I wanted to buy ribbon various color sizes and types. When I walked towards the back of the store to look at the ribbon, I was flabbergasted!!! my eyes open so wide my mouth dropped open. I had just stepped into ribbon heaven. I came away with maybe 20 different ribbons, maybe 5 yards each and $48 bill. Well worth it. I wanted various types to make ribbon book markers. And giving me a lot of confidence about starting projects with new techniques I've never tried before. They have SOOOOO much fabric, full bolts, fat quarters, quilting strips, precut bundles etc etc The photos on Yelp doesn't do this shop justice. It's filled to the ceiling with amazing goodies. Quite frankly, there have also been several instances where I felt they were surprised or uncomfortable dealing with a non-white customer, which is especially odd considering the wide variety of people who shop at this location. What makes the contrast even more noticeable is that whenever college-aged employees are working in the back, they are friendly, approachable, and willing to help without any apparent issue. Management should consider additional customer-service and cultural-sensitivity training for the employees in these sections. No customer should feel unwelcome or treated differently simply for asking for help.
