All this negative reviews about this location are so untrue people here are so welcoming and always with a smile , maybe you should change the way you ask for products , and take the stick out of your ass , i come here very often and they always treat me like a king always answering any questions I have of any product , they always willing to help, but you have to be patient , because your not the only one In the store , as a hair dresser you all know you have that costumer that you want to kill or you just having a bad day , come on people be more nice about it since you are in this business too , lili and jennifer and now Clif are the most sweet and helpful people In the store , been coming here for 5 years since I open my shop and in 5 years I have never ever experience bad service from them I think is because i never leave things that I need for last minute , make time to go shopping here , don't blame it on other people couse you running late and you having a bad day, is your fault for not taking the time to buy your products in time, I seen it all here when clients are the ones being rude trying to exchange something after 60 days really?
