I have been feeling crafty which led me La Amiga Fabrics. There were tons of options of fabric, notions, zippers, ribbons and sequined appliqués. The prices here were very reasonable and I will definitely will be back. Today, I spent about $20 and got 1 yard of fabric (100% cotton), 3 embroidery thread wheels for machine sewing, 2 yards of elastic bands for making headbands. Great deal! My mom is an avid craft person. She loves fabrics, sewing, you name. We visited LA Amiga on a whim and due to reviews like mine. You guys... this place? Amazing, there is stuff in every nook and crany with handmade items. The prices? So good and the quality of fabric is amazing. My wife was looking for notions for her sewing projects. With JoAnn's closing there aren't many options. We checked this place out and the gentleman who helped her could not gave been more helpful and kind. The store is mostly focused on large bolts of fabrics for traditional and celebration clothing. They also have Mexican handicrafts, sombreros, leather, vinyl for furniture covers and tabletops. It's a real hodgepodge. Be tells us they get new shipments all the time. It's hard to say if they will have what you need but if they do you should definitely give them the business. read more

Come see Vicente, Rodrigo & Gerardo Called prior Vicente told me they did have Folklorica (HUGE Mexican Skirts ) I was super excited told him I would be there around 5:45pm As soon as I walked it I was kindly greeted. Rodrigo asks if he could be of help. I tell him I called earlier and looking for the HUGE Mexican skirt in red then goes in to find me one in Size Medium. I'm looking around while he is in search of my huge falda lol Vicente comes to introduce himself kind man. Rodrigo pulls a large Red Skirt and helps me out on the string to put keep in on. Tip: don't make the skirt to loose cz it will start to fall down slowly , also not too tight or in shall hurt your rib cage towards the end of the day. This place from the outside looks small, but don't be fool, once you walk in they are fully stocked, with a variety of options and they carry good quality fabric as well. Their prices are great, which after going to dozens of fabric stores, I would honestly say this business offers the best prices at a unbeatable price compare to all their surrounding competitors. I live apx 1.5 hour away from this store, so whenever I'm in the area, I make sure I stop to check out their inventory. The business is family-owned, and very time I walk in, I'm warmly greeted my the father and son running the business. I feel like a kid in a candy store, great selection and I walk away with awesome fabric deals from this little hidden gem. Only Con: This is like an old school fabric store which they use their arms to measure the fabric and some of the fabric they rip off instead of the proper procedure of measuring with a ruler and using their scissors to the cut each fabric. Haven't had an issue so far with any of my fabric measurements, but I know for others I t can be, if so you only need to ask them your preference prior to confirming what fabric you want to buy, other than that this store offers great service and prices. read more

I love this place. I got absolutely every fabric from table runners to drapes for my wedding. Before going here, I visited a couple fabric outlets in Fountain valley, Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach. I found almost the identical fabric here for $4 a yard that I had found in two other places for $19 THE YARD!! Make the drive and check this place out FIRST before anywhere else. read more

I just happened upon this fabric store and it was a magical place! They had an extremely large selection of very unusual fabrics great for weddings costumes home Decour. The owners were great and help me find exactly what I needed. They have really great prices and did not gouge. They were masks and we are very Covid conscious. I am excited to go back and find more treasures plan to spend at least an hour. There's a Lotta good stuff worth looking at. And very helpful staff. read more
