Nobody ever reached out but about 24 hours later somebody finally showed up at my door without even calling or communicating they'd be there, by then I had already had spectrum set up and running in my house. This Spectrum Store is located on the other side of the Trader Joe's on Imperial, and is across from the Sit 'n Sleep Mattress Store. With any Trader Joe's locations, the parking is always not great so it also translates into limited parking for Spectrum Store customers as well. Most of the time, unless urgent, I always make a reservation because then I know that I will hopefully be helped within a certain time frame. There is a tablet for customers to check-in for their reservations, right as one steps into the store. There is a monitor (to the right) that will show where the reserved party is, or where the walk-ins are. The employees will call your name and one will head to their kiosk. Most of the time I go, I do not have to wait too long (maybe 30 mins max one time on the weekend with a reservation), which makes sense since most people will be stopping by when they are not working. We've always had our questions answered and treated with respect. Yes, they are busy and people come in with questions in regards to their multitude of services (internet, mobile, cable, and phone). Yes, some customers ahead of you may ask many questions, or may not know how to ask their question for the answer they are looking for, and the wait time does take a bit longer. For certain things, I find it easier to stop by a Spectrum store to get my answers (sometimes) than to call their help line, which is not bad also because it is always a U.S. based customer service representative who answers.

We recently had a project which required us to establish a private connection to another large movie studio for some huge data transfers (think 5TB files). This was extremely time sensitive and could have cost us a lot of money if it wasn't done quickly. I reached out to Fiber Internet Center and it was done within a DAY. Normally these connections take 2-3 weeks for set up, but I told them about the urgency of the project, and the next morning I got an email from Bob saying that it was already done. They go above and beyond, even reaching out to the studio to make sure everything is working on their end as well. I expected to have to do this myself, since most companies wash their hands of the project once their end is done. I really can't thank them enough. Their customer service on top of the fact that they provide us with more than a gigabit of throughput puts these guys way ahead of the game. Our connection has been consistently reliable, and the VERY few times it isn't, I know exactly what's going on, and am never left in the dark.
