samples. I come here often so I am not use to this. I ask about it, because I don't want to lose out on my points. I ask and she tells me, "Oh, it's because something is wrong with their system." So this means I would have to do it manually, which is fine, but why didn't you mention it earlier? I love the products here, but I'm not the biggest fan of the service. Great place to get all your major brand Korean Beauty products. I've been going here since they opened a few years ago. All of the sales associates are really knowledgeable and always help me find what I'm looking for. They always educate me when making a decision on what to purchase. Not a lot of men go here so it's a little intimidating seeing all the different products but, when you get older like me taking care of your skin is paramount and understanding what to buy is very beneficial in the long term. I absolutely love their lunar new year collection by Crème and they have quite a few Sanrio products as well. I came here with my sister and had a negative experience. The girls who worked there looked like they were judging us, they kept staring at us and only us. Any time we went towards a corner one to look at items one of them came near us. I felt like they were thinking we were stealing which obviously is not true. Then she went back and started laughing with her coworkers. I wanted to leave but I also wanted to buy stuff. We bought some skincare and a hair mask . My friend and I were looking for makeup after our color analysis. The girl there was sweet and I'm glad we made her laugh at how silly we were being. There were lots of great and interesting products and we probably would have spent more time and $$ here, but the 2 employees working (02/28/24 noonish) absolutely sucked! No greeting or asking if you needed help or had any questions about the products...they literally just stared at you expressionless. This store could use some good customer service Their products may be good, at least reasonable, but some staff should try to be more friendly and accommodating, not just show up and ring up the register. It also helps if they could explain their products to customers who don't understand the packaging because it's Korean-packaged. This place is very racist and they profile customers, so be aware. If you don't believe me, read some of the other one star reviews (like the one written by Lia H.). I have purchased products from this store recently and had lackluster service, but I still made the purchase. Today, I entered the store looking for a few moisturizers I saw online, and they did have what I was looking for, but I decided against purchasing them because I noticed a store worker was following me around like a lost puppy dog. She just kept following me from aisle to aisle and never offered any help. I was extremely offended because I felt like I was being watched as if I was going to steal something. The store worker was very obvious about it, and it made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a woman of color who is open to trying new things, it has made me rethink buying Korean products altogether. What motivation would I have to shop in an establishment that treats me like a criminal from the minute I walk in? Given the fact that I had already shopped at this location in the past, I did not expect this kind of treatment. I would expect it at places like Sephora or Ulta, but not here. I am considering sending a formal complaint to their corporate office because their employees should be trained on having a little more discretion when eyeing their customers. I have worked in retail before at a very high-end store, and understand all about loss prevention, but the way they treat minorities here is obscene. There were other people in the store who could have basically robbed the place and the workers would never have known because they were too busy following me around. I will never shop here again. This place needs to do better! And rethink your choice to hire the young Asian lady with the long black hair because she has no clue about customer service. Most complaints were about being followed around while shopping. I would prefer to be followed around by an employee rather than some stalker who's got no business in the store. I've had too much experience with not finding help when I needed it most. Tip: review the product thoroughly to make sure it has instructions you will understand. Korheim is a Korean beauty shop that sells skincare, makeup, nail polish, masks, hair care, tools, and makeup accessories from a variety of mostly Korean brands like Toly Moly, Etude House, 3CE, Laneige, and Missha. I'm familiar with some of the brands and some of them are quite cute. They seem to sell things for the typical retail price. Some of the headbands weren't attractive and they weren't displayed nicely. But they did a good job of having visible pricing and clear signs. The Face Shop location at Westfield Santa Anita closed (unfortunately). It looked a bit nicer than Korheim and had good products. read more

So, they're a fairly new store and their selection is limited. I purchased the Etude Moistful Collagen set for $38 (before tax) and find the ingredients to be decent. If I had purchased this product online, I think the shipping would have been about $17. So, I'm definitely happy with this purchase. I know the store is small, but I hope they can expand to include more Korean skincare products. One thing they can probably improve on is their return policy. It's usually impossible to know how the skin on your face will react to certain products, unless you test it for a day or two. Korheim has a no refund policy on the products you purchased and used, so, by the time you realize your skin isn't tolerating something, you still have to keep it. read more

I came to pick up 3 clio eyeliners--a request for a friend. I asked one of the staff to help me find the product-she located it quickly-but seemed annoyed (bothered?) to help me--shorter Asian girl. She handed those items to me and I brought it to the cashier. The cashier was friendly. But when I got home--ONE of the boxes--was EMPTY. I tried to call the number listed on the receipt to contact someone--there is only a message that says "this voicemail box is not set up"--so it's NON WORKING NUMBER. I tried online to find an available number to reach some--there is NO NUMBER. careful of buying products from this store--the receipt does say "final sale" on it--but checked your products before leaving the store. It's nice that there's a Kbeauty store to replace the previous Innisfree (RIP), but it is really overpriced and stingy. You won't receive any samples like typical Kbeauty stores. Instead, they sell the sample packs near the register for a few extra bucks. Sometimes satchels even say "not for resale". Uh?? You're paying double a lot of times here. I order from Korea and somehow that's cheaper. They had a clay mask that was nearly $30 but I bought it for $15 online. I'd cross check prices before making a purchase! The product selection tends to be whatever is trending or hyped, not necessarily what is good quality. They have an abundance of cleansers and moisturizers and everything else is eh, especially the body section. They don't have a good selection of anti-aging products and the stuff they do have is usually more expensive, but not necessarily good. The thing I dislike is that they got rid of the sink and don't have tissues or anything to clean your hands from testers. I heard a girl behind me say "Well...I guess I'll have to go to the bathroom to wash my hands..?" I really don't like testing stuff here for that reason and that's the main draw for a brick and mortar store. They had a staff member stationed near the entrance watching the store. They weren't specifically watching anyone, but it makes me uncomfortable shopping here. I think it may be a cultural thing because that's how shops operate in Asia. As another review suggested, come here, try the products (and then find a bathroom...), and then go buy it online. Or buy it if you're in a pinch. I usually love going to this store when I'm in Socal. They have a ton of Korean skincare that's hard to find in-store where I live. Last month, my friend bought two boxes of the Needly daily toner pads (about $30 each), because I had been looking for toner pads online, and she happened to find these at Korheim. She visited me (about a 6 hr drive away) at the end of September, about 2 weeks after she bought them. I hadn't opened the boxes until this month, and found that one had leaked out of it's container. The box had come into contact with liquid and dried up. When I opened the box, the lid wasn't screwed on tightly, and even though the seal was still on, the container was kind of slippery from the serum leaking out. I opened the 2nd box, and though the box looked normal, the lid on the container was also not screwed on tightly. A little serum had leaked out, making the container a little slippery around the rim. The seal was also on the container. The top open lid also doesn't close tightly. If one side is snapped shut, the other side lifts, and vice versa. This would mean that over a longer period of time, the serum inside would evaporate because the container isn't sealed properly. My issue is, Korheim doesn't have an official website, email, or phone number. The receipt says that returns of any unopened/unused items can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, but I'm not able to make a trip down to socal within this time period, and my friend is not able to physically pick up the two defective boxes of toner pads. I can't even contact the store to ask what can be done. When I brought this problem up to my friend, she said that she also had problems with the top open lid. Hers also wouldn't close properly, so it's hard for her to travel with it, as the liquid leaks out if the container isn't upright. Koreheim should definitely contact their manufacturer for the Needly toner pads, but I don't have any way to communicate with them until I'm able to personally make a visit. I'm mostly posting this on here so that I have evidence to bring to the Korheim team when I'm able to visit. If they aren't able to give a refund (for the $60 worth of defective product - not including the 10.25% sales tax), that really sucks for me as a loyal customer, but they also need a heads up that the product they're receiving has a pretty major problem. read more

This place has so many nice skincare and makeup products, but I don't like going in there anymore because of how uncomfortable I feel while in the store. Every time my sister and I go in, we always get stared at by the staff, followed on our every move, and not even offered any assistance. They don't greet you either which is rude.
